So great! I forgot something and was able to cancel it next day and reorder without any issues. They came fast and they are so cute! A little pricey but i actually got it cheaper when I placed second order because they had a code that time.

We ordered our Save the Date cards and return address labels from Zazzle and were very pleased with both products! Easy design process that made it easy to incorporate our own photos into both the cards and labels, fast shipping and great quality! Definitely recommend and will use again in the future!
Everything arrived as promised. I thought the quality was. Dry nice. There was a receipt but I need for you to send me another one. Would really appreciate that. Unable to find the one I got and a group is doing the shower. Thank you so much
One role of wrapping paper was $27 (on sale) and it was only enough to wrap 4 gifts. There was a sticker on it that ripped off some of the design and a random red line on the design. The finish of the wrapping paper was not nice. Such a waste of time and money
I placed an order for 4 face masks on 6/16/2020. It promised delivery by 7/17/2020. They did not arrive. After reading all these reviews I wish I hadn't ordered with this company. I realize things are a little different with shipping and getting items ordered, but I think this is a little ridiculous.

Happy with the way the invites turned out. The site was slightly clunky for editing, but it worked out fine. I wish all designs had matching insert options. The paper for the Diaper Raffle and the actual invite are very different. Overall happy with my order though.
I'm in love with this site. I used to love it, just because you could design your own products for gifts. It is priced sometimes kind of high--but, it always seemed reasonable compared to other sites that you can create your own product on (vistaprint is one I use to). Plus, I like that you can use more than one promo code, which seems rare. I've only seen that one other time (visiondirect.com). So, I like it a lot. But, now it's even better than it used to be a few years back. You can now build your own store on their website and make money off of your product other people purchase. I created a few t-shirts on there for gifts and decided to save them in my own store. And, I've sold about ten of the t-shirts. Which might not seem like a lot, but to me, it's great, because I get about $2 everytime I sell a shirt. So, it's free money for doing nothing. So, great site! I highly recommend!
Placed an order with Zazzle on 12/8 for two t-shirts**************917**************917 with an estimated delivery of 12/13-12/15. Called on 12/20. Waited for 40 minutes to speak to customer service. When I finally reached someone I was told that my item now had priority status and next day shipping. Called again on 12/22. Waited an hour to speak to someone. Item still not manufactured. Some sort of a computer error. However, now all top management would be involved and I would receive a copy of customer services e-mail. No e-mail. No order received. Still shows as making. Doubt there will be a Saturday delivery as website says everyone off for the holiday. Maybe I will get my order by next Christmas. Crappy company and customer service.

I needed some postcards to send to my elderly mom's friends when she moved. Instead of writing all that information every time, I decided to just have the postcard printed so all I had to do was address the cards and I am so glad I did! My mom loves lighthouses so I was able to choose one that I knew she would love! Zazzle did a great job with my order! They look beautiful and they shipped super fast! I've already sent them off and I can check something off my to-do list! I love them and will definitely be using Zazzle again:)
Searching the Zazzle website always allows me to see the scope of Zazzle's offerings. By typing in a specific request -- birthdays, sympathy, wedding, even holidays which are not usually found such as St David's Day (Welsh patron saint)--one can quickly choose the best card in that category.
Shirts were nice, run small, 2 shirts were Christmas gifts, so not sure how the man shirt will fit, the ladies med they sent a childs med, they told me to donate the shirt and they would send me another. I gave the shirts to our local abused womens and childrens shelter and hope to get the other before Tuesday. Printing on both shirts was very nice.
I ordered wedding signs back in July and I still have not received my order. My wedding is in less than 2 weeks (obviously i'm in panic mode) so when I contacted support they said they are "working diligently with them to produce your order" and upgraded my shipping to premium. Ok great, so I followed up and asked for a update and it's been 6 days and I have not received anything. I have followed up 3 times, submitted 2 incident request for someone to provide me an update but I still have not received any response. I tried calling there support line but be prepared to wait for someone for 30 mins. I would have thought ordering a few signs wouldn't have taken over a month to ship but man am I wrong. Ladies, if you are planing a wedding I suggest don't order here, save yourself the stress!

This is the second time I have ordered a product from Zazzle. In April, I ordered customized wedding invitations for my December wedding in Hawaii. They exceeded my expectations in quality, price, and speed of turnaround time. I was so pleased that in October I ordered invitations for a small wedding reception in January at my home. If anything, I was even more impressed! The invitations were beautifully customized and were very similar to the wedding invitations, and I received them within four days of placing the order! I have already recommended Zazzle to many people, and will continue to use Zazzle! Five stars!
I was so excited to see all the creative stuff that was family oriented and other things I know my daughter in law would have loved. After designing the phone cases, banners, family photo pics etc, I was determined to pay whatever amount came to pass. With that said, I cancelled my HUGE order bc I came across an add for zazzle.com offering satanic merchandise. Stickers, banners, cards, posters, banners etc. I REFUSE to give a penny, let alone a bigger amount to a company who offers anything evil. Especially in the darkest period of the world's history we are fighting now. Priorities are definitely flipped in this country and across the world. Taking a stand and knowing the truth, needs to be a priority over money and a materialistic world. PRAISE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST for discernment!
I absolutely loved how it turned out! It far exceeded my expectations and I live in Canada and it arrived in less than a week! The picture I took doesn't do it justice for how good it looks in person!
I ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle because I loved the amount of customization they allowed and I was able to create an invite and extra cards for the luncheon and reception that I loved. BUT, first, I ordered 350 invites and only received 250 envelopes. As soon as I called them they said they would send more, but that was early last week and I still haven't gotten even an email saying they were sent. And, second, even though my miniature luncheon/reception cards were supposed to come, at the latest, 4 days ago and I STILL don't have them. And there's no sign of them coming. I called Zazzle support about this and they were completely unhelpful and unconcerned. They use a combined UPS/USPS delivery that takes extra time to process between carriers, it seems like. I wouldn't even know who to call at this point. I know that sometimes things fall behind, especially now, but this had way too many issues for one order. I'll probably never use them again.

This website was nice; however, the invitations did not come out as I planned. The color was not camo and pink it was really dark green and purple. The site kept saying that I would be able to review the completed invitation prior to submitting the order but it did not allow me to in a full screen version. I would recommend to use this site with caution.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
