Ordered item. It didn't fit right and was cheap quality. Got return authorization from ZCrave and shipped back. Upon receiving, they said that $ would be refunded within 5-7 business days. This never happened. When I contacted them, they assured me it would be in account within 24 hours. Still nothing. I then emailed customer service. Still nothing. Will never purchase from them again. Reported to my credit card to dispute purchase.

“The same $#*! happened to me! They are a FRAUD! Low quality item, sizing off, and I NEVER receive my store credit. If they have a physical store in NYC, why not give a refund? And I have yet to receive either: refund or store credit.”
