A company had sent me two separate packages through UPS and both times I was unimpressed by their services. I had called them and told them my complete address after they were unsure of where I lived and they told me my first parcel would be brought to me the next day and it wasn't. I had to call them again and they still didnt know where I lived and that went on for 3 more days and then I finally got my first parcel. About 1-2 weeks later they had another parcel for me and again could not find my house for 3 days. Those were the only times I've had problems with them and since then I have had 2 other parcels brought to me by them with no problem :)

I recently ordered from a website that used DHL to ship my parcel to me and it was a headache! I tracked my order and one day I saw a message that said they needed more address information so I called them up and told them exactly what my address was and I was told my package would be sent out the next day. It wasn't. I REPEATEDLY got phone calls to my house from DHL wanting to know my address and after a week they still had not even ATTEMPTED to bring me my parcel! When I finally got it I had to pay and additional $46 that was not even brought to my attention through all the phone calls!

I think Ebay is a great site! The only thing you need to look out for are people trying to scam you. Make sure you fully read the description of the item and look at the sellers feedback. Sometimes sellers will put crazy shipping prices but I normally stay away from those

I love LUSH! Their customer service is great and will help you in any way they can, I've never had a problem with slow shipping or lost parcels or anything like that. I'll always continue to buy from them :)

I tried ordering a dress on their website and it wouldnt let me checkout so i started an online chat with customer service and tried to do the order that way. She still couldnt get my order to go through and was very rude during the process, after numerous calls and chatting I was finally able to order my dress. And dont expect to get free shipping on a dress thats on sale because its not an option, neither is a free pair of earrings. If you try to get a price match on a similar dress from another website they will charge you $30-$40 for shipping. I've been tracking my order on the DHL website and notice that they needed more address information, after calling them DHL told me that MackTak did not even write my full address on my parcel and that I needed to pay an additional $46! After reading info on their website I noticed that they are not held responsible for lost parcels! Because they didn't decide to write my full address on the parcel and I have to keep calling back the carrier For Mack Taks mistake I'll be surprised if I get my dress anytime soon.

I placed an order of One pair of earrings, it took them 5 days to ship out my order and another 3 weeks until i got my parcel. This site is ok for jewelry

Really pleased with the everything E. L. F has to offer! Their customer service was great each time i had a question or needed to contact someone about my order. Shipping was relativity fast considering i live in Canada. The only problem i have with this site is the shipping price is so high :(

Customer Service is AWFUL! I tried multiple times to chat with someone through the online chat and NOBODY ever answered me back. I also sent numerous emails and still no reply! They lost a sale from me
