I imagine this was shipped from China. I will never again purchase anything from overseas. It has been my experience that it is impossible to return items because the shipping is so expensive, and then I have been offered a 20% refund for a product that doesn't fit. It's a complete waste of time and money. To my utter shock, the sneakers do fit.
I received the items timely but the overall quality was poor. Some clothes were not the material I expected and claimed to be. Some were ok and acceptable but overall, I was not satisfied and felt like it was a waste of money.
Not easy with constants trying to order. Kept losing page of items I liked and other items kept appearing in my shopping cart. I hope the shirts are worth it. They are not worth it! Sleeves too short and letters are sticky on one shirt

The online purchase here was excellent, because the order arrived much faster than estimated. The long dress arrived in good condition, it feels excellent quality.
First purchase I will know more when I receive my ordered item. Item was very very small for a 2X. I only wear a! X, but because of the reviews, I ordered a size larger. However it wont even go past the outside of my breasts to button it. I have checked the website to return and they make it so hard, I will never order from them again.
Nothing looks like the pictures. Ordered 3 shirts, I sundress. Looks high quality in the pictures. Blow the pics up and everything is photoshopped. Looks like embroidery, is actually cheap print. Walmart has higher quality clothes. 2 weeks wait for shipping from China. Buyer beware.

I like the clothes and some of the prices. Some prices seem to change often! I am also concerned about the length of time for the shipping!
Refunded for no reason. Not at customer request. Then sent the items which were not as represented in the pictures. Wanted to return all for refund. Credit card company straightened out everything to my satisfaction.
