Ordering from Mr. Porter for many years and had no problems, until recently. I had placed a substantial order and one week had passed and the order was still not processed. I contacted Mr. Porter and they said due to the high volume of sales they were unable to tell me when my order would be sent. I looked at another business review website and there were over 300 complaints similar to mine. Subsequently I contacted Mr. Porter again and I got the same answer, so I cancelled my order. So disappointed. They don't seem to care about the customers anymore.

I have had excellent service with Matchesfashion over the past 2 years. Delivery is extremely fast, and so are the refunds. Prices are very competitve, although selection is sometimes limited.

Item I ordered was too small. Returned item and refund was issued very quickly. No hassle and no questions asked. Thank you.

I have ordered 2 times from Ln-cc and had no problems from the Italy warehouse. The last order I placed was sent from the London store. It was an expensive silk shirt that was literally stuffed into a tiny box (approx 8 inch x 4 inch). They did not fold the item, but instead they rolled it and forced it into a tiny box. The item was not damaged, but presentation wise it was unacceptable.

Cost of shipping was 30 euros and they want to save money by using the smallest box? Very disappointed.

They tend to have more selection then the competitors, but the regular prices are usually slightly higher. Reliable and fast delivery.

There seems to be a lack of communication between the customer service and the actual warehouse. Had incorrect items delivered to me on several occasions, but problem was eventually rectified. Overall good service.

Fast and efficient delivery. Very plain packaging, but well packaged. I have ordered from them for several years and I have never had a problem. Keep up the great work.
