I am stupid for buying something on this website because I saw the brand name "Jen's Pirate Booty" brand name... This is a scam... Please do not be stupid... do not buy from here. I am not able to cancel. I need to wait for the return now... I don't know if I will be able to get my money back.
All my orders from Zcrave were received in the estimated time told. The items were really good! They fit perfectly and the quality is awesome. I ordered two different jackets and I am very pleased with them. I had every support nedded from zcrave! Thank you very much!
They are also wonderful to work with if you have vintage style clothes you want to sell in consignment. They also feature wonderful local brands that are adorable. This is THE place to shop if you are looking for retro or vintage inspired styles.
Honestly I love going to this place. It's beats the other vintage clothing stores that price up their clothes and aren't really called thrift stores if the price is the same as going to the mall. I love coming here with my brother's gf and my bf, we always find great clothing brands that are at always trend and have it at a afford price.
I have never ordered from ZCrave before. I called to see if the XXXL was a 18 in Plus size I was told yes I like my Leather Jackets to be larger in size because I wear turtlenecks in the Fall & Winter seasons. When I got the Leather Jacket it was a size 10 in misses size, barley fit on my arm. I mailed it back on 6-12-2023 and I was informed that I would have a credit in 5-7 days. Today is the 23rd of June (11 days). I called the customer service line at *******388 ext 3 and I got hung up on by the agent and the phone line was bad.
The girls are very friendly and patient with all the clothing that comes in and they give excellent customer service. Moreover they explain everything with will and offer their help in almost all regards!
The refund policy does not agree with policy online. The sizes are way off the standart. They have one time refund request with 10% restocking fee adjustment to your payment. Once you request to exchange-only store credit is available. Will never recommend to order.
They shipped my items to another address and refused to work with me to get my a reshipment even after confirming with the shipper. Then fought against my claim with paypal. They are entirely fraudulent. Do not buy anything from them.
So I wasn't completely sure to buy any items from here but there was something I couldn't resist to get. A few scarves for the winter trip I was going to and they arrived lovely. Customer service that I got a hold of was friendly and patient too. Start with something small and give it a try

Being a shopholic and pretty aware about online shopping, This is one of the worst online website. The quality is beyond atrocious. I ordered a dress for USD 124 and i was hoping atleast a wearable quality. The dress came without lining, disgusting finishing.
Please please please spare your money and dont go this website at all. I wish somebody would have told me about this before. I am not a premium quality freak, but the dress should be atleast wearable, zipper was not working, threads are out and transparent day dress. Its beyond wearable.

This is the worst company that I HAVE ever dealt with and I have been in business for 45 years,,, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from them... they are horrible and their customer service is horrible too and I paid $725.00 for my order. Company sucks (sorry). I paid with Paypal and I am filing a dispute. I can not believe they are still in business. I hope and pray

Do not order from this site! I ordered a jumpsuit and paid for expedited shipping it's been a month i still haven't received my merchandise. They sent me some $1 earrings the other day saying they ran out of my jumpsuit and to take the earrings in the mean time. They didnt send an email or anything just a pkg with a set of earrings you get out of a candy machine. I asked to cancel my order and refund me and they refused... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I also had a bad experience with ZCrave and will be reportIng them to the Better Business Bureau. It's sad when a business fails to refund a customer their money and forces a customer to buy from them against their will.
This business is a FRAUD!
1) the photos on the website are the photos of the original products. ZCRAVE is trying to do a cheapest possible replicas. The quality of their clothing is under the lowest level! The products are absolutely to not matching the descriptions and photos and the products are overpriced.
2) ZCRAVE doesnt follow their own policies.
I submitted the return, I paid the return fees, my purchase was delivered back to ZCRAVE a long time ago alreay.
But! They do not follow their own policies and refusing a refund trying to push me to buy something else from them!
This is absolutely inappropriate!
They basically took my money for nothing!

Clothing items must be in Chinese sizing. They run extremely small. I ordered a dress that was an XL, I wear between a L-XL, it was too small returned it for larger size (bad experience) a month later received a 2xl dress still too small. I ordered 2 jackets in 3xl (sizing up), must be a 3x small. They look like something a child could fit. Do not recommend buying from this site if you're not Chinese thin.
