BUYER BEWARE! When you purchase a product form this company they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for a VIP Membership. They hide that on the checkout page and if you don't uncheck the box then you start getting charged monthly. This is ridiculous! I ordered from a what I thought was a Christian company that sets you up to steal your money. Thank God (the real God) that I am consistent in checking my bank account. I don't know what kind of Christian company this is supposed to be, but Stealing is not of God, it is of Satan. They have said they would refund my money but that is because I caught it on the first payment if not they would have continued to charge me every month until I caught it. So just be careful if you choose to purchase from this company!

My purchase was fine. But, it took over 2 months to receive. And, then, like everyone else I started getting charged the monthly membership fee for their Digital Catalog. I don't even pay that much for a normal paper magazine subscription. Usually you don't pay for catalogs. And, yes, I too did not read the fine print. Boy was I mad. I let the young man know that they really shouldn't be so sneaky. If it's worth the monthly fee - state it clearly.
I will NEVER purchase from this site again. Buyer beware!

I purchased a sweater from Zoe's Loft and it took a very long time to arrive. I had not known that it was being shipped from China. Once it arrived I found that it wasn't a sweater at all. It was a sweatshirt made of very cheap and stiff fabric. The Zoe's Loft website reviews are quite obviously fake and they did not post my poor review. I will be taking care to research clothing websites that I haven't before heard of before I purchase from them.

Yes, I am also one of the purchasers that bought the FAITH necklace. The purchase went through fine but checking my bank balance this morning noticed that there was a PAYPAL charge for $12.47 that I did not authorize! Shame on me for not checking the reviews, shame on Paypal for letting an unauthorized purchase go through and shame on Zoe's Loft for scamming people! I will never purchase from them again. Jury is still out if Paypal refunds this or not...

Read the fine print. I bought 1 necklace because it looked nice and I wanted to check it out. I was not aware that in buying that 1 item they would sign me up for a membership that costs 12.47 a month. I was charges 3 months before I realized they were taking money from me. I called and asked them to cancel whatever it was they were charging me for and return the money that is currently pending on my bank acct. They said I signed up for a membership and they would cancel that but would not issue a refund for the money currently pending. I'm going to have to cancel my card because I don't trust them!

I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered. I ordered the faith necklace and after about 5 weeks still waiting for it I went checking to see what the hold up was. Started communicating with Chemron in customer service who said the necklace had been delivered on March 25th. I assured her it was not received and asked that it be replaced. Her resolution was that I go to my neighbors and check with the post office. Seriously? After responding with my displeasure she finally provided the address it was mailed to which was a house down the street. I evidently entered the wrong address (I've never done that before but I guess it is not impossible). So if I want to retrieve the necklace I've got to go up to a stranger's house to ask for it! To add even more to this, I found another charge on my card for $14.99 for what may be the membership everyone is mentioning. I'm usually pretty careful not to sign up for notifications, etc. so I'm not sure how I got roped into this. So bottom line is I've received nothing and am being charged even more for nothing. I placed my order through Facebook and will never do that again!

Placed an order in April, received notification from my credit card for a $12,74 charge which I didn't recognize. I emailed Zoes Loft for explanation. I was told I had signed up for the VIP membership when I placed my order. I requested that the membership be canceled as I was unaware of this procedure. I received a reply that the membership will be canceled and my $12.74 will be credited to my credit card. I will follow up to make sure I am canceled. Bad business Zoes Loft. Will not be ordering ever again. Plus poor quality product.

If zero was an option, I would give this company a ZERO rating! I ordered three "free" items (had to pay outrageous postage & handling) from this company. The items were not mailed all together. I had NO idea that the items were being shipped from CHINA because the original item that I bought and paid for was shipped rather quickly. I received 1st item, a t-shirtn. V that wasn't true to size. I received the second item, a watch similar to a Fitbit, and it doesn't even work! I emailed the company AGAIN (5th time) and I get the same auto reply. Grrrr. DO NOT order from Zoe's Loft... EVER!
