I was a customer for awhile... loved! The items and service... then spent a time away. Have TRIED OVER AND OVER to get help to reset my password (that was buried by time, I guess) and no intention of help... in fact, they have something called "I'm no robot" that insists you respond correctly to their pictures... so I could continue to shop... it's been days (5) with no response to many emails and asks for help. I'm "done". There are so many other sites available to us as consumers... I'm finished with the company that can't respond to even one question, much less help me secure my on line help. I'm done... sorry for all the companies that depend on them...
I'm so glad I discovered Zulily! They have a great selection of products from clothing to housewares to outdoor stuff to pets and even food! I love the discounted prices and I have to say most of my new wardrobe was purchased thru Zulily's vendors. Cute styles for all sizes and affordable prices. Can't beat that anywhere! And their customer service is awesome! I have had to return a couple of items and it was hassle free along with getting credit for an item that broke during shipping and they give you notices if the item ordered didn't reach their facility in a timely manner and then they refund my money and give me store credit for having to cancel an item that I didn't mind waiting for.
Some items do take longer to ship, but I don't mind since it feels like its a nice present from me to me when I get it delivered! And the free shipping offers are totally worth it!
I've been shopping this company for years and even though I've had issues, I still shop them daily. If there are brands you've never heard of, this is your go-to. I've discovered new to me brands and had no issues. I do like these price matching policy too. Not many companies do that. Even with COVID19 going on, shipping has been decent.
I've found lots of great things at Zulily. Most are high quality and available at a deep discount. I've been a Zulily shopper for many years. I like that many things are returnable now, though I'm still upset they didn't allow me to return a poor-quality item recently. Shipping can be slow, but I plan ahead so that doesn't bother me much.
Zulily is my online department store! I purchase almost all of my clothing from them including shoes and jewelry. Now I've started purchasing kitchen gadgets, sheets, towels, you name it. I have comforters to match every bedspread... I've purchased the bedspreads from Zulily! I can change my wardrobe and my bedroom to match the season or my mood! They are quality products at an economical price. The delay in shipping really doesn't bother me as I look ahead and determine what I need. I love coming home and finding the package from Zulily in my mailbox or at my front door!
I'm done now. After over a year of buying from zulily and getting increasingly shoddy products and service I just finally reached my limit. I ordered a pair of expensive shoes using their US to Euro size conversion chart and they came in completely wrong. When I complained the response was for me to send them back for a refund of the purchase price. Not my $6.95 shipping from zulily and not my $7.95 return shipping. When I complained about that I was told by the cheerful and completely clueless sales rep that Yes, I would have to pay all shipping for their error. After a run of not-so-great purchases and service, this is the final annoyance. No more zulily for me
They have stolen $85.00 from me. I placed an order on 11/27. Was charged the same day. 12/1 received an email stating how their shipping worked. At that point I knew to just wait. Today 12/20 I checked my order status. It is cancelled. I checked my bank account and have received no refund. That's what I call stealing.
Fell in love with a pair of Dolce Vita shoes and discovered they were on sale online in the states but not in Canada. Also, my size was sold out everywhere. Found and ordered them through Zulily and received them in just over a week! Free shipping with tracking info included. Very pleased with this site.
I have been able to find groceries, clothing, shoes, and jewelry at wonderful pricing. I have gotten wonderful customer service, except they only give store credit on returns. I always go there first when I am looking for an outfit or something for the house. The quality of the products is spot on and I have only had two pieces that where broken and it was taken care of quickly by Zulily. You can count of Zulily.
Zulily can be wonderful and not so wonderful. I've had good experiences with customer service, in particular. That said, purchasing on the site can be hit or miss. For example, I've had a bunch of items I've ordered mysteriously be cancelled. No explanation. Just cancelled. Sure, they refund my money, but it's happened enough that it's pretty frustrating. Another issue? Items that are never delivered. I report the issue and they refund my money, but again, frustrating.
I've gotten some amazing deals on Zulily. Is it worth the hassle? Probably. I've also gotten a bunch of duds, some of them not returnable. And for many items you will wait a long time to receive them, so be prepared. If you want something right away, look for their "Ready to Ship" marked items.
It may be the nature of the business as an intermediary between manufacturers and purchasers that Zulily has these issues. So if you're thinking about taking the plunge, consider all of the above before you dive!
I've been shipped the wrong product and they said I must send them a picture in 48 hours in order to potentially get a refund. This is ridiculous for a product I didn't order. I still haven't gotten the items I ordered. Very, very poor customer service. Agree with other poster, should have read reviews before ordering. Simply awful.
Shipping with this company is horrible and they charge for shipping! This company apparently first gets products shipped to them and when sale is over then they ship. My first order was shipped to the wrong address. They left off my unit number even though it was in the computer. I've ordered twice from this company and it's taken 6 weeks to get my order. Difference in price (sometimes a couple of dollars less) is not worth the wait and shipping charges. Awful customer service. I will never shop with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would have chosen that.
Just received my last two orders from Zulily. Looked nothing like they were pictured. But I know better than to try and return them because they will charge an extraordinary fee to do that. I guess I'm stuck with them. Beware you may not get the items you're looking at and it will take you forever to get them

I visit Zulily daily! Some people say the drawback of shipping time keeps them from ordering. It doesn't bother me and If I need something for a certain event I know to shop in advance or go to an actual store (boo).
I have never been disappointed by the items that I buy. I know to shop carefully that is the key!
Quick customer service and if there's a problem they jump right on it. Quick delivery and timely updates in case there's a problem. I go there first before I go to any other place. They do not sell their own things, just provide a venue for others to sell their wares cheaply, so to get a good idea of sizes and what people say, use your ability to research the company before you buy the clothes. They have provided me credit and the ability to return items with no restock or return fees. They are very understanding and maintain the best concepts to making customers happy. If buying several items, purchase the smallest first to get a lower shipping fee and all other items that day or all weekend are shipped thereafter for FREE! Where do you get that? Anyway, they have a near perfect business model with no overhead. They're smart!
I understand that not every product is in stock when you order, but lately it seems that everything is WAY over 30 days out. And you don't know this until after you have placed your order. And their quality is not what it use to be. I'm done with them. They have made online ordering a nightmare for me.
This site said guarantee delivery by Christmas I ordered my stuff nov 20 it is now dec 5 and still has not left the warehouse. So in other words I wont have it by the time I need it. They didn't offer me any kind of apology or a definite time frame for delivery. It seems the more you purchase the worse the customer service is. I already received all my other packages from all other online retailers even the ones ordered a week later. Not a happy online shopper will not recommend this site for anyone else
I love zulily's products and their customer service representatives are the tops. My only issue is the packing. I have received several shipments where there has been damage to the products. Mostly this has been mugs which were not packed correctly. Another item was a lighted canvas that was improperly padded and the back and wires were damaged. Unlike some of the others though I received immediate help for my problems and a satisfactory adjustment to my account. I wish I were treated as well by other companies when I have a problem.
I recently ordered King size bed quilts from Zulily and when they arrived they were nothing near the color that the text and picture said it was going to be. I called to return them and was told I could only receive a store credit. If I had just changed my mind then this would not be an issue, but I was mislead and they are not standing by their product. Will not recommend them in the future.

As with many other reviewers, the item I received was not the item I ordered. It was a different manufacturer, a different fit, and a different design. And it looked incredibly cheap. It was similar to the one on their website but not what I ordered. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, because they agreed to take the item back. I don't really understand how a company like this can stay in business. It's my bad for not researching them first, but given how many good discount/online retailers there are (Sierra Trading Post being my favorite), it's hard to see how they manage to turn a profit. Unless it's mostly first-time customers who get burned and never come back. Lesson learned.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
