Absolutely chic!

I was watching channel 5 news when the owner of the Crave came on and I saw her beautiful designs. I could not help myself. Would love to buy more but right now I had a severe severe ankle break and I will have to wait a while but eventually I will be back I find it to be very unique and classic at the same time

Haven't got order!

I order way in March, haven't got order. I even paid 20 dollars extra for shipping 5 to 8 days and still no order. Please don't order from them at all! Save yourself time and protect your hard earned money! Talk to manager he is trash no help. I filed complaint at better business beaura now getting ready to take them to court and air it on news. They just not going to just take my money!

Ordered item. It didn't fit right and was cheap quality. Got return authorization from ZCrave and shipped back. Upon receiving, they said that $ would be refunded within 5-7 business days. This never happened. When I contacted them, they assured me it would be in account within 24 hours. Still nothing. I then emailed customer service. Still nothing. Will never purchase from them again. Reported to my credit card to dispute purchase.

I ordered two suits. I'm between a 14 & 16, so i ordered XXL (16/18) to play it safe. Better big than small. When I took the pants out of the packing, I knew they wouldn't even fit my thigh. I asked my sister, who is a size 10, to try them on, talk about tight. Geezzzz...you saw every nook & cranny. Crappy thing about this all, I'm stuck with a store credit.

Be aware

I heard about Zcrave from a friend who was in NY and visited the store. I decided to check out the website and ended up ordering a leather jacket from them. I just received the item which arrived from Hong Kong!
It was advertised as leather but it is very cheap looking, poor quality faux leather! I contacted them to see how the return works and received an email that they charge 10% restocking fee( I am not sure how they restock a jacket) plus $15 return shipping and they decide it you are eligible for a refund otherwise they just offer exchange or store credit. I am not going to EVER buy from them and will not recommend them to any one else.

Refund policy

The refund policy does not agree with policy online. The sizes are way off the standart. They have one time refund request with 10% restocking fee adjustment to your payment. Once you request to exchange-only store credit is available. Will never recommend to order.

Don't buy from zcrave
December 5, 2022

Bought a dress online that didn't fit and tried to return 10 days later.
They told us their policy is thirty days return plus a ten percent restocking fee and a $15 delivery fee. Their website would not allow a return credit back to my credit card and only for store credit. Also did not receive another order on time which was late by at least ten days
When I tried talking to them they did not answer their phone and their "person" on their chat cut off chat when I disagreed and wanted to speak to Managment directly
This is completely acceptable, unethical and a total put off.
Will never shop there again

Issue with dresse

I bought two dresses for an occasion and git them after three weeks so I didn't need them anymore. They were small on me so when i decided to return them one of them was written not eligible (i can't return or exchange because it was final sale but when I read the return policy for this dress it was written for refund you can send it back in five days …besides when I didn't got the dresses yet because they were running late i called one of the workers and asked if i can return them? She checked my order number and said of course you can as soon as you receive it and said nothing that it is eligible) so I am very disappointed in this store and i can tell you that thair dresses don't worth such a price even with discount. If you are able to spend so much money you can add a little more and get more better in quality. About service i can tell you that they are working not so good because when you call them there is no answer so because of the late recieving this dresses i had to order another dress from another store and it came very early. The only thing that I can advise you to order dresses from this store for your party, to order it very very early about one month before

Fraud - China. Not in USA

Terrible customer service
July 28, 2022

I purchased two blazers in two different sizes as I am between a US 10 and 12 depending on style and manufacturer. The XL (supposedly 12-14) fit like a size 6. I returned the items, received an email stating I would receive an email when my account was credited, within 5-7 days. Tgat was 29 days ago. Have left two messages with customer service by phone, no return call or email. Customer service contacted by email did respond and said that the refund would be processed within one week. It is over a week and that has not happened. I did the online chat, and was told that an inquiry would be sent to the billing department. I think my only option here is to get MasterCard involved and dispute this charge.

Clothing items must be in Chinese sizing. They run extremely small. I ordered a dress that was an XL, I wear between a L-XL, it was too small returned it for larger size (bad experience) a month later received a 2xl dress still too small. I ordered 2 jackets in 3xl (sizing up), must be a 3x small. They look like something a child could fit. Do not recommend buying from this site if you're not Chinese thin.

They've been delaying owing me $260 for 6 months and now that it has been 6 months, they won't do anything about it. Alternatively, several times they have 'tried' to send me replacement of my item but it was either in transit for a month or lost - yet again, still won't refund me.

I love this shoe so much, it made in China, looks very gorgeous and classic. We can see how technology Chinese are to made those beautiful shoes.
We want to complain a little bit of the quality of the product which is the material was not too good quality and I know that American companies offer those materials to Chinese companies and Chinese company help make those shoes and they are just offer labor. So there is no any issue related Chinese people who made this product, its all about Which country offer the material. I hope next time American can buy good quality material and let Chinese people making.

Poor customer Service

I purchased a pair of boots and I returned them for a refund and I was emailed that it was too late for a refund and that rhey would mail the boots back to me. As of today, I have NOT recieved the boots nor will Zcrave respond to my emails and I returned a dress and they said that I will recieve a refund and again, I have reached out to them with no response. BUYERS BE WARE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
