Since the beginning was weird then I need to make another procedure to make the delivery was slow and impossible to afford unfortunally after 75 day they start to charge me to keep the product so silly I don't ask money to them to keep the money alredy give so then I need to cancel my item and find out my account is -1800 I know but is the true I get the money to pat 5000 ¥ the product but bad luck I don't imagine the shipment is 5499£ this is a scum 100% I don't have any problem with other site I pay that's it here they make complicated and alredy ready to steal you money at any occasion shame! Ask minimun words like I come here because I'm fake isn't true story no paid review this is only be honest
They used to be an excellent Proxy business for items from Japan until come Covid19... They are the worst, right now, your items get stuck for over a month PLus... they don't care... for the same type of proxy service use Buyee more reliable based from Tokyo not from Osaka, no delays, save your headaches avoid zenmarket
I input my full address but for some reason, they system only captured my postal code and phone number. I was charged SGD 21.40 processing for incomplete address. Approached Zenmarket but they refused to admit fault.
My balance in the Zenmarket, i wanted to withdraw but was told that payments beyond 180 days cannot be withdrawn. Really angry. I had more than 7000 yen.

I ordered Smooth Body Butter from them on January 14th, 2024. The package came and the tube of cream was damaged IN transit and the cream was ALL OVER the inside of the package. It was a mess, and half of the tube was emptied out in the package. I immediately wrote an email with pictures to them, asking for a replacement tube to be sent to me. I paid $29.99 plus shipping.
I have never heard back from them, and have sent NUMEROUS EMAILS to them asking for a response, but have not heard ANYTHING from them.

I will never even go into zenmarket site! I placed an order in Sept 1, I still don't have the item. They suspended my account because I opened dispute against my purchase. I paid over $100 on a toy, beyblade. I've been requesting to cancel my order, they declined cancelation instead keep charging me STORAGE FEE? The worst customer service ever! Think twice before doing business with them. I can not even leave a review on their site. All of the reviews are bias. Be careful! They will rip you off. I just lost $100!
It is more than 2 wks that my items isn't been packed. They told me it is due to virus outbreak. My Osaka friend told me what Zenmarket try to accuse is not true about limitation by government. I think they're cheating.
Zenmarket is a very sneaky and deceiving company, and I am extremely disappointed with them. I assembled a very expensive shipment with them that included one small bag of candy. When packaging the parcel on their website, there was absolutely no mention ANYWHERE on the shipping page that said I could not ship food through courier services. The system let me pay for shipping with courier service and I had no issue. I later get an email saying that shipping food is not allowed, and I would have to pay 1000 yen to repackage and reship my item without the candy. Why wait until AFTER I pay and assemble my package to tell me it wasn't allowed? Why would your system allow someone to purchase shipping through courier with food in the package, knowing that it isn't allowed? The rule about the food is only mentioned once in their website, in a very hidden help section. Avoid this sneaky company at all costs.
If you have been scammed Zenmarket will do nothing to help you. No refunds, no help, just automatic generic responses. They do care about you paying fees.
I preordered a figurine that was to be released next year and a mascot that was available. I come back after a year to see that my account has a negative balance and the mascot discarded. I clearly specified I want both items shipped when the figurine is released. They discarded the product I payed for and I had to pay the negative value in order to get the figurine shipped. I do not recommend it.
I cannot comment for those who have had issues but I bought the items they were sent to the warehouse and once everything arrived it was packaged and shipped. It took longer than expected but not by an unreasonable amount. This isn't amazon and things are not instantaneous particularly given the current pandemic but as long as you're rationally patient and don't expect miracles you shouldn't be disappointed. Customer service does take some time to respond but are helpful.
Once you have watched their YouTube tutorial, their website is really easy to use. Fees are cheap compared to the competition at only 300 yen per item - I think they may be the cheapest out there currently. However, I highly recommend that you watch the tutorial video or read one of their "how-to" blogs before using ZenMarket, as if you are new to proxy services, it can be a bit confusing at first.
I like the site because I can buy Japanese products, but they sometimes do have a surprise charges with shipping. I recommend paying for shipping with SAL; it does take 3 weeks to get here, but it is much cheaper.
ZenMarket is THE proxy y'all are looking for! Aye! I ordered some One Piece figures and they arrived almost immediately! I was surprised on how good the packing was and how convenient the fees are. I heard they got delays but decided to try it anyways... can't understand the people complaining tbh! With me it was faster than fast! Thank you ZenMarket! My experience was pleasent and quick. I ordered plushies from a store that doesnt ship to the UK. They were packaged securely and they came quick. Very pleased with my order and will use again.
Everything was fine until the shipping cost. My item was $7 i waited a 3 days for them to buy my item then 4 days for it to get their and 3 more for them to pack my item. Before i bought from here again since ive used the service before i used a shipping calculator to check what my shipping fee was going to be it said $5 once the shipping fee on the website came back it was $14 now if my item is about $7 and the fee i should be paying is $5 then why is my shipping fee double the price of my item please do not buy from ZenMarket it is way to much the items are cheaper but the shipping fee is way to much.

I bought a collectible item on Zenmarket website. After purchase I asked Zenmarket to provide some photos of the item. The pictures showed that this is not the same item as was in the listing. I asked for the refund, but they refused to do it.
The customer service managers are very rude and unprofessional. The answers to my queries were often non-sense. They refused to take responsibility for any issues and constantly blamed me.
After a month of nightmare communication with customer service, I still got nothing from them. Zenmarket just STOLE MY MONEY.

I love this site a lot because it has great customer service and fast shipping. They packed my packages nicely and safely so that my items won't break during the shipping.
I have had a few orders from Zenmarket. The main issue is calculating shipping costs. If the seller do not give out approximate weight, then it's impossible to know how much it costs exactly until the item is ordered. There will be a nasty surprise if the item is heavier than what you think it is. I bought a $80 toy car and thought it shouldn't cost too much. The final shipping cost was over AUS$200! More than the toy itself. So I decided to cancel the order. The cancellation fee was 2000yen. Since the seller refused the refund, I lost AUS$80. Then I'm told I have to pay 1500yen for a disposable fee! So in total I lost AUS$150 for absolutely nothing! Great place to shop… not!
Package failed to show up, and contacting their customer service I was ignored, promised for it to be resent, then told that was a mistake, and I would need to pay another 50 euros in shipping - with little care or attention to the matter, and its been literally months of emailing - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
