The sales rep I signed up with told me he would refund me if I was dissatisfied with the leads. NOT SO. He also switched product on me and then it changed again when Zillow and Trulia merged. The leads that came through were very few and far between and were NOT QUALITY. It was a total waste of money. It's better to put your money into promoting something good in your local area, network with real people and build a business by referrals rather than waste your time with these cold leads. Real estate is a people business, enjoy it - don't give away your money to the big corporations and 1% mentality of Zillow/Trulia.

I am a realtor in Kansas and I spent TOO much money on Zillow. Like many others... I got nothing but bad leads. Total waste of money! To top it all off... I sent them a cancellation notice at the end of the month before the next billing cycle started and they not only charged me a cancellation for the following months... they also charged me the full ad rate for the next month which was scheduled to start in the next couple days. These people don't operate with morals or ethics so beware. They produce fake leads in addition to bad leads. I'm sure they produce some good leads too... I just wasn't fortunate enough to receive any of them.

Outstanding
August 21, 2016

Just closed on an San Antonio investment property with Micah Harper of Exquisite Properties, LLC of San Antonio, Texas handling my sale. Micah kept me in the loop throughout the process with sound advice and good counsel. The buyer was somewhat disorganized and the tenant was a challenge to schedule with. However, Micah worked through all of the details keeping all parties on track and on schedule. This was not an easy sale to coordinate since the property was in San Antonio and the owner was in Georgia. However, Micah did a great job where some other agents simply refused to list the property. If you want it sold, quickly, honestly, and within the window of your asking price. Micah Harper@ *******695 or *******@ExquisiteSA.com can get it done!

Fraud
May 4, 2019

I believe Zillow is committing fraud since litteraly days after I turned down their crazy offer to purchase my home, they lowered their estimated value of my home approx. $23,000. The market in my city is going up if anything currently so there is no way this is accurate.

Zillow has to be one of the worst companies out there. Customer service is non existent, no help line to call, their online help for their site is a JOKE!
Zillow helps with FAKE NEWS about house prices and misleads the public.
They are just one step away from beating you and dragging you.
Can't wait for a better company to start up and put Zillow out of business.

If zillow is crapping on your house value, return the favor - box up and anonymously send them some dog poop. We shouldn't have to tell them everything about our homes to improve our value on their site. Instead, if they get enough dog poop from a certain area code, they'll get the picture that their is something wrong with their model there...

I've seen my home value go up and down over the past 5 or 6 years on this ridiculous website. I've seen much smaller houses, in poor condition, and on smaller pieces of property as compared to mine valued higher on this site.
I've come to the conclusion that this site is a scam and a sham.

I'm writing this review because its well deserved. The experience I had working with
Seth of Thrive and Bill with Eagle Home was amazing. Starting with Seth helping me
Find the home I was looking for and Bill and the Eagle team working with me to close
My loan. The process was fairly quick and straight to the point. No half stepping at all to make this goal happen for me. I really appreciate everything. Thank you guys so much. You guys will make any buyer happy with the process. Buyers in the Denver area look this team up and your experience will be just as good as mine.

I had terrible neighbors that would beat on the walls and ceiling for 5 month. They put holes in there apartment. I asked to get out of my lease and was told they would work on it. Greystar manages the property and after 5 months I just moved out. Greystar then said I broke the lease and refused to negotiate the lease termination fee. They just want to threaten to put it on my credit,.

I have know Tana Darley since 1984. She sold my mothers home in Ocala, Florida and was very professional. She gave us above-average customer service with great deal of finesse and patience. You can always count on her to go that extra mile!

Left Field

Developers in my town continue building 100's of homes with prices above 350K. Meanwhile the value, per Zillow, of my property has dropped ~68K (20%) for no apparent reason. Additionally, the new homes are being built on top of one another with postage stamp lots while I'm on 3.3 acres with a nice, 3 bedroom manufactured home. I used to think Zillow's valuations were close, but have come to realize there's appears to be no rhyme or reason to their numbers and hope others see this as well.

Listings are a joke
April 25, 2022

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com - Coming soon! For sale! We have been looking for over a year and every offer made failed because cash offer was accepted some of which were lower with one exception. Save everyone the heartache and note all listings as "CASH OFFERS ONLY "

Best Realtor in Oklahoma
November 2, 2020

You have some realtors that go that extra step for you but Paul Henrion of Wally Kerr Reality is in a class by himself. You want your realtor to be able to find answers for your questions but Paul anticipates the situation for the most part informs you ahead of time, so those questions never occur. Paul Henrion is creating a paradigm shift in the way real estate agents conducts themselves with their clients. We were lucky to find Paul and would never use anyone else in Oklahoma.

Zillow is hilarious! My agent told me to be careful looking at Zillow since values tend to be inflated. I watched my house here in Austin because values have been skyrocketing. Zillow increased the value of my property by thousands of dollars every month! Nice for me! Til January when I answered a survey from Zillow with a short response. I said I thought their values were slightly elevated. Little did I know that this would begin a gradual decline in my homes value! Little by little and day by day I have been downgraded in value. In the past six weeks I have lost 10% of the value of my house! No known market factor. In fact other nearby homes have continued to climb in value. I would love to have Zillow explain this to me. Is negative survey feedback cause to damage your homes marketability? I know their values are not accurate, but at what point does their estimate become a liability? Or, is this up to a jury?

Unfortunately
March 4, 2015

As a premier agent on Zillow.com, the consumer needs to know how inaccurate this web-site is on their zestimates and at times homes that are no longer on the market are still listed as active listings on Zillow.com. Consumers need to contact a local Real Estate Professional to obtain the most accurate information for homes that interest them. Also, I would like people to know that Premier Agents pay Zillow a lot of money every month and sometimes don't receive many leads. Every time I have spoke with anyone at Zillow, it seems their favorite word is "unfortunately." They want a lot of money per zip code but everything has to be their way. Even when I would like to pay my bill early to Zillow, the word I get is "unfortunately." I can go online to my bank, to department stores, to all my utility companies and pay my bill any time I would like but EVERYTHING you want out of Zillow.com is "Unfortunate."

Zillow incorrectly lists my house as 2 different addresses, ignores a previous sale, removed the correct listing for sale, and has a $1 million difference between the incorrect listing and the correct one. Potential buyers are seeing incorrect info and a vastly under valued estimated home value. Their attempt at correcting has made things worse - they removed the correct listing for sale!

My realtor was fantastic Ericka Taylor
She would go the extra mile. If I called her she was there sometimes before me, if I wanted to see something she was there not tomorrow that day. I bought my house and closed in less that 30 day everything went so smoothe. L kind of hate that it's over
Because she was such a friendly person the I don't get to have in my presence, but I will give her a call once in a while just to say hi. She is a doll.

In June 2020 Zillow offered me $340,000 for my home. Out of respect to my elderly long term tenants, I could not accept Zillow's offer. Now on Nov 30 when the market is hotter than June by most accounts, and my tenant has vacated, how disappointed that Zillow has declined to offer, citing baseless factors... new construction competition- was there in June too, unstable values - Zillow value estimate for home is virtually the same if not higher, not enough comparables- If Zillow found "comps" in June it can find them now if truly wanted too... more homes have sold in last 4 months. Essentially the excuses make no business sense and I'm calling bullsxxt on Zillow house buying service!

We had a house for sale on Zillow and in one day the Zestimate on our lake home dropped by more than $200,000. Our inquiries for details were met with generic responses with no way to talk to a live person. The number of saves and calls we got on the house also dropped. Zillow's lack of concern and unwillingness to help cost us potential sales. We took the house off Zillow's website and won't use them again.

Sales guy promised Concierge Service with leads being qualified by whether or not they were working with someone and if they wanted someone to contact them. Also guarantees 10-15 Real leads per month. Charges thousands of dollars per zip code for this Special program and threw in a month free. Not so. You have to pay for that mo th up front and then they would credit you sometime afterward. Oh, and the Leads... my Customer Service Person had no idea what I was talking about... after several calls and emails they suspended my account and charged $1000. 00 for the priceledge of being on their site for 15 days. Dont fall for their salesspeak.
