I hate to give a 1-star review on cancellation policies, but to me, having an insanely difficult process to cancel the subscription is such a big turn-off. It means you don't have enough faith in your own product to let people easily go. This is the same for the WSJ subscription. You have to CALL to cancel, and you know what usually happens when you call.
I placed an order on 1/12/16 and immediately called to cancel it (another negative for not having an option to cancel online). They cancelled it and said a refund would be issued. I still have not received my refund as of today 1/27/16. I called previously to inquire and they said a refund would be issued in a few days. To me, this is absolutely horrid compared to all other online shopping sites. I don't have time to have to keep calling in to ask for my refund!

Will NEVER shop here again.
This is my second favorite cash back web site after ebates.com. They do not have as many selections as eBates, but they work reliably with whatever they have (including Amazon.com, which eBates doesn't offer). I have gotten a few transactions with them, and each one was credited promptly. Highly recommend!

I got a Groupon for this site ($16.99 for an 11x8.5 40-page book). The available online templates were great and easy to use. The book was printed and shipped quickly. I got my book today and am very pleased with the print quality! I wish they had more promotions for their new layflat books, but I'm happy with what I got.

One slight complaint I have is that once you choose a book size and type for your project, you cannot change it. You will have to start over. It's a small annoyance, but given the price and quality, I'm still a satisfied customer.

I also purchased a Groupon for MyPublisher and that site (along with its desktop software) is much worse.
I'm not a happy customer with their photobook desktop software. I spent a few hours working on my book, and when I went to change my cover photo, it completely re-arranged my other pages, and I couldn't reverse it (nope, "Undo" didn't do it). I just abandoned the entire project and went for a different photobook site.
My favorite cashback site is ebates.com. However, there are some sites that ebates isn't affiliated with, so I tried out coupay.com. I placed 2 big purchases ($1800), and have received the products. However, coupay still has not posted my cashback. Not sure if they ever will. I contacted their support. If I hear back from them, I might update this review.

Follow up (12/9/14):

After multiple unsuccessful attempts at contacting their customer service, I went on their Facebook page and posted my questions there. I got some responses initially that they'd look into it, but nothing happened. Today, I realized my FB posts were removed from their page as well.

This means they are still operating and manning their Facebook page, but of course, not paying out their customers.

There are other cashback sites that are more reputable (e.g. ebates and topcashback).

I have accumulated quite a bit ($900+) from the last 4+ years online shopping through Ebates. They're quick and accurate with posting cashback for my purchases. Highly recommend.
I normally don't have time to write reviews, but I'm so happy with this service I hope my review can help them get more business!

I placed an order on Sunday afternoon and the lawn was mowed on Monday!!! Such an excellent idea that is well executed. The price can't be beaten either ($19). I tipped the contractor an extra $5, but that's still much better than the $30 biweekly rate I normally get. And the convenience of being able to do it online is incredible!

I will definitely use this site again in the future and recommend it to all homeowners out there!
