This site is terrible. 1 item of my 5 item order from Oct (it's December now) hasn't come, and a godawful sweatshirt (that is not a sweatshirt it's a polyester shirt, see picture) came yesterday. The quality is inferior. I have tried to return things but they just send you to a bogus format telling you to go back to the website, give the model description of why you want to return it... etc. Which I did and they never got back to me. I've attempted twice. I think they are wasting time to eat up your 15 day return window. The sizes are cheaply cut, if you aren't super slender don't buy. These will fit a small preteen figure. Chinese sizing for certain. THE PICTURES are better than reality. When you see an A line shirt, it's not, it's a boxy fitting top. Very ugly. The shirts aren't tunic leangth in the tunic style pictures. They are extremely short, much higher than the crotch. Trust me. I will never buy from them again. Absolute garbage. Probably cost them 2.00 to make each item. I will post an example of what a sweat shirt (that is polyester!, who would expect that?) arrived yesterday, two months after ordering, that is boxy, cheap and plain ugly.

Just got a message today that they won't accept the return -too late. SURPRISE SURPRISE. The item I got
TODAY they won't take back either. This place is a scam. BEWARE. I'm calling the BBB and my credit card company to file a claim.

This sight is a fraud. You do not get the item pictured, I ordered US shoe sizes and their conversion chart is way off and received shoes that are a size and a half larger than what I ordered. The quality of the products or worse than dollar store items. Customer service response but with crazy answers. The shipping us to return is more expensive than what you paid for the item, because it Hass to be shipped back to China. Do not order from this site you will regret it. It is a total rip off. I am convinced the other reviews are fakes.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
