I bought it for my sister, she loves the fabric. As reviewed by her, " it fits me like a glove, the fabric is very soft on the skin, the size chart is pretty accurate and definitely can be referred to before buying. I will highly recommend this site
This company is a scam. I ordered 2 items that never arrived. When I wrote to customer service they sent me a fake routing number (as confirmed by the post office). I confronted them via email at which time they told me it had been delivered (again a lie as my daughter had been home all day waiting for the delivery). The positive reviews are likely fake and generated by the company. Don't fall for it!
I love the selections provided on zcrave. One thing I recommend is that you pay for genuine products here as the quality of the products is damn high. Anytime I had an issue their support team was quick to respond and help. Overall great selection and great service! Definite store for shopping!

Great customer service, always helpful in person and quick to reply via phone, text, or fb messenger. They are also wonderful to work with if you have vintage style clothes you want to sell in consignment.
I have placed a few orders and been pleased with everything I received. The clothes are great quality and fit great when you pay attention to the size charts. Even when I had a shipping issue, zcrave made every effort in a timely manner to fix it. It ended up being a delay on our local postal service, but zcrave was willing to step up to assist. SCAM! Don't buy from here! They tell you can't return anything that is discounted on their site and absolutely everything is discounted so no returns! And their clothing is completely mis-sized. I wear a medium with everyone and an XL didn't even fit me! I lost $300 with them and they won't respond. And I wrote a negative review on each dress I purchased and they deleted it from online. I was trying to warn others! Terrible company!

I wish I would have found zcrave sooner. I am an avid online shopper but never have I come across such amazing deals, exceptional customer service, fast delivery, great prices, and super cute clothing all in one experience. I adore zcrave. The clothes I ordered fit perfect and shipping was incredibly fast. I reached out to customer service with regard to a small issue I had with one of my items and I was floored at the turn around rate. I have never had customer service respond to me in less than 24 hours from any other company. They are exceptional and care about their customers. I am now a zcrave customer forever!

A week ago I ordered few dresses from zcrave and I was very pleased with my entire experience. I got some very cute clothes at an amazing price. Shipping times were very decent. My items were well made and look exactly how they displayed it!
I ordered a dress over 2 months ago and I tried reaching out to customer service and they ignore my emails and they tracking number is fake.
They won't answer me by now and won't return my money. Please don't let these people continue steeling.!? DO NOT BUY

I saw their online ad on instagram and clicked on it, I noticed they are charging over $100-200 a dress and I thought it would be good quality. WRONG!
1, I paid $100 extra for shipping and took forever to send to me because it's from China!
2,2 items are wrong size and 1 item was missing in the shipment. So 3 mistakes in 1 shipment? I mean COME ON!
3 I contacted them numerous times, No one ever pick up ANY Calls even if you leave messages. The chat function on their their website is there for show only. It's a $#*!ing joke, cuz no one will ever chat with you! Finally after 3 weeks someone replied me and they said I have never ordered the "missing item". I provided my credit card amount but no reply from them!
This is an evil company with no integrity!
Do not order from this site, i was very disapointed. Clothing and accessories look nothing like in the pictures, materials are cheap, everything is from China, zcrave just resells is for expensive prices. Never again!
Environmentally sound by getting second hand, but still getting stylish wardrobe. Often found brands I like, like. Threads4Thought, Eileen Fisher, Everlane, along with more traditional stuff. Plus the prices are fair enough and affordable for the customers. Genuinely recommend them!
Do not waist money or time on this European price/ China quality clothing line.
More than a month after my order was placed and I still without the package. When I send and email to "customer service" always is an excuse please read the last one, just FYI they keep repeating the same thing since November, now they blame the holidays

I love this shoe so much, it made in China, looks very gorgeous and classic. We can see how technology Chinese are to made those beautiful shoes.
We want to complain a little bit of the quality of the product which is the material was not too good quality and I know that American companies offer those materials to Chinese companies and Chinese company help make those shoes and they are just offer labor. So there is no any issue related Chinese people who made this product, its all about Which country offer the material. I hope next time American can buy good quality material and let Chinese people making.
First of all it took almost a month to revive and it did not come from New Jersey as they lie about where their whatehiuse is; it's from China. They steal pictures from runways and try to remake them. EPIC FAIL! They've invested quite a few in their web page but it's a total fraud. I'm writing this review now and should wait until I get home to take photos but I'm too anxious. I'll post again later
