This website was nice; however, the invitations did not come out as I planned. The color was not camo and pink it was really dark green and purple. The site kept saying that I would be able to review the completed invitation prior to submitting the order but it did not allow me to in a full screen version. I would recommend to use this site with caution.
I highly recommend Zazzle for their professional looking, quality personalized cards. The 'Thank You' cards came in only a few days after I placed the order. I did have a little trouble adding my personalized messages on the correct pages, but eventually found a card that I liked that worked well with my messages.
Zazzle had a bunch of different designs that we both really liked. It was easy to customize the wedding invites and thank you cards exactly how we wanted. Shipping was fast, I was surprised we got everything within a week of ordering! I was surprised at the paper quality and printing quality as well
Zazzle.com provided me with affordable yet high quality custom made by me unique and amazing invitations and postcards for my special event. Zazzle's website is so easy to use and the prices are just right. The selection is enormous. Zazzle even had stiletto stamps for me to use for my 40th shoe party. How amazing is that!?! If you can think it, at Zazzle, you can find it! From invitations to custom items for my business, Zazzle.com has it all and the price, delivery, customer service is RIGHT ON! I will never go anywhere else :D
Don't use. I ordered with them and the item arrived with a spelling error not mine I might add, gave a refund in credit. Great you might think, good customer service. Not exactly. A smashed mug was my second dealing with them and now third item £35 and total junk. I don't want a credit and I will never use again. Awful cheap goods and customer service appalling
I recently ordered a 3 ring cookbook binder. While the binder was very nice, it was not the normal 2 inch binder size that I expected. Although I thought I was ordering a standard 2 inch binder, it was actually almost 3 inches wide and therefore did not fit on my cookbook shelf.
I tried, but failed at finding someone to contact at Zazzle to rectify this. Apparently although Zazzle states that the customer has 100% guaranteed satisfaction, it is not geared to those of us that are not that online ordering astute. Disappointing.

Things came more quickly then I ever expected. Super happy with the order and turnaround time. 10/10 would order again.
IF they actually ship you the product you order, their products are fine. However on two orders (hey I figured I'd give them a second chance) they did not ship me part of my order. On one order for 2 different hats they shipped 2 of the same. On another order they just skipped one of the items. In both cases their email customer service was the absolute WORST case of failure to read & respond appropriately. And in both cases the issue was not resolved for weeks. Buy from them at the peril of your blood pressure.
I ordered some buttons and didn't realize my old mailing address was saved from my last order. I paid for expedited shipping. When I received the confirmation that my order was ready to ship the next day, I noticed the old address. I called right away and the customer service rep was so pleasant and helpful! Zazzle printed my order again at no charge to me and shipped it to the correct address! Definitely a happy customer here!
No dispute with the order number listed here. Beautiful work every order I've made. Their "rules" are not clear, though, and twice I've had a problem returning something. Recently though, Zazzle made things right and gave me a refund even though it was not in their "rules." I've made another order. Thanks for the best, Zazzle, and please make your policies more user friendly.

Zazzle's invitation options are creative and unique with so many designs to choose from. They are so easy to edit and they honor the turnaround time. I've ordered invitations for two occasions in the past three months and am very pleased with their work/quality.
Designing my product on Zazzle was simple but the quality ended up not so good, especially the picture on the tote I got. It's blurry and the tote looks kind of dirty but I'm afraid to wash it in case the picture erases more.

The spacing/layout did not come out like the sample that the site showed when I filled in all the information. The ones I received moved around some text and then left a gap. If I had more time, I would have sent the back.

I ordered a cool shirt. The shirt arrived quickly. It was too small. Zazzle lady said, "Don't worry; I'll fix it." New larger size shirt arrived quickly. This customer loves the shirt and is happy with the service. I'm not easy to please unless things go well; things went very well, and I'm very happy. Sigh.
Overall, I feel the pricing was fair, delivery time was reasonable, although I did have to pay a membership for better shipping options which felt a little scammy.
Received everything I ordered as expected, quality seems good. Need to put them into use yet. Will update if the quality is poor. If no update, then all is good!
Carey was superb. I had been having a series of problems with the website and he walked me through step by step. He was patient and informative; in addition, it's often hard to feel that people on the phone actually have a vested interested in your satification, however it was so clear Carey wanted to take the time to ensure everything was perfect. He was a truly exceptional sales associate.
Ordered customs t shirts, took forever to get them, when I did the logos were smudged and blurry. I returned to get replacements, they held the return for almost 30'days, 4 emails asking where the replacements were and so I finally gave up, called them and asked for a refund... Ordered address labels and a stamp about a week or so before Christmas not expecting to get it before Christmas, and they didn't promise it would. But it did! Love both the quality and style of the labels and stamp I chose, and am very impressed with the customer service, e.g., getting the product prepared and shipped so quickly during holiday rush.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
