Worst customer service ever! They sent me the wrong order & getting them to "make it right" was unbelievably hard. Will never recommend to anyone!
I purchased 2 bras from Zulily. They looked nice in the photos... and even looked nice upon opening the box. After trying on, I finally realized they were cheaply made and not well constructed. BUT>>>even more telling was after washing, they shredded! NO returns at Zulily... they lost me as a shopper.
Yes, of course I'm sure somewhere in their mess of cheap items there is a good quality item.
I am embarrassed to admit that I fell for Zulily. I zoom in, review all photos, read descriptions carefully, research as much as possible and still, I have failed to purchase an item worth the price of shipping.
I won't bore you will my experiences, but I advise you to save your money and not support Zulily.
OH and very importantly, shipping takes forever. No really it can take weeks.
Zulilys sizing is completely out of whack! The XL top I ordered, according to their size charts, should fit me - a standard size 16 au. It is actually a size 12/14. As they do not have a returns policy i have wasted my money. I won't be ordering from Zulily again.

I have purchased probably 20+ things from Zulily since last year... The sizing is way too small On half there items. Very happy on others. Have to watch what you select and check the material it is made of. Have received items that look nothing like what the pic was and sent them a pic email and my account was credited. Never had a problem... Sometimes they tell me to keep the item and sometimes I have to send it back. I have found that if I zoom man and below the picture very large of my iPad I can tell the quality better.
I'm dissapointed because I thought I finally found a place to buy large-sized clothes that are really cute and stylish. The quality on many items was poor -- pics misrepresented the products. Return policy is a joke... on every item I choose, there was no return allowed, but I took a chance, which did not an out!
I've already ordered twice from Zulily and I got my orders in the specific time they've mentioned in their email. The tops are unique and true to size, and their quality is good for the money spent. Will buy from them again.
Very small sized and poor, thin quality of fabric and not true to photo description. Customer service wrote a condescending reply to my email about clothes not matching the photo but it was instructive on how to return for credit. That system sounds like a rigamarole that could go on for years! I gave away the items on the order to someone who might be able to wear them and unsubscribed from their daily emails. I usually don't order on-line, this was pure impulse shopping, I can see how a business could rake in money on one-time-only buyers with this system. Lesson learned.

If you see something on the site you have a less then 50% chance of getting said item. They could care less about their customers. After holding onto my money for. 3 months as I waited for them to send me boots, I got a sorry we will refund you your money in 3 to 5 days. They write it like they are doing you this favor by refunding you your money. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE but Zulily.
Truth be told, their clothing is the cheapest quality, made in China. I was so disappointed. Zulily has an extremely attractive website that makes the clothing appear fashionable. But what you get is far from what you see. The leggings I received were transparent you could even see the white tag through the pants. I paid half price $20. I have better quality leggings from Walmart for only $9. The tops I ordered were of cheap polyester, save your $$ its not worth it.

I have bought quite a bit from Zulily for 2 years now and have NEVER had a problem with them. The only thing that could improve is getting rid of the Reborn clothing line. It is a very bad line & poorly made. Other then that everything has gone very well with them and customer service has been wonderful.
The description on the dresses were not accurate and I want to return them,
I've ordered several times and had great experiences. Once they sent the wrong size when I called to tell them they were great. They said to just give the wrong size to charity and they'd send the correct one, which they did. Another time I called to cancel an order and they cancelled it immediately, no prob. Other stuff I've got is great and prices are amazing.
Takes a while to get some of the stuff but they tell you that up front.
Zulily customer service telephone number *******615 - apparently is 'out-of-service" i cannot reach them about my orders. There should be a customer service telephone number available for their customers to reach them.
UPDATE: Kept calling the *******615 number. Someone finally answered and stated their systems were down.
Aside from the long shipping times, zulily is an amazing site with even better customer service, I have never been disappointed, if something went wrong with an order I was refunded and given store credit, I love this site so so much.
I was excited to order from Zulily. The markdowns were drastic--or so it seemed.
I was disappointed.
For one thing, the order took a month to get to me. Zulily waits to get a bunch of orders, then sends them out all a once. My guess is that they are dealing with overseas manufactures. Trouble with this ordering plan is that I had order 3 tunics. Two of those were back-ordered again, the third was sent. I canceled the two back-ordered items because I wanted the tunics during winter. When the one finally arrived, spring was already in the process. I can still wear it on some days, but I wish I gotten it sooner in the season.
In addition, the tunic's fabric pattern wasn't exactly as shown on the site, the pattern that I really liked. But its quality wasn't too bad, but certainly not quality for the ORIGINAL price as shown when I ordered.
Overall, not a very well run business. The marketers they employ are great. They can get people to visit and buy their products. The complaints department is also good. They get right back to the customer. The rest, the ordering and the products themselves, leave the customer wanting.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
