Their customer support team is terrible. You open up a ticket and don't hear back for over 24hrs (even though I had an urgent ticket). Realized they have a phone number so I called… but the issue was shipping related and too late.
Guy on the line is completely unsympathetic and disinterested. Says sometimes it takes us 32hrs to respond.
I received my item damaged- with threads hanging, besides, it was not as nice as the picture. I tried returning and they said they will charge a 10% restocking fee + $15 shipping. There is no restocking fee mentioned in their return policy! And $15 for a label for one dress [plus waiting weeks for the second dress which I won't need when it comes anymore and they will charge the same]. They ignored my emails and I tried calling their customer service and no-one answered there as well- left a message. I have no choice but to go through the aggravation of calling American Express and letting them know what happened and denying these charges through them. Zcrave are frauds and scammers that look to make money on fees to the consumers! No-one would order a dress from China if they are charged all these fees to return! They don't let us know it's coming from China either...
For expensive merchandise Zcrave is managed badly! On the day I received a velvet suit I bought for a Wedding, I decided it didn't fit well looked cheap (and it wasn't) and wanted to return. I find out their policy has a high restocking fee and must be received back within 7 days of receipt on my end!
I contacted them immediately, as no return labels or any paperwork included so that was their first mistake. No phone number anywhere either so only choice was email. After several emails and 6 days later I finally received a return label but they charged a hefty $50 re-stocking fee.
I never got confirmation that the package had been received and had I not followed up I doubt I would have received my refund.
When I followed up again it took another week to get my refund although they'd had the suit for 2 weeks already! All in all it took 30 days from time of my first contact to return! Never once a human contact just computerized emails!

I recently bought a jacket which I thought would fit me which didn't which ok no worries right.well however it came in a plastic cheap bag and the quality which I thought would have been high end for a 799.00 jacket was something made off amazon, to the ship it back get a restocking fee and then 2 and half weeks of me still not getting my refund with several calls into this company with them telling me 2 more days and you will get, I will never buy anything from this company again and if you buy something make sure you read the refund policy or really love it because there refund policy SUCKS!
Order was placed over a week ago. I still have no true tracking. I called no one had answers. $200 down the drain. Customer service said they would call me back, no one did. They stopped answering my emails. The one DHL tracking number I received shows my package delivered in a totally different state. I emailed about that as well. Their response was that I don't have a tracking number it will be 3 more business day after I've waited 4 business days for a tracking number (past the time listed on their shipping policy). You have to wait to speak with customer service after noon eastern time. When I called no one knew what was going on and they said they would call me later and hung up abruptly with no order info, no email, no phone number. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I purchased a one size fits all belt. It is too small (I am not big - it's just small!)
In addition it took forever to receive and it strongly smells like insecticide. That smell is not removable because the belt is not washable. And their return policy is so ridiculous that I'm not even going to try to return it. I will just chalk this up to experience. Please do not buy from this company.
I purchased a dress via website and waited for 3 weeks. I called customers service to asked about my order and was told that - they do not have the dress in stock but today 3 weeks later the same dress it is on the website for anyone to be purchased… the store do not have the dress neither got my money back -
I filed a credit card dispute to get my money that was.
Please do not purchase from this site! They are not honest and are getting your money. If I never called the company they will have never told me that they Did not have the dress yet still advertising to get money for dresses they do not have!

NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS! I purchased over $1000 from them ( 4 dresses) that looked beautiful online. It took weeks to receive and all came at different times. Said they were coming from NY and obviously came from china. The dresses were NOT AT ALL the same as showcased online. I ordered size 8-10 and all 4 were like a like a size 4 at best. I called for a return and they gave me a run around. BTW customer service is a random guy answering his cell at home or at a restaurant. They finally sent me a label so I felt better about it. I returned the clothing and then a week later received an email saying they had received my return and mt refund would be processed in 5-7 days. It been 19 DAYS NOW! Ive called 20 times and when they do answer I'm told they are emailing their finance department and I'll have a return in 24-48 hours... How are they still in business? This is complete fraud. I'm calling the better business bureau and am going to find a way to wipe them out. My god how can they do this to people?
And BTW all these fake 5 star reviews are so pathetic. They basically just justify all they are not doing. I've learnt my lesson
I ordered a jacket for $200 and orig it was $500. I feel bad for anyone that paid $500 for this disaster. Sizing is way off, lining is like paper, material thick wrinkled and buttons are flimsy and not secured well flopping over. The quality overall is awful and this item clearly came from china and not a highend store like it is marketed online. Really shady return policy...so riddle me this batman...they can take 3 weeks to ship a piece of crap and their policy only gives you 5 days to return and you will will not get a refund and may or may not get a store credit that will be less than what you paid for the item as restocking /shipping fee. I am so mad at myself. I know better but their website is really well done and I did some google searches for reviews before I ordered and some said it was a legit site.
I'm a size 4. I'm 5'9" and 125 lbs. I ordered the coral blouse in white. First I ordered a med that was way too small it is too small also. They wouldn't let me return it only order another size. I will never buy from them. Be wary because size chart is way off
Bought a dress that I thought looked decent, but when it arrived it was flimsy and see through. It took us 3 days of calling, messaging directly and through social media accounts just to get our return approved. We received an Email telling us our return had been received, to wait 5-7 days for it to be processed and to get refund. I have now been waiting more than a month, since June 14th. We have attempted multiple times through all avenues to get a refund since then. One star is too good for these people.
I placed an order with this company and after 10-days. I received an alert the order was delivered. When I returned home there was no order. I called ZCrave/emailed and was basically told a lost or stolen item is not their problem. The customer service representative told me to go ask a neighbor for my item. I paid $141.00 for a product I don't have. I've disputed with AfterPay and ZCrave. I wish I would have read the reviews about this company before I purchased my item. Horrible reviews, quality clothing, returns and refunds. Stay away from this company. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Order are shipped from China!
In terms of Customer Service it is very poor, they forgot about my order which I chose free shipping so a month later they expedited my order once I contacted them to say "Where is my order" and due to the expedited shipping I had to spend an EXTRA $43.00 in which they said they would refund me the amount as soon as I paid UPS. I emailed back and forward with them for 2 months while they refused to pay this fee that I had in writing from them that they would and now ignore my messages. Be ware as there are MANY other sites that deem their customer service to be their number one priority. Zcrave, do better. I will never order clothes from this site again.

I was interested in 1 item, prob put it into the shopping cart, which happens... since then they bombard me with up to 7! Mails a day, "reminding me that I forgot to checkout". I don't know how this can be legal, annoying it is in any case, would never order or even go to their page after this.
Canceled my order within 2 hours of ordering. I received a confirmed email acknowledging I would receive my refund within 10days! Have NOT received a nickel yet! First of all zcrave should not have took my money order was canceled! Freaking Theives! Shameful! Save yourself the Frustration and your money do not engage with this company! I say all the people that were robbed from this company should all file a suit to have this place shut down!
Do not waste your time and money with this company. The dress I ordered took two months to arrive, was the wrong size - a petite, not regular, and incredibly cheaply made. The return was a nightmare and they will not refund me. Apparently their policy is only to give store credit on more falsely advertised merchandise. Terrible customer service! I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back! They are scammers! Read all of the reviews before you decide to give one dime to this sleazy business!
Ordered item. It didn't fit right and was cheap quality. Got return authorization from ZCrave and shipped back. Upon receiving, they said that $ would be refunded within 5-7 business days. This never happened. When I contacted them, they assured me it would be in account within 24 hours. Still nothing. I then emailed customer service. Still nothing. Will never purchase from them again. Reported to my credit card to dispute purchase.
I purchased two blazers in two different sizes as I am between a US 10 and 12 depending on style and manufacturer. The XL (supposedly 12-14) fit like a size 6. I returned the items, received an email stating I would receive an email when my account was credited, within 5-7 days. Tgat was 29 days ago. Have left two messages with customer service by phone, no return call or email. Customer service contacted by email did respond and said that the refund would be processed within one week. It is over a week and that has not happened. I did the online chat, and was told that an inquiry would be sent to the billing department. I think my only option here is to get MasterCard involved and dispute this charge.
I asked cs to not ship my item, the very next day they ship it and promised a return and refund. Now they are claiming no refund only store credit. There clothes xxl fits a size 6/8. Extremely small sizing. So now I'm stuck with a $248 bill. Clothes come from China. Not happy buyers beware!
Answer: SCAM! Don't buy from here! They tell you can't return anything that is discounted on their site and absolutely everything is discounted so no returns! And their clothing is completely mis-sized. I wear a medium with everyone and an XL didn't even fit me! I lost $300 with them and they won't respond. And I wrote a negative review on each dress I purchased and they deleted it from online. I was trying to warn others! Terrible company! You won't be able to get in touch with them!
