When I was ordering my glasses I was not sure how my glasses would fit.I am truly so amazed by quality and accuracy of this glasses. I would recommend Zenni to all my family and friends,and for sure I am going to order another pair of prescription sunglasses. Zenni is the best in delivering what they promised to their customers.
Got my glasses from Zenni and it was not what I expected. Each lens looked extremely different from the other and it just looked really bad. Tried to get the lab to fix it and they said bc of my prescription there was nothing they could do. Yet I just got my new glasses from Eyebuydirect and it came out perfect. If they can get it right there is no reason why Zenni can't if they consider themselves professional glasses company. Will never buy from them again
The glasses took about 2 weeks to come in but they look and feel great on my face. I'm 35 and haven't worn glasses since grade school so I was skeptical about going too expensive. These are a great starter pair and I will be buying more once adjusted. Only downfall, is the cloth that comes with the glasses doesn't clean them that well. Other than that, great purchase!
This was my first experience ordering eye glasses on-line. There was lots of information to help me through the process. It took me a while to figure it out, and couldn't be happier with my new eyeglasses. Every-time I look at them, it makes me smile about how much money I saved from going to a traditional brick and mortar store. Thank you Zenni Optical!
A ton of choices but when i finally found the exact style I wanted, was unable to locate it even with the exact item number description and screenshot. I fet so disappointed and like I'd waisted hours of my personal time for nothing. Super frustrated. I found another pair because a lady with zenni helped me the best she could under the circumatances. Bought 2 pair loved one hate the other
The ordering experience was fine. Once I figured out how to measure my pupil distance, it was easy to add my prescription. I was very thankful that the system remembered it, too, for as many times as I started over for different frames and lens options. The only thing that I am not completely happy on is how light the frames turned out to be. They're very light and likely to bend easy. They don't remind me of something very durable.
The prices and quality of their products are unbeatable! They have a great selection of frames, lenses and even tints to meet every unique style and need! Prism lenses; however, are limited to +5.00 (my son needs a +6.00), and their sunglasses variety is too limited for prescription progressives because they tailor their selection based in your PD (I love oversize sunglasses, but all the available options were too small for me.) but overall, Zenni is an excellent choice for budget yet great glasses!

I like these glasses, however, the "Amber" color they are suppose to change to in the sun is not very dark! I wanted these for an upcoming Cancun vacation. Also, they really don't look amber. I've always been happy with my purchases; but I have had three corneal surgeries, and I think my PD is off now - again... I may need to send these back after my next eye doctor appointment for an exchange.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the most recent pair of eyeglasses you received, a pair of standard progressive glasses with an amber photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) feature. We were sorry to read that the lenses do not get very dark, and that their color does not appear to be amber. In addition, we were also sorry to read that the pupillary distance (PD) seems off. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. We see that you used a dual PD on this order, o4140052796, 30.5 millimeters for each eye. For the two orders you placed most recently prior to this one, o3243245192, placed on September 1,2021, and o3241199813, placed on September 1,2020, you used dual PDs of 31 mm (right eye, OD) and 31.5 mm (left eye, OS). Insofar as you posted this review within the order’s 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered, if you do not contact us again until after you return from your vacation, this order still will be covered under the warranty. If you were to email us a picture of the lenses after they have been outside in the direct sunlight for approximately 5 minutes, at service@zennioptical.com, and if you put your order number, o4140052796, in the subject line of the email, we will be happy to peruse the picture to see if the lenses look amber and if they seem dark enough. We want to confirm that our generic photochromic feature works best under optimum conditions, when it is sunny and cold outside, and that the lenses should get approximately 50-60 percent dark. If you email us a picture of the lenses and they do not appear to be dark enough, or amber, we can offer to remake the glasses for you for free, or if we cannot determine whether the photochromic feature is defective, we will email you instructions to return the glasses for an inspection of the photochromic feature. We will also email you a prepaid mailing label you may use for return postage. Moreover, if any aspect of the prescription or PD seem off, as you indicate, you may return the glasses to us for an inspection of this matter, as well. To obtain instructions to return the glasses for an inspection, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. Please have a copy of the prescription you used to place the order handy, because the customer service representative will ask you to read the prescription to them to confirm that it was entered correctly. If the PD is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement. If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we can invite you to return the glasses for an inspection. We will email you the instructions to return the glasses for the inspection, and we will also email you the prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. If our inspection finds that we made the glasses incorrectly, we can remake them for you for free. But if it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, or if we receive and inspect the glasses, and our inspection finds them to be correct, we can return the glasses to you or issue one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order. I've never had any complaints with Zenni glasses before but these just feel a bit heavy on my nose bridge and tend to make me feel uncomfortable after a while. I guess the nose bridge might be a little wider than I need because between that and the weight, they tend to sit on the wrong part of my nose and cause my eye to twitch. I just wanted frames that were a bit wider and I guess that was the sacrifice. They look nice though and I still wear them. The transparent rose color and brown tortoise/giraffe print is flattering and compliments a lot of clothing.
Tip for consumers:
Research all measurements carefully before ordering--ideally compare to a pair of glasses or sunglasses you already own. Some of the measurements like the nose bridge can be hard to visualize as the site measures the narrowest line across the top, not inside the arch or flare. Also send them an email to verify the original prescription to make sure all the information you've entered is accurate.

Great glasses. Affordable and stylish, but you have to do your homework before purchasing! Make sure you use their tools and measurements to be sure the glasses are the right size and fit for your face. My prescription isn't all that bad and I normally wear contacts everyday but it's nice to have a good pair of glasses to rest my eyes that won't break my bank.
Zenni was super fast and easy to navigate and the number of choices are endless. The prices are wonderful and I cannot wait to shop here again. However one of my glasses did come slightly damaged which was disappointing. They have magnetic sunglasses and I guess the magnet was very strong because it ripped off the magnet on the actual glasses! Other than that I love this company.
The order process was fairly easy although I did not find the website real intuitive. I did have to email Customer Service for site use clarification. Was kept informed about order process and delivery. Received glasses with a plastic case that didn't clasp shut and a little laser that did not work, changed the battery, still didn't work. I trashed both items. The glasses and prescription are great, I wear them everyday and am thinking of ordering another pair. I would strongly recommend.

Good liked the frame however my package did get lost/stolen and had to wait for them to be remade. Great customer service.
I received the new glasses in the promised period of time but the eye prescription was wrong. It was my fault but not sure how it happened as I've enjoyed ZENNI glasses for a few years now. Anyway I called customer service and she walked me through the return process and provided a $100 voucher toward the new pair. She sent a shipping label and I returned them right away. Hopefully I'll get my new pair any day now. Thanks for making it a pain free experience!
Great product and loved the glasses. Only thing I have a problem with is when I have extras on it they seem to smear easier.
I no longer get the vision insurance from my employer. I can get bargain frames and lenses from zenni. I loose my glasses all the time and zenni allowed me to get more than one pair. They look good and are worth the price. Yes, they are not oakley or gucci, but do you really want to pay six times more for one pair. Zenni ships fast and I have not had any issues. If you are not a brand wh... then this site is for your.

This is the second pair of these frames I've ordered. The first pair was very cute. They looked like a blonde tortoise shell, very light and bright. I loved them! Unfortunately they blew out of the boat. This second pair just look like regular tortoise shell because there is so much dark color on them. I am very disappointed and hardly wear them. I'm a long time customer. I've ordered at least a dozen pairs of glasses. Never had anything but praise for them until recently.
The glasses don't quite fit my slightly asymmetrical ears as the frame doesn't bend, and the cost was a little hidden with the addon features that seem necessary. But it didn't feel dishonest, and perhaps there was a way to have my fit adjusted prior to the purchase. The glasses in practice are great. They're still much less expensive than what I'd get through my optometrist, and I see through them perfectly. They're great to have in the car, and I'd definitely get more glasses once I figure out which frames are more malleable.
Good price, fast ship. The frames are a little light/flimsy. I have to be careful when pulling off from one side; managed to get them bent a few times already.
Got a kinda terse response from zenni when i asked, prior to the order, if i could move the dividing line up 3 mm on my progressives (as costco does for me). Was a little surprised and the second response to that topic included what seemed to be a warning about the return policy. So... i'll buy again but some definite detractions from the joyous experience i was expecting.

Glasses came quickly and fit great. I purchased these for a spare pair to wear at home and aside from the material used they work just like my $200 pair of glasses.
I love my Zenni specks. I get so many compliments. I have several different pairs from Zenni and have only had 2 issues; the arm fell off from one, just need a screw to fix it, & the other is heavy and slides off my face, so I use those for reading in bed. Easy fix! I always watch for deals so I can get more!
I seem to always be that one person that never gets what she pays for. But this company was not like that, I found it to be very nice and easy, I just put all the information in each block. Around 3weeks later my glasses arrived. Now that I know about Zenón Optical I will never ever pay full price for a pair of glasses (I paid under $80 dollars.) I would have other wise paid $575. I have already told other family and friends.
The ordering process was very easy. I think that the prescription is not exactly right or it is just that I was able to get a custom fit, but the glasses are fantastic and were two hundred dollars cheaper than at the clinic. They work great and I can see out of them perfectly - even the no-line bifocal!
I love my new glasses. The style is just what I wanted. It was easy to order them and they were manufactured and shipped promptly. I wouldn't change a thing about my order other than not getting the transitioning lenses. They don't darken much so don't suffice as sunglasses replacements. Simple fix. Just buy a different pair of sunglasses!
Using Zenni for the first time, I was pleased with how easy it was to use. I have bifocals and it took me awhile to get use to them, but it is going pretty well. I have only had no line bifocals for years and did not anticipate having regular bifocals again until they came in the mail, but gradually adjusting. The glasses are a little bigger on my face than I hoped but I didn't see a smaller size. Altogether I can read and see everything I need to which is what I needed in a pair of glasses at an extremely low price.
