I am obsessed with this store. It is a little more pricey than some other alternatives but it isn't terrible and its definitely worth the spend.

12th Tribe clothing has always been incredibly high quality and the fit is great. I am 5"1 and usually 135 lbs. Recently, since I am in school and COVID, I have gone up to 145 and (thank goodness am losing it) but still, the clothing fits great and looks great on me. When I was 135 I would order a small and now I order a medium. What is even more important to me is that their customer service is always so helpful and responsive which is so rare nowadays, PARTICULARLY with online clothing sites. I've had to talk with customer service a couple times; once when I couldn't log into my account, and another when I accidentally purchased 2 of the same item and was freaking out about getting a refund, and not having to receive 2 of the item and send one back. (I am a student and don't have a ton of spare money). They helped me resolve it within 10 min of the original purchase. I never received a second item, and my refund was sent back to me within a couple days. Every time I deal with their customer service I am just so wow'd by how seamless it is because I have had such $#*!ty experiences with other brands and it is always such a bummer when you don't have a ton of money but you buy yourself something special and it never arrives or you can't get a refund. Obviously it means so much to me, that I am taking the time out of my studying to write this review. I am admittedly a yelper from Los Angeles, and I think it's really important for customers to share their experiences with stores, restaurants, and general services because quality has gone down so much while prices continue to grow so high.

There are so many websites that I love and used to follow but now refuse to buy from because if I ever had issues, the customer service was so bad. Either I wouldn't be able to get in touch with someone at all, or if I did, they were utterly unhelpful and I just don't trust I will get my clothes, that my payment info is safe, or if I need help I'll be able to get in-touch with someone.

That is not the case with 12 Tribe. They are stellar. Also based out of Cali, like yours truly.
