Would have given -1 rating if available! This "religious" based company has a little tiny box on the bottom of the order form that makes you a VIP member and automatically charges you almost $13 a month for nothing! I didn't discover this until recently and have racked up over $300 in charges. They only refund six months worth. Total BS…. Especially from a company supposedly "faith" based. Well I've lost all faith in them now! Stay away!

I placed an order for a necklace in March for Mother's Day. Necklace arrived timely and appeared as pictured. I was later charged a $12.47 membership fee that I did not intend to sign up for. Whether I just didn't read the fine print close enough or they signed me up for something I didn't request, I'm not sure. I have since cancelled said membership. I also made a comment on their Facebook ad and a it does not show in the comment feed. They only allow positive reviews. Will never order again!

Items received were very small, low quality and not well represented. Cross ring is child sized. Faith necklace small, stainless not silver, chain makes neck itch and burn. Waited weeks and weeks for shipment. No tracking given even when requested. Website signs you up automatically for their VIP club and auto bills $14.99 month. Buyer beware!

Like everyone else they I signed up for a membership. No mention of it when I made the purchase. PayPal should review

I wish I had read everyone's review prior to my purchase. Apparently they sneak into signing you up for a membership upon your order which charges you $12/47/month. There was no confirmation or request to sign up for membership upon ordering - it's a low ball way to sucker you in. Of course when calling in to dispute, you are placed in a holding pattern which is quite ridiculous.

I didn't realize until 3 months after I placed an order that money was being deducted from my account. I called Zoe's Loft - customer service located in the Philippines - who advised me that I signed up for the VIP program. I assured her I would not have knowingly agreed to that. Said they will cancel membership but will not refund money. Will NEVER order from them again.

I bought two necklaces through this company. The next two months I got charged a $14.99 membership fee that I did not authorize. I contacted the company and told them I did not authorize this and demanded a refund. The membership was cancelled but I had to threaten further action before they agreed to refund the two unauthorized charges. I will see if I get the refund. This company sells Christian items. Obviously the owners are not!

I ordered the Faith charm with the necklace, to later find out I was enrolled in a VIP membership!. Apparently there is a checkbox which has to be unchecked to not become a member. I spoke with the customer service specialist and asked her what services are provided in this VIP membership? I mentioned to her that I did not have a priest or pastor come to my home to speak about FAITH! I was able to get the credit back for the months I was charged this ridiculous charge. Will never buy from this company AGAIN!

I ordered one necklace and they sent me three. Charged me for all three. Then they started charging me a monthly membership fee of $12.95. I had to call 7 times to get through. While trying to cancel with someone in another country she kept asking me to go to their website and look at all there products. Terrible quality. BEWARE!

My purchase was fine. But, it took over 2 months to receive. And, then, like everyone else I started getting charged the monthly membership fee for their Digital Catalog. I don't even pay that much for a normal paper magazine subscription. Usually you don't pay for catalogs. And, yes, I too did not read the fine print. Boy was I mad. I let the young man know that they really shouldn't be so sneaky. If it's worth the monthly fee - state it clearly.
I will NEVER purchase from this site again. Buyer beware!

Like others have stated, this company will be charging your credit card monthly without your permission until you make them stop. Rip off under the guise of being a Christian based company. Shame!

Ordered a shirt, charged in November, then dec. 21 charged another fee to my account, no refund, I will never buy from them and warn others of this practice. Horrible experience

I ordered 2 necklaces in August, then noticed that they drafted my bank account a month later for $14.99, I found out that this is some sort of membership that I had no idea I signed up for. I canceled the membership but didn't get a refund. I don't care for companies who have sneaky under handed ways like that. No more Zoe's loft for me.

Ordered one $20 necklace and for the last 4 months I've been charged $12 for nothing. Have left email request to stop but nothing. California lunatics at it again. Can not be trusted. FAILURE.

I ordered 2 necklaces, then the next month they started charging me an unauthorized "monthly service fee" of almost $13. I'm angry and feel cheated. I will never order from the company again.

I purchased some necklaces for Christmas and just realized, months later, that I have been charged $14.99 a month for some membership that I get nothing for and was not aware I was going to be charged! $89.94 to date more than the $60 jewelry purchase! Ridiculous! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Do not order from this company! I placed an order in March and yesterday my account was debited for 12.47. I contacted them and ask what the charge was for, I was told it was a monthly membership fee (that I promise I did not sign up for), They refused to refund the 12.47 but said they would cancel membership, even though I did not sign up for it in the first place! I will not do business with anyone who somehow slips something like this in when you purchase from them. Very deceptive!

Yes, I am also one of the purchasers that bought the FAITH necklace. The purchase went through fine but checking my bank balance this morning noticed that there was a PAYPAL charge for $12.47 that I did not authorize! Shame on me for not checking the reviews, shame on Paypal for letting an unauthorized purchase go through and shame on Zoe's Loft for scamming people! I will never purchase from them again. Jury is still out if Paypal refunds this or not...

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the "Faith" necklace. Just went through my credit card charges and noticed a mysterious $12.47 charge. WHAT? I called the company and found out that, just as others have said, they have been charging me this for 6 MONTHS because I hadn't unchecked a little box. They refuse reimbursement. I called my credit card company and contested those charges. We'll see what happens.

Do not order from them... them put a membership fee of $14.99 which is hidden somewhere in small letter that they automatic charge to your credit card And they will not return your money. To me that is being dishonest

I ALWAYS try to read reviews for placing an order online - even if it's from AMAZON but sure didn't this time! I love the Faith necklace but just like everyone else I have been fighting to get this $12.47 off my debit card and to STOP charging it each month!
I guess I will just have to get a new card number? I don't know what else to do - to get them to stop charging it!

I ordered several Faith Necklaces in Jan 2020.
Since then I have been billed $12.47 for an alleged membership I didn't know I signed up for!
They are scammers. By buying the necklaces they will continue to bill you monthly. And the necklaces were very poor quality.
