This is by far the worse shopping website. I recommend people not to shop from them ever because there is a chance that you will never receive your order and the customer service is incompetently arrogant! It seems they have tied up with vendors who are living on another planet so there is no communication between the zulily and the vendor.

I have placed a dozen or more orders with Zulily. Several were never shipped. I did get a refund, but how ridiculous is it for a company to have such a poor ability to fill orders?
Another complaint is incorrect sizing information on many items. I once ordered two dresses which were no where near the measurements listed on the sale. I ended up giving them away because of the difficulty in trying to get a refund from the company.
Yes, good deals can be found on the site. Are they worth it? Not in my experience.
There are other, more reliable ways to score a good deal. Until Zulily cleans up its act, I won't be a customer nor will I encourage anyone else to try them.

I just placed two orders recently (first time user) and as already stated it took a while to receive the items. However, my biggest concern was their No Return Policy. Reluctantly I ordered a pair of ladies dress boots, which did not fit. But I noticed in some of the reviews that a couple of customers mentioned that they had returned items. How does that work? Please help!

What a joke

So, four orders and eight items later I can honestly say that I will never order from zulily again. They sell cheap $#*! from China along with name brands, that are probably discontinuing their products anyway, hence the price drop. No returns, no refunds, it took some of my orders one month to be delivered, despite the "1-2 day shipping" on their site. All of the items are very poor quality and I would have never kept any of them if I could. No possibility of reviewing on zulily directly, so I hope that people would look for reviews here first and not be fooled by this deceiving company.

Loved Zulily until one large shipment went missing and hasn't been recovered. Since the shipping mode isn't insured, a claim is not possible through usps. I'm still waiting for another large order that is stalled at a FedEx location near one of the zulily warehouses. Now that the holidays are ending, so will my relationship with Zulily. Shame. Quality is hit or miss - true - but when they get it right it's great. That's what I'll miss. But not the aggravation.

Terrible!

Either way I am not lucky with the things I ordered and they sell crap. Totally bad quality, wrong sizes, broken things, very expensive toys for less but you get what you paid for. So far they reimbursed me for the issued items (at least 1 or 2 per shopping by the way), but it's so frustrating waiting for something I meant to give as gift, then finally has arrived and it's just impossible to give since it is defected!
I promised never to buy another thing on that website, then I gave a second chance, then a third one. The result is I regret I spend my money and time with this.
It's all cheap except the shipment costs!

I really dig this site

I really dig this site. I am always finding beautiful dresses, blouses, shoes, toys, home furnishings, and children's clothing that I have never seen anywhere else. The slow shipping can be a bit frustrating, as can the return policy (or lack there of) when something doesn't fit right. But that is the only thing holding my review back from 5 stars. I love the brands they carry. I have purchased several shirts, heels, coats, and a beautiful boho bag, all have met or exceeded my expectations.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Zulily has some wonderful vendors with great clothing but on the other hand, they also have some cheap clothing for good prices. I ordered a couple of items more than a month ago, maybe 5 or 6 weeks. Not a damn thing has come to me yet and I am pissed off. It says one item made it to my post office more than 4 days ago, and yet they have nothing. What is going on here? I have purchased a ton of clothing over the years and this company is poor at sending out their product. I advise that if you want an item for the holidays, start shopping at least four months in advance. This is a nice company but their shipping out to customers really sucks.

I love Zulily

I love Zulily. I've been shopping for over a year and have spent thousands of dollars. I have had a few errors with my order which I feel is okay because they refund the money and give me a credit-I just email and it's fixed. It usually states when an item will be delivered so I don't think it's fair to complain about the shipping time. I do like someone else's suggestion that the free shipping be used for the next day, sometimes I save items in my cart if the next day's sales look promising so I can avoid double shipping!

I have placed a couple orders with Zulily in the last few months. Some items are unique and are priced well. Others are things you could probably get from Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, or even eBay.

Plus the shipping is incredibly S L O W! I don't know what takes to so long to get an order out! I have one outstanding order (placed Aug 20), and according to my order status, I should expect to receive my item by mid Sept! I ordered the exact same thing (more expensive and I returned it) from Overstock.com and it was here in 4 days.

I will NOT be shopping at Zulily again.

Ordered 3 dresses at the end of June, received the last one today (sept 10). Will never shop here again, first dress was not as described, it looks more like night wear :( also their sizing charts are off and lack of customer service is disappointing.

First time to purchase, will never purchase or recommend zulily to anyone.

I have ordering from Zulily for the past 2 years and my daughter has ordered a few things too. Most of what I order are jewellery (inexpensive costume), some kids items and scarves. If you can't return anything I don' take a chance on sizing or expensive jewellery pieces. If you understand how they work you won't expect an order in less than 4-6 weeks and customer service has always been helpful. You have to weigh the benefits with the not so good points of ordering from this company and decide if it's worth it. I think a lot of their items come from China or India etc. and the prices and quality reflect the prices. Sometimes you get more than expected for the price, but there is a risk.

I enjoy looking at Zulily, and they often have nice things. It's a good place to find a variety of items, from jewelry to clothes to shoes to homegoods, it has it all. Shipping is always expensive, however, even for repeat customers. And if you need anything returned, they always charge an $8 fee to return items. You can't really exchange clothes for a new size, either, since sales only last a few days. By the time you've bought something and it arrives, it's gone from the website. So if it doesn't fit correctly, you have to pay another $8 (on top of the $9 shipping fee and price of item), only to get store credit. It makes me think long and hard about how badly I want something, because the extra fees can really add up, and you're left with nothing but credit.

Yes, of course I'm sure somewhere in their mess of cheap items there is a good quality item.

I am embarrassed to admit that I fell for Zulily. I zoom in, review all photos, read descriptions carefully, research as much as possible and still, I have failed to purchase an item worth the price of shipping.

I won't bore you will my experiences, but I advise you to save your money and not support Zulily.

OH and very importantly, shipping takes forever. No really it can take weeks.

Love the ability to try a product-line at a discount without the commitment. Also like the fact that the shipping is a standard low rate, and then free after the first order until midnight. I don't know how you keep a low-shipping rate on such a huge variety of merchandise. Love the unique discoveries. It's like having an exotic open-air shopping bazaar surrounded by air-conditioning and only one computer key click away, instead of an ocean away. At first I approached with caution, with one gold pair of shoes, (literally) and then was drawn into each new shopping exploration. But, don't forget, Zulily has some good basic necessities at a better price as well. And worth the wait...

If you order from Zulily know that you are taking the risk of your items taking MONTHS to arrive. I ordered two items and my daughter's boots arrived within their promised 7-10 days; however, her winter snow coat has yet to arrive after 2 months. I have contacted zulily twice and received poor customer service. All I am told is there was a delay. It is so frustrating. At this point I'm hoping to receive the coat before December when my daughter will really need it.

They are upfront about how long the items take. I don't mind. If I need something within a couple days, I just go to a local store. I have probably made over 50 purchases over the last few years and maybe 3 times had a problem with the product. Each time customer service has been excellent by giving me 100% refund, and a credit of $10.00 for the inconvenience. Love them!

Worth the payoff

Zulily Sucks

Wow sometimes you cannot believe how poor a business is. I ordered on Nov 1 2017 it's Dec 4th and it's still not here, not back ordered, just in transit. I had not read reviews prior to ordering. A very bad mistake. I basically have thrown $150 down the toilet. Don't know if I'll ever receive my items. I wanted to cancel my order by Oh no... can't do that either. U
