You can't customize everything you think you can based on the site. And no one is going to tell you that until a week after your order is still processing and you ask where your stuff is. That's ridiculous, especially if you're planning on getting it relatively soon as a gift. I ended up having to cancel over half my order. I do not plan to use them again
