I very careful about what I purchase from your site. I've been burned by items that were poor quality. I buy a lot of clothing for my granddaughter, home stuff and shoes. I always make sure it's a brand that I am familiar with. I also feel that when an item is returned your customers deserve a credit on whatever card they used.
I like the wide variety of products that Zulily offers. I'm also able to find Many items that I couldn't find elsewhere
I have purchased many many items from Zulily. Their prices are usually lower than most other websites. I generally don't buy clothing on Zulily because I can't touch, feel, and try on items. However, I have purchased many home decor items. I also have purchased unique items like Phone Soap or the Spatty which I have wanted to try but couldn't find locally. I also buy kitschy little stocking stuffer items. I am very rarely disappointed. When I have had a problem (wrong items sent or item damaged), Zulily customer service has always corrected the issue. I would say the biggest limitation is the shipping cost and time. Generally items take 3-4 weeks to get shipped to me but I think that is part of the cost savings. Anyway, I end up being surprised when the item arrives because I forgot I ordereed it.
Has lots of items I check it everyday and always see stuff I like sometimes prices are not the lowest but low. I also kind of wish they would match other stores like target but have done some price matches and had great experience.
Always has something fun and unique on this site. Can find things that are quality products and at good prices.

I like the product variety availability, although I have often found the dame product cheaper st Walmart.com. The shipping options are pricey, and I have had products take weeks to arrive. Two day free shipping would be nice.

Other than clothing, some of the products that are for the gardens or anything that is not worn, the products are different from other companies. I find it hard to wrap my head around the fact that QVC owns ZULILY but can not use their expertise at ZULILY.
Also the time from placing the order and when you receive it is much longer than QVC's delivery times. I think that QVC should get involved in ZULILY's business organization

You almost never know if the product that you buy from Zulily will be great or cheaply made trash. Also, the shipping REALLY stinks. Zulily, do you have ANY IDEA how much money you lose during the Christmas shopping season because of your terrible shipping? And I'm pretty tired of ALWAYS having to pay for your lousy shipping too.
Love, love, Zulily. I shop every morning first at Zulily. Can hardly wait to see what products are being offered for the day. Have I been disappointed in a few things that I've bought, yes, but not many. Most products are high quality and many name brands are offered. I will continue to buy from this company.

From beautiful clothing, home decorations in the styles I enjoy most, food gifts, collectibles for my kids, humorous gifts, inexpensive canvas artwork that brings life to my walls, signs, seasonal decorations, they also have so many collections to choose from, you won't be disappointed. They also send emails telling you about all of the events on the shopping site. They have outstanding prices and many ways to pay, I love the Zulily card. It gives you the option to have 3 interest free payments for your purchase! They have one charge for shipping and it lasts all day long. On Fridays you pay once for shipping and the rest of your purchases are free though Sunday at midnight, so great! Visit their website and see for yourself the great products and specials Zulily has to offer.
I can't wait to get home every evening to see what new things I can buy. When I receive the email notifications I get all excited and have to open them right away.
