This company is stolen my refund parcel with Balenciaga cost, price 3200€, and told that they don't receive the refund, but I have officially confirmation from delivery company.
Horrible client service ever! And stolen parcel
Will meet with them in police and hope that justice will help me to solve my Diane get money back! Beware of this company!

This has to be the worst place to purchase any items from. I ordered an item since 12/5/23 and today is 12/26 my item has not been delivered yet. FedEx confirmed that the sender used the cheapest possible option for shipping which is an option based on space on the delivery truck, meaning if there is no space your item will not be placed on the truck. Now tell me how packages will not get missing? I have called them multiple times and all they do is blame FedEx for the issue and not take ownership of the situation and assist. One of their customer service agents asked me to wait an extra 15 days for an investigation to take place. Meaning if you order from them it will take 2 months plus to make a decision either to give you a refund on a missing item or maybe find your package which maybe very impossible. Currently still waiting to hear back from them.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I initially called, I was told this would be resolved within 10 days. It's a month later and still no resolution! They have asked me for the same document 5 times and I Have sent it in all times. They send me the same email every other day that "they are still working on it". I will never order from this company again.

Horrible! Avoid

They are the WORST online retailer i have EVER used. The customer service is awful! And they take a ridiculously long time to post an order after ordering it, and paying extra for express! They are useless.

It's not gonna work, you're losing a huge amount of customers because of your stupid policy. No one should buy from their website, I agree with Mark 100p, they're stealing your money and do absolutely nothing.

Inconsistent

I have ordered 2 times from Ln-cc and had no problems from the Italy warehouse. The last order I placed was sent from the London store. It was an expensive silk shirt that was literally stuffed into a tiny box (approx 8 inch x 4 inch). They did not fold the item, but instead they rolled it and forced it into a tiny box. The item was not damaged, but presentation wise it was unacceptable.

Cost of shipping was 30 euros and they want to save money by using the smallest box? Very disappointed.

I spotted a beautiful YSL bag at a discounted price. It would have cost me $500-$600 more to buy it in the US. My main concern was authenticity. I researched a lot and read a whole bunch of bad reviews, mostly regarding customer service/ returns not authenticity issues. Even though everyone complained about customer service, almost every message good or bad gets customer representatives' attention and reply. The reason why I went for it, is because I read somewhere that the store is owned by someone who also owns or has smth to do with big brands such as Balenciaga, so I thought they will probably not try to ruin their reputation by selling fakes. Long story short, I received my beautiful bag today, they sent it within 3-5 days, it got stuck in customs and bounced back and forth in FedEx stores and sorting centers, not ln-cc fault. I will inspect my bag more, but so far I absolutely love it and have no complaints. My suggestion is that if you think you might return smth or you are ordering smth that might or might not fit you, find it in store and try out instead of ordering from a foreign country. I heard that some customers buy authentic stuff and send back fakes, so be mindful of that. Think before you buy. I'd buy from this store again.

I ordered yoga mat. The mat that has arrived is different color and style than I ordered with a hole. I have contacted customer care more than 10 times, no replay. I don't recommend this web site

I would really like to give ln-cc 0 if it was possible - placed an order on the 16th July and paid extra £15 for express next day delivery - I fully understand that I placed the order on a Sunday and that Monday would be considered day 1 so I should have received my parcel by Wednesday - even today at the latest but having spoken to some rude customer service representative on 18th July I was informed it would probably be at least another 3 days and that if I wanted a refund for the express delivery I would have to email in and they would consider my request - What a coincidence that the same day I received an email that said sadly due to a high amount of orders my parcel would be delayed even longer - There was nothing on the email to suggest how long it would be just sometime in the never never.
People you can order the same clothing for the same price elsewhere and get you parcel when promised. Anyone would think that high order numbers are something unheard of - I guess everyone else would be happy to be in that situation giving the best service possible to retain customers
