What a bs and a scam of a site. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! RUN! RUN! RUN! I ordered a few items for xmas. I received the first item yesterday....its junk. You will get better quality at a thrift store, no joke. This is 1 of 4 things i ordered. The scarf is thin, poorly made. Probably cost .50 cents to make. You could buy in China town for $1. I called and emailed. The "customer service rep" couldn't understand basic English. That is why this junk is cheap. I asked to return the item and cancel the rest of my order. They are saying I can't "cancel" the rest even though it hasn't shipped. Ohh, and its up to me to pay for return shipping even though the quality is NOWHERE close to what they said. I will dispute the amount with my credit card company if they don't cancel my order. This place is a holding place for junk that no one wants. Quality is TERRIBLE. BEWARE!!!!
I ordered leggings plus size and they were so very tiny like a size 0 and I've been requesting the RMA # to return them and they have not responded in 2 weeks.
We ordered two of the tablets on 02 Dec 2013 and the order is still in processing. we found a phone number and called and was informed that the supplier has not supplied any shipping information to them so we have no shipping information to us. This is garbage. This website is a rip off, employing a office full of scam artist. I should have reserached this website first before ordering. I have family at Google and I will be making contact with them also and hopefully getting their name removed and getting it off facebook. I am going to do whatever it takes to get the word out to peopple to be aware of the scams and less than p[rofession customer mservice they have.
Holy $#*!, I reading reviews, and I know I got scammed just like everyone else, damn, I order 2 tablets, have not receive any, plus other items, I have not received, I should have checked the reviews on this site, why does facebook, have them on their, don't facebook know this company is scmming people? everyone you got scammed by this company should contact facebook, and get them off that site.
STAY AWAY!! Worst online shopping experience ever and they ruined my Christmas. Ordered several items for presents to take out of state for my family for the holidays. They sent me an order confirmation, I tried to log into my account a few days later and they said they deactivated my account, after they had taken the money out of my account. I sent an email asking what was wrong with the account. No response. Checked my bank account online only to find out they had credited my account back with no explanation of why they cancelled my order. Unreal. Talked to 2 friends who have ordered from them and same thing happened to both of them, and they swear they will never go near the site again. It may look like a deal for low prices, but it is not worth all of the aggravation and unpredictability. STAY AWAY!
These guys SUCK! Their delivery is horrible, and they lie. They say 10-14 days delivery then tell me 3 weeks. This was for a Christmas present for a child. Don't do business with these guys.

I've made 2 purchases for the tablets on 12/2... The website says if ordered before 12/9 you will receive it before Christmas. On 12/15 I received only one tablet... I tried to contact the 1800 number but of-coarse I was not able to get through, so I emailed. You are supposed to receive a response with 24hrs but of-coarse nothing. I tried to (chat now) several times, but all I get is an email back stating I was not online, which is BS I was logged in.. So I got scammed I wish I would have checked the reviews first... I will never order anything again nor will I recommend this web site!!!!!
Can I give 0 stars? I've just been blocked from their Facebook page after they deleted every post and comment that I made. My order from November 24th has yet to arrive, and the delivery date just says "N/A". Going to try and get my money back, wish me luck!
I ordered 2 tablets on 11/25/13 for my boys for Christmas. Still processing! If they are not received by 12/21/13 I will get a refund from my financial institution and claim fraud. Never again!!
If I could give it less I would! I ordered 2 tablets on 11/29, checked the order only to find a tracking number that said they were delivered. No delivery received. Can't contact customer service calls only get a message stating they will only accept emails to customer care. Emailed no response I am contacting my bank for fraud tomorrow! Posted negative comments on FB and they deleted then blocked me! SO SO SO not a worthy company by no means!
Just an FYI, I ordered from them last November 2012. Never received my item. Had fake tracking number. They in return blocked me form posting negative feedback on their website. I immediately contacted my bank, filed a complaint with the BBB. My bank refunded my money. Please warn anyone who you know who "likes" there web site. It is a scam!
Placed an order, they took my money and cancelled my order and then blamed paypal. Said they never received their money. A complete lie! Paypal had confirmation that they got their money. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE! Customer service is an email and they tell you issue has been resolved and it's not.

I ordered 3 android tablets from this site on 11/29. They drafted my payment on 12/2. They shipped the items on 12/6. Yesterday on 12/15 I called customer service because on my shipping tracker it states that the sender requested items be returned to them. I called nomorerack.com customer service and she couldn't not give me an answer. I called back again today and customer service couldn't not tell me why they had requested it be returned! The guy told me they emailed the shipper and it will take 5-7 business days to get an answer! Christmas is in 9 days! I do not have time to wait! They will not give me the name of the shipper so that I can contact myself! He said he didn't know but yet he just emailed them. They will not refund my money yet either! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
customer service is the WORST! 800 number says to e-mail them, e-mail and get no response. Bought two sewing machines, only got one. I guess they are done with me. I have emailed them eleven times and nothing.........
I ordered a couple of items from them. Since I work in one state and go home to my family in another, I often have items shipped to my home if I know I am going to be there. Since Christmas is around the corner, I wanted to have the ship to address to my other home. Well my mind thought one address and the fingers typed the other address. I admit it was my mistake. However, when I sent them an email asking for the ship to address be changed so my kids can get their items, they told me they cant because of the way they handle products to do so cheaply. The items haven't been shipped, I notified them 1 hour after I clicked the purchase button. So we are not talking days here. They just keep sending me emails stating there's nothing they can do. Amazon bends over backwards for its clients, but these people could care less. They seem to only be able to send canned responses back to the customers. I will never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Horrible customer service!

Unlike most of the other reviews, we had a very positive experience with nomorerack. We ordered an xbox360, board games and clothing and received everything via fedex within 2 weeks of ordering. No problems and would definately order from them again.
Ordered 4 tablets on Dec. 4, nearly $400.00. 10 days have passed...haven't recieved the "promised" e-mail for processed order. Tried to contact nomoreracks at their 800 #....was informed via recording that they were not accepting calls due to high Christmas volume and was directed to send e-mail for rapid response....sent 4 e-mails....each time I recieved a return message stating nomoreracks had rejected my e-mail. I then called the corporate office @ 855-847-7225 and immediately was in contact with a rep that appoligized and stated she would put a rush on my order, easing my mind a little. Two minutes later I recieved a phone call from another rep expressing her concern and she assured me that my purchase would be recieved before Christmas. They did seem concerned. Hopefully they were not just telling me the things I wanted to hear.
I bought a sheet set from them. I placed my order on Dec. 2 and it was shipped 8 days later (LIKE THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATED) and I got them today no problem. They are just as described and are very well made and super soft. 1-2 week shipping doesn't mean you will get it by then, it means it will ship by then.
WHAT A SCAM!!!! I ordered three tablets from these people on nov 25th! they took the 181 out of my account. I received ONE tablet on dec 9th and they refuse to resolve the issue!!
I placed an order on Nov 25th for three tablets and the 181.00 was taken out immediately. I received ONE tablet on Dec 9th. I was told by three customer service reps that I would receive the other two tablets within 5 days. It has been five days and the other two tablets still have not arrived. All three have the same tracking number which makes sense. Since they refuse to send the other two tablets and have no way of telling me where they are, I need a refund of 122.00 which is the cost of two tablets and two different 2.00 shipping charges. I paid 59 for each tablet. I only received ONE.

The 5 star post look as scripted as there responce to Emails for product never sent some people are showing there orders were canceled do to stock running out while others clam to have received the same thing after ordering after others that are still waiting for any kind of word

I had a nasty experience with nomorerack. Wish I had checked reviews first. I was deactivated first because my shipping and credit card addresses differ. Then they have the nerve to ask that I scan a copy of my ID and email to them if I want my online account to be reviewed for re-activation. Honestly, who does that. I want my money back and never to want ever buy or see anything from them. Meantime, I still receive daily deals from them. I seem not to find the unsubscribe button in those emails. I refuse to buy from bogus online deals
As so many others, I ordered on Thanksgiving. They of course took my money immediately. It took several days for them to show the item as shipped . Okay. it's the Christmas season. I can understand the delays. They give me a UPS tracking number; showing the item to be delivered yesterday Dec. 6th. Around 9pm I go to check the UPS tracking number to see if there was an issue and sure enough, UPS is showing "a shipping request has been generated and as soon as we have the item, we will update delivery information". I write them asking that since they don't have the product ready to ship and it's a gift, could I get a refund. Short answer "NO" I have to wait 1-2 weeks to hear when I can EXPECT the item,then wait for them to ship it, get the item, request an RMA, send it back at MY expense and then wait somewhere around 30 days for them to issue a refund. yeah... don't think so! So filed a complaint with the BBB (of which they are NOT a member, but they are now graded at D-), filed with my credit card company, posting here and climbing to a mountain top to shout to everyone within ear-shot to avoid these people at all costs! Just for giggles, I DID email email@example.com to see the quality of the "GREAT SOLUTION" here's a solution. don't sell stuff you don't have on hand. don't generate fake tracking information and provide the customer experience your site hypes. That is all it is. pure, putrified hype! oh yeah, all my Facebook contacts now know to avoid this place like the plague!
UPDATE: I got NO response from writing them at their requested "firstname.lastname@example.org" when they clearly tell people they will respond within 24 hours with a GREAT SOLUTION. After many emails back and forth with "Kristine" my "issue" got escalated to "Kristof", who "closed my file" while replying with our issue was escalated to me and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We always aim to provide the best customer service possible, however, there are things that are beyond our control such as the holiday season's influx of orders. We have taken this as a valuable feedback and forwarded your concern to the management. This will help us in our drive to continually improve our products and services."
I have filed with the BBB (who now grades them D-), taken the issue up with my credit card company and am trying to start a file with the FBI's internet fraud unit.
Dec 12. Nomorerack hasn't a CLUE what they are doing. As of today I was told by the BBB and Google Trusted Partners team that a credit had been issued. Nothing from Nomorerack saying they were issuing me a refund. Then I get a shipping notification that the item was shipped and delivered today. So I don't know if these people are inept or can't keep their lies straight. Package will be refused (un-opened) and no RMA will need to be issued. I simply want this to come to a fair and proper end. Get what you said was canceled and shipped anyway back; the credit back to my card (yes, I filed a dispute and the cc company has reversed the charges, but just want my refund to show and we both go our separate ways. I certainly hope that I and the others that have posted their issues here are the exception rather than the rule. Somehow I doubt it though. If they don't have tighter inventory control and know what is going on any better than what has been my experience I only wish ALL folks that order from them the very best of luck. Luck was not with me.
This website is a scam. They have shipped only 50% of my order while their website says it all has been shipped. The packing slip shows 3 items should be in the package when only 1 item is. I tried to call the 1-800 number and they just hang up and say send a email. In my 13 years of ordering online I have never been scamed so badly by a online retail store. Satan's ass hole!!!! Just plain horrible!!! I ordered four item's three bracelets and a necklace. Now the first two bracelets that came in were great exactly what i ordered but, my last two items the last 18 karat gold plated bracelet and, the necklace. The necklace was suppose to be a two toned silver and gold. Well for starters i open the package and, the necklace just fall's out. The staples on the wrapper in which the necklace was suppose to be in were gone. Even the staple that was suppose to be on the tag that was suppose to hold the necklace. The wrapper was all ripped like someone had worn it previously and had returned it!!! Now the bracelet i received today and , guess what! ! IT IS NOT THE BRACELET I ORDERED! !!! Instead i get this black bracelet with gold in the middle and what looks to be some awful wannabe diamond's in the middle. I complained to them about the necklace already (which i have yet to receive help about that). I also just complained about this $#*!TASTRAPHY!!! I will never ever again order from this site!!!! I realize it is Christmas time and their warehouse is crazy busy. To not ship a product within 24 hours, 48 hours max is UNACCEPTABLE!!!. This was my first order from nomorerack.com and if this is their normal business practice it will be my last. I can assure you Overstock.com has the same merchandise and certainly does not hold orders. I would suggest them to be honest on their website that they won’t be shipping the products out for however long not it can take 10- 14 days to receive. For people like me that live in major cities we normally receive items within 2 to 3 days. Their shipping policy is very misleading..
I hope this helps others! I ordered sheets back in November. I thought it was odd that I did not receive any tracking information a few days after I placed the order. I could not locate a phone number on their website, just email. So I emailed CS. No one responded back to me. I started to get nervous! I did find them on FB and posted my issue on their FB page and I got a response right away as well as the CS phone number. I also finally received an email with tracking info. I would recommend going to their FB page and posting your complaint. Because it is seen by many, you are more likely to get a response back in a more timely manner than going the normal CS route. I finally received my sheets 3 weeks later! I will not order from them again. I don't mind waiting if I am kept informed. My issue is with the poor customer service. Additionally, after reading many of the posts on this board, it sounds like the CS is inconsistent and not very reliable. Lesson learned!
if you un into a problem and expect to get it resolved through customer service, you are in for a real run around the bush, lies, double-speak and repeated/regurgitated responses. the phone number for customer service is never available. i pray not every transaction will result in conflict, so i gave this company two chances to make good on my negative outlook on them. them screwed me each time. this last time they put a debit on my account, designated as recurring. I had to have my bank intervene. they do have some good priced onmerchandise, but man o man do they lie or cya. when my shipment comes in i will be returning it
I placed an order on this site on 11/29 and received an email on 12/3 that the item had been shipped yet today 12/10 the USPS website shows that all they have received is the electronic shipping information.... no package to ship. I have emailed the site since there is no telephone number to call and all I get is them telling me that they have forwarded the issue to the vendor. I'm a single mother and can not afford to buy another gift for my child since these funds are apparently gone. I'm disgusted!!

I ordered two, 7" tablets from nomorerack via an advertisement I saw on Facebook, approximately 3 days before Thanksgiving for my 5 year old niece and myself, as a backup.
I received the first tablet 2 weeks later, then began reading and "buying" into the negative reviews on this thread. So, I began contacting the Nomorerack email. I conversed with Karen H. and Kristine who separately assured me that my tablets had
been delivered, but I oh course, disputed that I'd only received one.
I thanked them both for their help and stated that I'll wait.
Well, today, one week AFTER the delivery of Tablet #1, arrived Tablet #2!!!
I opened the first tablet to try it out and realized that it came out of the box ready to use. Everything worked fine, including the camera, which isn't much to write about.
However, to a 5 year old, it's just fine.
So far, I'm very pleased.
I ordered on Cyber Monday. $126. Stupid impulse buy. I can't afford to lose $126, but I can't get a refund, even though I have asked several times. It's infuriating, and I am vowing to stick to my guns next time and never order online again, unless through Amazon. I don't even want to order from them again, either, because of tax.
I have heard nothing about shipping, and if I do get an answer, it's 24 hours (or slightly less) after I made the initial complaint or asked a question.
I need my money. I would rather have that, than the stupid tablet I ordered. I don't want it, don't need it, and I need my money! I admit, stupid. I need a computer for me, and this seemed like a great deal, but it's not a great deal, considering the hassle. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
THEY ARE THE WORST. I needed my shipment addressed changed and this place did not help me at all. I ordered on December 2nd and my billing address is currently different from my shipping address so the no more rack website (for verification purposes) did not allow me to place a shipping address separate from my billing address. Within literally 3 mins of making my purchase online, I called their customer service number (1800-538-9798) and was also told hold time was under two minute but waited for 45 minutes with no one picking up.
So instead of my shipment coming to Boston it is going over 100 miles away to New York! They never sent me a tracking number like they said they were going to, I actually had to use my own UPS account to figure out the tracking number. I called UPS to try to change the shipping address but they said only the people i purchased the items from can change it. I called no more rack on Dec 10th and waited another 45 mins and finally some lady who sounded like she was in a dungeon answered the phone. She tried to say that I had to contact UPS even though I told her i spoke to UPS literally moments before I called them.
She then told me because it was an expensive item (two tablets 116 each) It has to be sent to the billing address (never heard this before from any other provider). So now I am in Boston with no merchandise but with my credit card charged, with the snow now hitting the east coast and have to cross my fingers that they actually deliver my package to my parents address (who are going on vacation so they wont even be around and they live in a three family condo building) and pray that my uncle can get a hold of it. Then I probably have to wait another week or so for them to ship it to me.
Currently UPS still has only created the shipping label but has NOT received my package in order to start the shipping process....I ordered this on Dec 2nd....WTF....8 days later and UPS still does not have it?
and yet my estimated delivery is still DEC. 14th.....bull$#*!..i'll keep you guys updated and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PIECE OF $#*! WEBSITE AGAIN!
I placed an order on 11/25/13 for a ring and pair of boots. Well the ring was shipped and I even received an email saying that the ring shipped and was delivered on Nov.30 which was great. I emailed NMR on Dec. 1 to request info on my boots and they responded the next day Dec. 2 saying my boots were still processing and would be shipped soon. So now a week later I email again to see about any profess and the customer service is now saying the boots were delivered on Nov. 30. I told them I never received the boots and the post office didn't have any packages there either. They then said I should file a police report. I don't know how they were NOT processed yet on Dec. 2 but they were shipped on Nov. 30. Don't order from NMR they only send half your order then make up lies to cover up them stealing your money. They are a SCAM!!!
I placed an order on 12/01/2013 for seven different items. I have only recieved two of the 7. And now the other five items can not be found. the tracking numbers provided are not providing any information whatsoever as to where my packages are. one tracking number is invalid. I am going to be a dispute with my credit card company and have them reverse the charges. this is so crazy, never again
I ordered some Christmas gifts from here about 3 weeks ago. When I view my order, it still says "processing". I've tried getting ahold of customer service to see if it has shipped and maybe the tracking info is behind, but can not talk to anyone. Wish I would've read these reviews before buying!
I ordered a tablet from this company it does not work it is a pieces of junk. By the time you try to figure out if it is going to work or not it is to late to return. You only have 14 days to return orders.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. THE WORST I have ever experienced. They advertised sheets for $29.95 that they said retailed at $249. OMG, total crap. Seams are unraveled, the fabric is like nothing I've ever seen, it's so bad. I ordered 2 sets, luckily they shipped separately so I refused delivery of the 2'nd set. Me. Vincent is a moron. Apparently English is not his first language or he's a 'virtual' idiot. I've never ripped on a seller like this and do 80% of my shopping online. Thank goodness I usedy AmEx card so know they will credit me.
After reading these reviews, I think I made a mistake to order from them. My paypal account was charged right away but after a week I have not received any type of confirmation or notification regarding my order. I'll wait and see what happens before I order from them again.
I ordered 2 tablets from Nomorerack.com and 10 days later they have not shipped. I called their CS, which is overseas, not in the US. They said it should have shipped and they would escalate this issue. I called back 2 days later and they said it would take 5-7 more days to hear from the vendor on this issue and I could not cancel my order. They stated there is no one to talk to, they do have a mailing address in NY, but no way to contact anyone in the US. If it does not ship by Friday I will just cancel it with my CC. This website is a scam! I ordered a product , after ordering they would not tell me it was and older version of product. I cancelled the order like their policy said by 9am next morning, they still took my money. Their number no one picks up was on hold for 30 min 3 times just gave up. Email customer service do not answer your questions the just give you generic answers! I can't believe a scam like this is legal! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered!.

I have been a long time NoMoreRack shopper and have never had any issues until recently. I purchased and item and was charged through Paypal for the purchase. A week later it had not arrived so I contacted NMR. A rep told me they never received my order, a refund would be issued and to please replace my order, so that's what I did. A few days later the new order came in the mail...2 days later the old order came in the mail as well. I contacted them and said I'd received it twice and would like to return one. They told me there is nothing they can do because the item was sold as "final sale". I am furious about this...it's not my fault they lost my initial order. They're the ones that told me to reorder it a second time and guaranteed a refund on my first purchase. Their customer service is awful and all they give you is apologies and canned answers. NMR has lost a long time shopper and I've told all my friends and family to stay far, far away from them.
I just place my first order. To my surprise I received an email that some of my purchases had been delivered. The problem is that it was not to my home in Washington state, but sent to North Carolina. I have called and left on hold for over 20 minutes. I have emailed several times with no response. I did call the United States Postal Company and the most helpful agent is helping me to find out why my purchase was sent to the wrong address.
