Nuf said this company product low quality are only trumped by the extra low phone "quality" customer "care?" People. Drop the phone line and let the smart moms who know where the shore actually is answer. And yes to all the moms who know a shore is by the beach and a continent is not the shore except for the case of the large continental appearing island called Australia. Get some intelligent moms around the globe answering email the intelligent way. Time to drop the phone ignorance moms are available 24/7 because of sleepless children. And Kate Hudson is yet another billionaire to be ashamed of herself.

I feel stupid for just now realizing yelp is fake until last week. They have some "algorithms" that weed out reviews. I think that may be disguise for removing reviews from people who pay yelp. Then putting 5 star reviews at the top for placesthT pay. I reading all over the web the truth about yelp. Just goggle it! Yelp has it's own local paid employee who writes reviews after seeing places. I feel that is unethical to have a paid person writing reviews for their service. The thing that made me look into yelp in the first place was the negativity displayed to my cousin from the yelp paid person in our area.

Tip for consumers:
Read google reviews instead.

Does not work well because they get paid by call. They keep the visit very short, so they can get paid for the next one.

1. Teledoc Dermatology is great just answer questions and send photos. No appointment needed. No video and no call. Best Ever!

2. Teladoc urgent care is not so good. They bill themselves as a 24/7 service problem is providers only want to work non business hours. So I waited 5 hours at night an no one can answer until the following.

3. I was sent to teledoc by my insurance and waited 3 hours for less than 1 minute with the doctor. He just said that I'm fine. Did not answer questions. Another time I got a provider telling me how great she was, but she would not focus on what I was calling about. My info was 2 years old and she told me I was on stuff I was not. Just a crabby old lady provider.

Only good thing about this site is that you can get info not available on the news. If there are gun shots people will post about it. They are quickly removed, but if you look right away then you will know what is going on.

This site is worthless and just serves as a place for old folks to fight. If you are young you will not like this site this is for the elderly only. This is only for crabby old people. If you are a vibrant older person this is not for you use a better site. These nasty old people will just bring you down.

Horrible 14 days of worst phone service ever. Dropped calls worse than cricket ever was. Calls not clear and skipping words. Constant static. Finally have good service again. Called for tech support on the internet which never worked and they even complained that my cell phone had horrible reception. I explained to him it that it was his company!

Tip for consumers:
If you cannot get through on the phone try asking about adding a new service then ask the sales person to transfer you to technical support. The phone tree goes in circles and it will hang up many times. If you speak a language other than English choose that line you will get better support!

I feel that what happened with the previous reviewer is horrible. Cologuard is not for me and not for her. My doctor should have known that, her doctor should know that as well and colorguard should have known as well. They are not for people with symptoms nor for people with a family history. They are a very frustrating company right from the first robo call. Sleep is so important and it woke me up! I am so glad that someone was honest with me.

Very hard to work with them and NOT
1. Not covered under 50 years of age but only 50+ for healthy no fam hist/sympt.
2. Not with UTI/Period/Bleeding cracking skin/hemorrhoids = false positive
3. Fase postives require colonoscopy
4a Not for people with a family history of Colon cancer
4b Not polite customer service
6. Not for people with any GI symptoms
7. Not specific for blood inside the body vs outside.
8. NOT sure why the doctor wanted this because it's NOT for me according to the company.
Informed my doc that cologuard said this will do a false positive for me most likely according to cologuard.

Im sorry to the other reviewer who wanted this due to family history because it is NOT for that according to them.

They decided to order a much cheaper FIT test at a local lab which can tell the difference between blood that is not in the intestine and other. Not sure why a $600 test cannot do this too. Not sure why this was not considered before. So glad I found out this was NOT for me.

Love the Robo Calls waking me up after md ordered. Love the rude people who answer. Mailing to the wrong places.

Waste of my time dealing with this crude company

When I told them I was not doing the test they said to toss it! I should have had them send it to the previous reviewer! Glad to see I was not alone dealing with these horrible people.

Non working mini:
Rep. Was insulting said asked if it was plugged in. Then asked if it clicked and I said yes. They guy was so insulting that he asked to put the phone by the unit, so he could hear the click I did. Got an email back saying they wanted to trouble shoot a device with no power issue. They Have to delay because in 30 days it cannot be returned after that. App did not work.
