I had a nightmare neighbor who kept beating on the ceiling and walls. I complained to management ( managed by Greystar) over 10 times and police were called more then once and finally just asked to get out of my lease. After 3 months of being told they were working on it I just moved out after a 2am thumping that woke up everyone in the apartment. They are refusing to wave my lease termination. They simply don't care about it. Greystar is now threatening collections if I don't pay in full. No leeway all all.

Greystar manages the property and after 5 months I just moved out. Greystar then said I broke the lease and refused to negotiate the lease termination fee. They just want to threaten to put it on my credit,

Stay away, you have a problem, Greystar does not care. Lived there for 2 years and a new nightmare neighbor moved in. Tried to move apartments or get out of lease and just kept getting the run around. After 10 plus complaints on the neighbor I just moved out after telling Greystar why. They are now going to sue me for breaking my lease if I don't pay them $4600 plus. Stay away!
