After finally completing my book and letting them know what a hard time I had, I was able to complete it through constant perseverance and I received an apology. I was also sent the book in very quick process time with fast delivery. I appreciate that they did do a very nice job on the book and the person I made it for just loves the results.
I gave only 3 stars because of all the frustrations I had to go through to get the good results I finally got.

I waited WEEKS to receive my order and when I did I was mortified at the quality of the tumblers that were literally falling apart as I was pulling them out of the box. Also, I used photoshop to ensure the highest quality of pictures and they came out disgustingly grainy. So mad and I will NEVER used their products or services again. For the first time in my life I am going out of my way to post as many negative reviews as I can.

I've created about 40 books over a period of several years and have never been disappointed. This past month I ordered 5 more to give as Christmas gifts. The color is sharp and I find the creation process easy. I sometimes use my own backgrounds in addition to the wide variety of options offered. I've occasionally tried other companies but always come back to Photobook America. I use the voucher offers to get the best pricing. Photobook is my go-to for preserving memories.

I'm so impressed with the quality of the book I ordered for my children. This is my second child's wedding and the 7th book I have made with Photobook America. I can't tell you how supportive they have been. Once you get into the process the fun begins. Changing layouts adding words to pages. I really enjoyed these experiences. Toughest part is deciding what photos to use. Originally we were using the photographers studio to make book. Too too long and $$$$$ can't imagine. I thought let me try. I made a 50 page book flat binding at so much less.

I have tried many photobook companies and I keep coming back to this one. They have a download software that i particularly love. I always order their layflat albums with the cheapest options in all areas, and they are fantastic. Uploading from software is tricky, but now that I know how, it's fine. ( bigfile transfer). I have recommended them to many. I hope they keep the offline option around.

I've used this company many times, but the quality has dramatically worsened in the past two years. They've changed their printing process so that the photo quality isn't as good and the books smell dreadful. Delivery times have gotten really slow. I'm currently waiting on a book I ordered 15 days ago. The "track order" feature on the website isn't working so I don't know if/when the book is coming.

Easy to use platform. I completed my Greece album after procrastinating for 6 months. But once started, it was a breeze.
I would like more options for vertical pictures, without the need of stretching the frames…

Love the quality of these albums and thick pages. Would like to see more 100 page options for vouchers.

I have created 4 books, each with about 40 pages. The results are stunning! There is a learning curve, but the ability to create and build your own pages is so worth it. I use an imac and can pull photos directly from photo app.

Easy to use, good options to up load your photos, fast production and delivery very pleased with the prices and quality I have made over 20 photobooks with this site

I have been printing albums with this company for 6 years. The last album I received was of very poor quality. Everything is blurry. I asked to print it again. I received it again blurry and all the faces are lilac. I don't understand why there is no quality control before sending to the consumer. I am very upset because this is an album for my client.

I've made at least 3 or 4 books a year over the last 8 years. They have the best customer service techs. Whenever I've called they are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to reach. Always helpful. Lots of options and ways to design. Also, coupon options available on their website. Try them!

This company has printed many books for me over the years and the quality is always good. If you get stuck, call their customer service number. They are responsive and will walk you

I had a few photobooks made from PhotobookAmerica. I love the overall experience. The books are good quality. Recently I tried to upload some photos to other photo book sites, both sites turned my pictures upside down or left to the right. It was very frustrating. Then I went to PhotobookAmerica, it solved my pain. Thank you PhotobookAmerica!

First off let me say my photo book experience was an amazing one start to finish! I created an 11x14,100 page photo album of my 2022 trip to Ireland. I had bought a gift voucher and had to use customer service for help to apply the certificate, as there was some confusion when I chose my layout (had to match details of certificate). I was able to email a customer service representative and within a couple of days (it was the weekend) I received a response with screenshots of exactly what I needed to do to fix my settings and apply my gift certificate. I was able to complete my check out and received my book within a short period of time. The platform was easy to use for me and I really had a good experience creating my photo book. I was able to be creative and I was able to choose colors, graphics, and my picture layouts. This was very important to me. Thick pages and vibrant colors. Awesome quality! I highly recommend Photobook America!

The experience with the software online is not too bad, but it's not as friendly as others. The paper quality of the book is actually pretty good, thick pages; however, the color quality is one of the worst I have seen. These were my wedding photos and I am disappointed. If you are printing vacation or casual photos, they can be ok. But I would not recommend it for wedding photobook.

I'm an amateur photographer focused on wildlife and landscape taking 1-2 trips annually to exotic locations. For at least the last decade I have created a photo book for each trip, all with Photo book America.

With one minor exception, I'm extremely satisfied.

Here are the good points:
1. The app has some very useful features like autoflow that creates a book with all of your photos. I use this as a starting point, and remove, replace, move, or resize various photos.
2. Customer support, when I've needed, it has been very responsive.
3. The time between order and receipt of the book has always been less than two weeks, without paying for expedited processing.
4. The finished product, always 8.5 x 11, layflat, image wrap, has always been excellent, with one exception (below).

The only problem over a span of more than a decade has been a book on which the cover is lifting away from the pages by about an eighth of an inch at the edge of the book. I suspect there is either a slight warp in the cover or that the spine is too narrow. The problem is not significant enough for me to have demanded a reprint.

I have created about 10 Photobooks to date. I love this product.
I use the desktop designer software. I love that I can add my own backgrounds (colors and patterns), icons, frames, etc to make my books more relevant to my experiences. I do not know how the online version works, but I would assume similar capabilities.
The program is easy to use and the final products are beautiful. There are many options available as to size, format, paper selection, etc.
In addition, their customer service/phone support is excellent. And they have special offers/pricing all of the time. I always take advantage of those.
I highly recommend Photobook.

I have used PhotobookAmerica for many years. I am pleased with the product and the responsive customer service.

I like being able to design products exactly how I want. There are many products to choose from such as photobook, photo prints, home decoration, and useful items. Quality products at cheap prices. Admins are very helpful in making products.

The product is always excellent quality. They often have coupons that make prices very reasonable! If anything is amiss, coupons don't work, etc., email customer service is spot on.

I have made dozens of books and have had very few issues. Customer service responded to my satisfaction.
