I ordered invitations for my daughter's graduation party. Several weeks later I get a text from a lady in California (I'm in Tx) saying that my invitations were shipped to her. I've been the past week trying to contact Zazzle. I've been on hold for hours during the past several days, not only will they not answer the phone but won't answer my emails either. The party is coming up soon. I have no invitations. This company doesn't respect its customers and I'm out the money I've already paid!
I type in 50th Anniversary Thanks yous. Site took me to numerous choices. I found a one side design I loved and personalized it with several different responses. There was one I loved picked it setup our names. Loved it order and received it the fellowing week. It is a very easy ordering designs. I have ordered numerous items from them. Always pleased with results.
I have tried Zazzle twice and both times they have failed to deliver on their claim of fast turnaround times. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. They claim that they can process most orders within 24 hours. I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting to confirm with their customer care that I would receive the item on time. I even paid $50 for expedited shipping. They can not live up to their claim. It took days longer than they promised to process my orders and both times they delivered them very late. As a result I've had to go without Christmas cards and birthday invitations. They should not claim to provide speedy service if they can't live up to their promise. They set false expectations and then disappoint because they can't deliver on them. The quality of the cards was ok, but not worth the cost. Use Vista Print instead. They are much more reliable.

I've ordered many customized items from Zazzle in the past without any issue... until this last order. It took them almost four weeks and multiple inquiries from me on the status of my item for them to tell me the product I ordered was out of stock. The birthday party that I purchased the item for came and went. My order has now been cancelled and I will be going with a reliable competitor to create the belated birthday gift. Zazzle just lost another customer.

Placed an order and was asked if I wanted to sign up for PayPal so I did. Within 24 hours my credit card was used 4 different times at a cost of over $ 1000. 00 dollars. Had to call and have my credit card stopped and took all day calling my other creditors who every month use that card. Called zazzle and they would not retake my order over the phone, said I have to go on the web site to order. NO Thanks. What a joke

If you're an artist on this site and have a store with Zazzle, if there's ever a problem with anything, you will get minimal help from customer service. They say things like "if this is unresolved we will do what we can to resolve your issue" but it's a lot of hot air. The responses you get from them are to the tune of "we appreciate your patience in resolving this matter" but they go unresolved and if you try to get help again, they become evasive, borderline rude, and never give you a proper response.
I really like Zazzle stuff, Great place to order unique and stylish stuff. I've ordered several times from them and I've never had problem. Best quality and fast delivery time, prices are lower than any other shop

I did think the price of $63 for 25 invitations was a little high. That was after a discount code so with no discount code it would have been approximately $3 per invitation.
I gladly paid the price because they are high quality, personalize, fast shipping and all I have to do is place them in an envelope and mail.
We were very pleased with the entire experience. The website is user friendly, beautiful designs, and standard shipping was FAST! We will definitely use Zazzle again, and recommend them to others. Awesome!
Would not buy from them again. I paid extra for express shipping to ensure my package would arrive on time as it was for a birthday gift. What a waste of time that was. After my package did not arrive within the specified timeframe I emailed them and was told that it has officially been 'lost in transit' and they would lodge an enquiry and send me out a replacement asap. After replying asking when I could expect the replacement I received another email from them saying that it has actually not been long enough and I have to wait 17 business days before they would enquire with their shipping company, and there was no mention of a replacement. So basically they are unwilling to offer any help or assistance and I am being fed the party line 'wait... business days and we will look into it'. Very disappointed, and still ensure when I can expect to receive my product.

We ordered our wedding invites through Zazzle. They turned out really well. However, a couple of the invites themselves were slightly damaged. I'm assuming this was from the way they are processed/printed.
Site is very large depository of images that, when mixed with one's own portfolio, allows the creation of endless products with images on them. Website is fun to use for the most part, though sometimes confusing whether making a product to sell on one's store front, or ordering it in the mail. Very satisfied with results except color images on T-shirts don't come out as vibrant as they should.
I received excellent customer service from a representative named "Kathy" today! My original question was not only answered; it was resolved in a way that I never even imagined... indeed, I am astounded! In addition to the wonderful customer service that Kathy and (others) displayed today, Kathy was also very patient with issues that I had regarding my log-in and password; she certainly has a great personality and great patience! I truly cannot wait to shop from Zazzle again, and I will be sure to tell others of this company's exceptional customer service and products!
Received the completely wrong order that was billed to someone else in a different country, when trying to contact this company they have not responded with anything and I have sent 5 emails in the last 60 hours to tell them that they sent the wrong thing and need to send my correct order as I needed it in a hurry. Pathetic company, will never use them again. Customer service is a joke. Have asked for a full refund and to shove the order up their a@&! - doubt ill see my $65 dollars again though.
I loved the selection of graduation party invites and thank you. I was very disappointed when I received my order and realized I ordered the wrong size invite(too small)! I quickly sent Zazzle an email because they turned out great but smaller than expected. Zazzle was awesome- they allowed me to get a credit for my mistake which allowed me to reorder the invite in the larger size and pay the appropriate difference. Zazzle offers so many diverse designs of both cards and envelopes you are literally drowning in your choices! No local card stores come anywhere close to what Zazzle offers. Paper and card stock qualities are top notch. The colors are true as depicted. The paper/card finishes are varied and well done.
Their non-card products are imaginatively designed and well executed. Products and price points are well matched.
Zazzle is a great place to shop for beautiful cards and products. They enable you to present family and friends with unique, more heartfelt cards and gifts.
You can't customize everything you think you can based on the site. And no one is going to tell you that until a week after your order is still processing and you ask where your stuff is. That's ridiculous, especially if you're planning on getting it relatively soon as a gift. I ended up having to cancel over half my order. I do not plan to use them again

I love shopping Zazzle. You can find something for anyone. Sometimes I think that the prices are a bit high but they always have specials and if you are not in a hurry you can usually get a good deal. Once an order has been placed, it usually arrives within 10 days

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
