I ordered food items. soups, pasta sauce in glass jars and dry pasta in boxes. Items shipped in one box, not sealed correctly, and cans and glass not separated. Cans arrived all dented and 2 broke open sending soup all over items, broken glass jars. It was all discarded. Called customer service and they resent- 6 days later- and promised to pack it properly and ship it properly. Second box arrives, bottom falling out, tape barely affixed, every can dented, pasta boxes broken open all over box,. Called customer service again. They did credit me and I asked that this time they arrange to do a same day delivery so we can verify AND NOT WAIT another week. First they said yes but them half of the items were not in the store. REALLY??? Soups?? I said forget it- NEVER again. I tried twice. This is food items and when you order food you do so because you need it sooner than later. I spent way too much time wanting to support target. NOt again!

Made a reservation at a hotel and paid in full with hotelspro. Received a confirmation number of room type and rate paid with their system conf number. Amex was instantly charged in full
I called the hotel 24 hours later to verify and here was no record at hotel. This was booked 7 days in advance of travel.
I called Hotelspro each day for next 3 days I was treated unprofessionally as they told me I have to wait until the I am notified of the number.
I won't travel without this important information as I have been burned in the past.
I spoke to a manager 3 days later and he was mean and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I also waited 17 minutes for them to answer.
In this day and age any professional organization that books rooms gets confirmations instantly or shortly thereafter.
I reached out to the Managing director in linked in and by his email- NO replpy-
4 days later I get an email from them with a confirmation number that was not me and not for the correct date.
I am done with them- I fixed the issue myself with the hotel.
I suggest agents stay away from them- no one needs this headache.
I don't trust them and I will never use them again.

i took an option to purchase ticket later. I wanted to book it 5 days before expire and followed link on email. The system failed and said to call KLM at a usa toll free- tried on 3 occasion and waited 20 minutes each time- finally got a KLM delta agent said i have to call Europe to complete the reservation- when i asked him what the number is i should call and why i have to call europe at my expense---he transferred me to the group desk. He was trying to get rid of me. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM DELTA THAT IS REPRESENTING KLM. Does Delta really train their staff to be so unhelpful?? and is this what KLM is buying??? This is not for me. sorry.

i got a call from a yelp sales person. She (mei is her name) hs been calling me before and I always tell her NO or dont answer call. Today I did answer and simply hung up as I knew it was yelp calling. She called me back 4 times on my phone and mobile. How rude and unprofessional. A good sales person know that you can not speak to someone who is not ready to listen. I called Mei back and she answered the phone "hello". I asked here who I am speaking to and she replied with a snide comment- the person you called. Nice. Never again!!! What are they trying to sell? Bad will?? Yelp is a decent product. Too bad a bad sales person can ruin it.

the freelancers are great that I have hired. But every time i hire one i get duplicate bills and charges. Contacting customer service is a waste of time. No response and if they do its rude dialog. I had to dispute a charge with credit card because of this. I had a balance due but they said I have to cancel the dispute and then they will return my unused funds. I dont have time tor this- Onto Upworks. Freelancer never again!
