Is zoe's loft a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

I did receive my necklace, but they add a recurring monthly membership fee until YOU cancel it. Most are unaware of this because it is in the fine print.

No it is not. Just put on hold for long period of time with recording.

I was charged 12. 47 on july 29 and i have no idea what it is it wasn't me somebody must've gotten a hold of my credit card number can you help me

Answer:

They charge you for a VIP Membership each month. I found that out today when I emailed them and I had to get ugly with them. They charged me 14.99 for 2 months straight. I made them refund me immediately for both charges.
