Oh, Target... how the mighty have fallen... I have shopped at Target for many, many years. Never have I been so frustrated with this store. I have been shopping at the Target in McKinney on 121 since 2012. Great store. Clean. Most of the employees are nice. I could almost always find what I was looking for. That is until the last 3-4 months. I first started noticing the things I purchased regularly were not in stock. Then their place in the shelves disappeared completely forcing me to buy online and from other retailers because I would find lower prices. Then this particular location did a remodel. Which was a total nightmare. I've been in half a dozen times since the remodel was completed and still cannot find the things I am looking for. Whoever merchandized this store should be punched in the throat. This past weekend my husband and I spent an hour in there doing our normal grocery shopping. We had to split up to find the items we were looking for and some of them we still couldn't find. We were exasperated and finally left. We decided to order the items we could not find on Target.com. I received an email today stating that those items are not going to be delivered in time. Really? Also while I was in their website I noticed that they have certain things that cannot be shipped unless you spend $25 even if you're a Redcard member. I am going to start shopping at a different Target to see if I have a better in-store experience. If not then I will be searching for a new store to shop at. Oooooh, and I can't forget that Target now plays music. Ugh. Totally distracting and annoying.

I love Target. Though they do not have as many awesome deals as they used to. Their shipping is relatively slow when you use the free shipping from your Red Card. The clothes used to be really good, but now it seems like the quality has dipped a bit. The shoes and shirts do not seem to last quite as long. Target is still fun and I always choose it over places like Walmart. I am disappointed that they stopped carrying my favorite bathroom cleaner, Mr. Clean Shower and Bathtub cleaner.

I ordered some mats and tape from Jerrysartarama a few weeks ago for a photography class. Everything was shipped pretty promptly. My main issue was the tape was wrapped up in some plastic shipping film. The tape was not in it's own package. The edges are dirty and it looks like it has been sitting somewhere collecting dirt. I had to cut the tape to remove the dirty edges. I didn't want to use dirty tape on my carefully cut mat boards.

I have ordered from Amazon.com numerous times over the years and have never had an issue. Everything is always shipped promptly and I have always received just what I ordered. I will continue to shop with Amazon.com.

I hate to do this, but maybe it will get the attention of someone at Adorama so they can do something about it. I have placed 5 orders with Adorama this year from $2300 to $20 with no issues except for this one. I ordered a Canon lens and chose the free shipping. First off, I would not have chosen the free shipping if I had realized it was via the USPS. I went back after I received the shipping notification to make sure I didn't just overlook something that said USPS. It did not say anything about USPS. When I received my lens, it was packaged in a floppy plastic mailer bag. I am talking the plastic bags that clothes are shipped in. It did have some bubbles on the inside, but they gave no rigidity to the plastic at all. Granted the lens I purchased is not a super expensive lens, but it is a lens nonetheless and should be handled with care. I thought maybe it was just someone who was careless in the shipping department and I did some searching online. I have found numerous reviews of people receiving things like lenses and even cameras in plastic bags. I sent an email to Adorama the day I got the lens and politely told them that I received my item in a plastic bag and asked what they would like to do about it. No response. So I just sent another email requesting a paid return label so I can return it and order elsewhere. If I do not receive a response by tomorrow then I am going to call and I really hate calling and dealing with those things. If this isn't handled in a timely manner, then I will never order from Adorama again and I will make sure my fellow college photography students know of my experience. My hope is that this review gets the attention of someone and this shipping issue gets taken care of.

I purchased an iMac that ended up being $100 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. I used my Chase debit card and got 2% back. The ordering was easy, the customer service was nice, and the shipping was fast. The computer and SuperDrive were packed up nicely for shipping. I have no complaints.

I love, love, love B&H. I have purchased multiple expensive items with them and had zero issues. They are fast and their customer service is spot on. Majority of the things they sell are less expensive than anywhere else on the internet. Highly recommend!

After 2 days of them saying my address was wrong on my credit card, it wasn't, they finally got a supervisor to process it. However, they were nice and shipped my merchandise faster than what I paid for. I appreciate that. Everything was in order after that. I would purchase from them again.

I ordered contacts on January 9th. After a few days of "processing" I wondered what was going on and emailed. The lady said they were behind on authorizing prescriptions and that if I had a paper copy I could email or fax it. I did that. I emailed AND faxed it. I waited. Still processing. So I sent another inquiry on the 16th. On the 17th I got a response stating that the contacts I ordered were not carried in stock and it would take 2-3 business days for them to ship from the manufacturer. She said based in the time they should arrive any day. First off, the site did not say they didn't carry those contacts in stock, nor did they email me and let me know that they had to be ordered. Today is the 21st and my order is still "processing". I have sent another inquiry in telling them if they do not have my contacts then I am going to cancel. This is RIDICULOUS. Service. I have never had service like this from any website and I order online ALL the time and have for years. Just be warned. You might want to inquire on the stock of the contacts before you order, though I do not know if that will help or not.

UPDATE: January 27th. Still no contacts. I inquired again last week and a woman said they had the contacts, that they just needed to be unpacked. That they would be shipped out Wednesday or Thursday and would be overnighted to me at no additional charge. Plus a $15.00 credit for my next purchase. Yeah, right. Like I would ever place another order with this company at this point. So it is now Monday. I told them to cancel the order. I am beyond ticked at this point. It isn't worth the 25% off sitting here waiting any longer. Which I kind of suspect is one reason they are giving me a hard time. I ordered the Dailies Total 1 which are brand new and very expensive.
