I did not call them, I emailed them... that way I would have proof that we discussed the problem, if you charged it... dispute it and return the suit and make sure you request receipt requested when you ship it, that way they can't say they didn't get it you will have proof, it costs a little extra but so worth it. Also I don't know what their rules are about returning clothes I would also check that out on their website... sorry you have to go thru this. Post on here and let me know how you make out...

If you were lucky enough to have ordered paying with Paypal, contact them. I had a problem with my order and Paypal was wonderful in fixing the problem and MADE nomorerack refund my money

Keep pestering them. Get on to consumer rights. DON'T USE THEM AGAIN.

All I could suggest would be to keep after them, and if necessary contact your credit card company for help since it was their error and not yours. Keep fighting for what is right.

Joy have to go out on their web site and find the customer service number and start harassing them. Ask for the manager. Ask for a full rerund. Keep asking. They will drive you crazy with canned emails so you have to be very persistent. It generates more angst than it's worth perhaps. But eventually they will be out of business for their incrediy lousy business practices
