Mint mobile just came out with a new international plan where you buy data by the days, 1,3 and 7 day increments $10, $20 and $40. They are too expensive and there is no rollover of $, as there was in their previous plan, "Uproam".
I just purchased a 30 day, 10gb plan with unlimited texts and local calls for use in almost any country in Europe on Amazon for $17.
Sorry Mint, but you "screwed the pooch" (or fox, such as it is) with this new plan.

Bad experience with Healthplex Dental (2 months to respond and then denied). (United Health oversees.) Uh will not be considered in the future, ie next year when I start Medicare Advantage.

I bought 3 of their Star Shower lights in the last year or so, one stopped working due to a defective power cord. I emailed the company and the response was they don't sell individual parts, so look elsewhere to purchase one, ie Amazon. The cords are not cheap. It seems bulb head could have replaced the whole light if they don't sell parts. Guess they don't stand behind their products.

While I do like the taste of KFC chicken, I warn people to check their entire order before leaving the KFC store. The last 2 times I ordered dinner from them (2 different locations in NY, West Seneca and Geneva) I was shorted on the amount of chicken I received, one piece less each time. The end of the world? No, but it looks like a pattern of dishonesty, that could save KFC ALOT of money if compounded over thousands of orders.
KFC did send me a voucher for the first "mistake" but they have strung me along for over a month for the second "mistake". So DO count your chicken... and other items.

Sorry Red box, but you're not ready for On demand streaming services. I started to watch a free movie that I was given due to another Red Box on demand glitch, and 1/2 through the movie it started to buffer and freeze. This went on for about 1/2 hour until I gave up. Then I called the On Demand problem number and after 10 minutes, I was disconnected. Red box is not ready to compete with other streaming services who have figured out the process.

Did I mention that Spectrum is horrible? I'll keep this short because it's beating a dead horse. I handed in a receiver today as I was told by a representative the policy had changed and I no longer needed it and could still receive cable using my ROKU. I come home AND THE CABLE IS OFF! I call Sprectum and told me that I DO have to have the receiver (even though I don't use it) and cable can't be turned on until I get another receiver! I signed up with the streaming plan (no receiver needed) and asked to be transferred for a possible credit. That rep. Tells me I CAN have regular cable without the receiver and she would give me that. After 20 minutes she says it's set up, but I can't log on. So she sends me to Customer Tech. Who barely speaks English, doesn't understand the issue, can't help at all. After 30 minutes with her (with no progress or clue), the cable suddenly comes on. Can't wait to see my bill when it updates, I'm sure that will be SNAFU too.

I can't believe this company has the audacity to present itself in commercials as a well run company. I've never had such poor service for any industry, both cable and their customer service. Cable service constantly cuts out (with the app) or is completely down (all across the country today). And "NO", it's not my ROKU device. All other apps work fine, and many others are posting issues. After my "special Offer" expires, I'll be looking for an alternative TV service, Sling, DirectTV now, etc. I had Sling for a few months with no problems. Goodbye soon Spectrum, I hardly knew you (and don't want to know anymore!)

This site was OK for a few months, I earned a little on some purchases I made. Then this month I've used it to purchase several items, and have received no credit. The trips are shown, but still no credit. I contacted them and was told I needed to submit a lot of paperwork (dates, receipts, etc) in order for them to investigate. It's just not worth it for the little I might be credited. I'm through wasting my time going through them before I purchase items.

Well, I guess I'll add my terrible Spectrum review to everyone else. I notice that Spectrum isn't responding to any reviews. Typical.
Anyway, my experience.
First, it took me about 5 different representatives and 1 1/2-2 hours of wasted time just to get a straight answer of what bundle I would be able to receive (for cable and internet.
Second, after finally giving me a "loyalty" deal, they charge me an additional $7/month for a receiver they insisted I need, while I'm watching TV on a Roku and telling them I DON'T need it. I've gotten the same answer from several rep.'s."That's how Spectrum packages it, so you have to take the receiver." So I've filed a formal complaint with the NYS Public service Commission.
Third, I'm told by a rep. At the local office when I tried to return the receiver that they have a just Streaming Option, as well as another option to just choose the TV stations you want. I call later and am told by a rep., "I don't know why you were told that, those are only for new customers." No explanation as to why, it just is.
Bottom line, Spectrum is a deceitful, morally bankrupt company, that if I had a any other real options, I would be gone in a heartbeat. But the only other internet provider in my area is slow and just as much, and if you try to get just internet from Spectrum, so you can stream, they jack the price up, and I can't get live broadcast channels in my area, even with an antenna.

This is a follow up to my review from a few weeks ago when I lamented that the Free Tax USA software did not rollover my NYS pension from the Federal tax form to the NYS tax form, nor give me an alert to consider. As feared, NYS did not catch this mistake, so I was forced to complete an amended NYS tax form. Free Tax wanted $15 for a completed amendment, which I complained about, but received no response to a request to not be charged. I finally decided to go ahead with the amendment procedure, only to find it was nearly impossible to complete! I sent a question to them about this and basically the answer I received was that I have to make sure that my NYS pension amount was not added into my tax form. WISH I'D THOUGHT OF THAT! Long story short, I ended us printing off a blank copy or the amendment form and completing it by hand. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE FREETAXUSA!

Hello Wayne, I'm sorry to here you weren't happy with FreeTaxUSA. Since many different types of pensions can be entered in the federal portion of the software, we don't automatically subtract the pension on your New York return. However, we do ask you for the amount of your pension that is eligible for the full subtraction on the Subtractions from Income screen in the New York portion of the software. I'm very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We do appreciate the feedback you have given.
