Returned their merchandise within their window but they said it had to be in their warehouse within that time. I ordered 6X for a handicapped friend for Christmas and they sent 3X. Now they tell me that they will not refund the money or return the items. In my mind this is theft - period.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from these folks!

Pay Pal helps me manage funds for purchases however they are exceptionally inefficient if you need customer support. When my daughter passed away I requested they close her account and forward any funds to me as I did not know her log in and her bank account was closed. I received conflicting instructions from them and although I forwarded all the documents to them they requested several times they failed again and again to do what several of their representatives said they would do. I have called them at least four times and have securely emailed them repeatedly. The only solution at this point is probably legal action. I would not use them if I were you. At this point I consider them thieves.

Amazon has always been the best online shopping experience on the net. They are always improving their service and their goods. Whenever I have had a problem with anything they have quickly resolved the issue. You can't go wrong with Amazon.

No matter what music you like you can find it on iTunes. I have really varied tastes but iTunes fits the bill. I get classical, blues, rock, alternative - whatever I want on iTunes. They generally have even hard to find albums and songs that were not available anywhere else. You can't go wrong with iTunes.

Netflix has quite a few selections and some good shows produced for them. However, I find their on screen (T. V.) selection to be difficult to move around and select. Secondly they have limited selections on T. V., unlike their online services.

I ordered a site to store bed frame for my daughter. When I went to the store they took forever to wait on me and then when they did find the item the box was opened and we had to take it out in the store to make sure everything was there. A most interesting experience. I like Walmart but I will no longer do any online purchases with them.

I wanted a Jeep Cherokee and so I went to this group through my bank online service. Trust me - you do not want to go to these people. I love the car but it is now March 21st. And I have yet to receive my plates. It took them over two months to mail them to our County Tax assessor. As a result there now are fines associated with the purchase. (The paperwork arrived far too late.). I am probably out over 200 dollars because these people could not do their jobs properly. Do not buy from Desert Sun Motors in New Mexico.
