I love shopping at Zulily and do it quite often. What I don't love and happens to be frequently is when I order something, and the material is cheap or the item isn't nearly as nice as it appears or the sizes are larger than normal THEN I have to pay shipping to send it back. Zulily's customer service has always been awesome and very accommodating but having to pay for returns and shipment along with having it credited to my account is a turn off but I will keep on buying. :(
I was disappointed that when I returned 5 items I did not receive full credit on what I paid. I also feel that once paying the postage for orders I was not given free postage on other items that same day. So, that being said, unfortunately my review is not a raving one.
Just takes so long to get your order. 85% satisfied. But I still keep looking and ordering. Would like to know what country my ordered product is coming from! Then i can decide if i would order it.
I love Zulily because of all the great gifts and fun ideas. They have good deals on crafts too. I've found lots of great specials on many craft items. They also have a wonderful staff for questions.

When I place and order from a vender for 5 items why do they send one at a time instead of mailing the entire order? Lately I been placing large order with Zulily and you have been sending my order ex: if I place and order today with 6 item you will mail out two or one and the rest of the order at another time, when you place a couple of orders weekly you want to be in control of your order is all there any reason why you are sending part of an order? Overall you have good prices and nice items for children I wish you could get stylish shoes in extra wide sizes
I quite honestly shop on zulily more than I shop on amazon. The variety is what keeps me coming back day after day. I've seen items on here that I've never seen anywhere else and yet when I do see it the price is to die for. I get compliments all the time from coworkers, family, and friends on where I bought something and can often say every aspect of what I'm wearing I got from zulily for a deal.
I also work in customer service and can honestly say the customer service here is exceptional. Its rare I gave a problem but when I do the resolution is always so easy and every rep I've dealt with has been so helpful.
I love Zulily for the variety of merchandise the have every day. Their customer service is great they really try to please you in every way possible. Zulily keep up the good work!

I love Zulily. They have great prices on so many different. Every day, it's different products to shop from. The only problem I have is the length of time it takes to get the items you order. They need a faster turn around system, getting from buyer to buyers home.
I like the variety of stores offered. I have had very good purchase transactions. On a few purchases I wasn't satisfied with the item, but it was my personal taste, not the quality of the product. I shop at Zulily regularly. The shipping does take longer than some other stores. I have not had any experience with the return process.

Only on two occasions that I've had to return items and was given a credit plus more to use on my next order. It does take longer at times for orders you come since sometimes they are shipped from overseas. My experience overall has been really good. I will continue to order from them.

I've never had a problem with my orders, & if there was they fixed it right away. And gone beyond what I expected. Very loyal customer because of the service I've received, which is hard to come by these days. The one thing I would change would be the # viewing on items. I would move it so you could see the product because it covers up a lot of the pictures making be bypass things I might buy. Love the option of 2 payments on items occasionally as well. It makes it easier to purchase more.
Zulily has overall good deals but I don't like "store credit" whey OU return things. I can understand some things can not be returned but store credit on almost everything?

I bought a Radley London trifold wallet from zulily on sept. 21. A plum leather wallet with a triangle on front and entire back in gold. I noticed that the gold was slowly dismissing off the back of the wallet and kept trying to think what I might have done to cause that but could not. I didn't drop it and it wasn't in a purse or tote to be scratched by anything because I don't carry either. When I come home from shopping, my wallet goes immediately in a padded drawer. Last week I was headed to the store and stuck a post-it note with a short list on the back of the wallet. All the gold is now adhered Across the sticky top of the post it note. I sent a picture along with a request to return payment which they agreed to this one time only, their email says, and, next time I must return within 30 days. My granddaughter always had good luck buying prom dresses from zulily but it appears that not everything they sell is up to snuff and I learned from reviews that they also carry a lot of foreign items from our favorite country, yep China! So they responded quickly to both emails and the picture, and you may have a good experience there or you may not.
I ordered from Zulily for the first time on 11/06. I was anxious to receive my items which took 2 1/2 weeks. Needless to say I do not feel this is an acceptable time frame since everything was "in stock" and nothing was backordered. They did finally arrive so lets see the products as the excitement slowly drained. Sweater #1 - the neck was so tight I couldn't get it over my head. Shirt #2 - the upper arms were so tight they were uncomfortable yet the rest of the shirt fit correctly and I must add I am not a "big" girl. Only 5' 3" and 119 lbs. Well, sweater #3 sorta fit even though the shoulders hung 2 + inches down my arm and the workmanship was of poor quality. The sweater is white and blue and the sides were sewed with dark blue thread, the seams are loose where the thread sticks out like a sore thumb on one side. Last I ordered some "fleece" lined leggings (thinking I could wear them in the northern cold temperatures) They were made of an almost silky material with very minimal "fleece" inside. Definitely, not as portrayed on the web site. Well figured I would return them BUT wait. They only have the terms of returns on a multi page attachment and it is not really clear. To return items they subtract a handling charge of $8.95 per return (at least that is what they are charging me) and lets not forget... this will be "refunded in a store credit" I DO NOT GET ANY MONEY REFUNDED! I do 90% of my shopping on line and I hate to say it but this was by far the most disappointing shopping trip ever.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
