How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Zoe's Loft?

No it is not. Just put on hold for long period of time with recording.

The voice recording said it was a long wait time and I chose the option to get a call back. I received the call about 15min later and was able to get my full refund of their undisclosed membership fee and cancelled out of it.
