I canceled the order 2 minutes after placing it due to overcharging for shipping and handling, which was not disclosed until after payment was made. Bulbhead ignored all 3 of my requests to cancel and then they BLOCKED ME.
I ordered an item for $29.95 and was charged an additional $25.00 for shipping, (unapproved $4.99 for ShipSafely Junk Fee) handling, and taxes, which I NEVER would have ordered if informed of all the Junk charges. Then to top it off, Bulbhead told me the item was delivered and I never got it. I told them I didn't receive the package, but they BLOCKED ME and I never received any info on the missing package. I didn't block them, so I got their messages. When I try to message them, I get a Mail Demon response.
Remember the $4.99 ShipSafely, it seems to be NO GOOD and they will not honor their responsibilities. Beware of Bulbhead, they'll screw you every chance they get with items you would never approve of AFTER the initial sale is made.
User's recommendation: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEY MIGHT RIP YOU OFF ALSO.
I bought 3 of their Star Shower lights in the last year or so, one stopped working due to a defective power cord. I emailed the company and the response was they don't sell individual parts, so look elsewhere to purchase one, ie Amazon. The cords are not cheap. It seems bulb head could have replaced the whole light if they don't sell parts. Guess they don't stand behind their products.
