I received the new glasses in the promised period of time but the eye prescription was wrong. It was my fault but not sure how it happened as I've enjoyed ZENNI glasses for a few years now. Anyway I called customer service and she walked me through the return process and provided a $100 voucher toward the new pair. She sent a shipping label and I returned them right away. Hopefully I'll get my new pair any day now. Thanks for making it a pain free experience!
