After finally completing my book and letting them know what a hard time I had, I was able to complete it through constant perseverance and I received an apology. I was also sent the book in very quick process time with fast delivery. I appreciate that they did do a very nice job on the book and the person I made it for just loves the results.
I gave only 3 stars because of all the frustrations I had to go through to get the good results I finally got.

I've had such a horrible experience this week, after putting in many hours; 6 to be a fact... the last step to conclude the order would not go through... I tried everything I can and I'm so frustrated with this program that I'm done trying and they can keep my money and loose any further business with me. I started the book over after all the work I did was lost, only to have the same thing happen again... I wish I had seen all these reviews before purchasing their voucher for a "Special Deal"!
