I am trying to reach Zazzle to return a t-shirt that I ordered that was too big. They do NOT answer the phone( I do not have time to be on hold longer than 40 minutes) and have not replied to my e-mail. I am very frustrated. I have been calling for 4 days.Is this a ploy or do people actually reach them to return things? The t-shirt was very good quality and I have already ordered a new one in the correct size. I am so disappointed in the quality of service provided for returns that I am unsure if I will ever order from them again.
What Zazzle.com pictured on their website is not what they sent. The one they advertised and sold me was a totally different color. The item pictured was red. What they sent was brown. Slightly different design. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough but I can tell you that you should heed the bad reviews on Zazzle as a warning. Especially when ordering a time sensitive item for Church, School & etc.

I ordered customs t-shirts for a specific event, and the shirts never arrived. So now we won't have them for the purpose we bought them. Of course the last night that they could have arrived in time was a Friday and I tried to contact Zazzle after work, but it is closed from Friday evening until Monday, so I appareny completely wasted my money.

I ordered Two totes and a luggage tag on 11/29/16. None of this order was customized each item was bought as they advertised it. The luggage tag was removed because they could not produce it correctly. The two bags were never shipped because of production delays. I had to wait until 12/21/16 to know that it could not be produced. Thank god for amazon prime. I was able to order from a different vendor so my daughter and granddaughter had their surprise gifts for Christmas.

Wow, After I realizing that I didn't have enough invitations for my daughter's college graduation party, I chatted with Jon and he was wonderful. I was able to place an order and get them with my first order.(offered a speed shipping discount.) He was very helpful and understanding to my problem. I look forward to placing all of my orders with Zazzle in the future with customer service like I received from Jon!
It has been three weeks that ordered envelope seals, and i still do hear anything from them, nor the product i ordered is nowhere to be found. Is this a trustworthy site.? I need those envelope seals for my invitation cards, the invitation cards are sent without the envelope seals. And the problem is, there is no contact info in the website where you can email or call them.
I have ordered form them several times. They take awhile to get an order to you, but all postcards were fine. Imagine my surprise when this latest order came on Matte paper. When I called, and can get through, mostly impossible, they told me now they print on Matte and Semi-Gloss. Who ever heard of a postcard on Matte. They look terrible. The company agreed to gave me a credit. I went in and ordered the cards again on Semi-Gloss, and now the order is nowhere to be found and I can't get them on the phone and they email back and forth telling me my email on my account is not the same as what I am emailing form and it is; the 50% discount I got does not show available and I can't get anyone to help me; just 10 emails or more of nothing. Will never order form them again!

A friend recommended this site after a bit of excitement with what was offered. I hoped over to check it out and was rather pleased. The reasonable pricing for custom items was nice and the easy to to use design interface made it simple to find an item I wanted and make it. The shipping was fast and it took very little time to get my item! I've already recommended the service to my own friends.
Used this site to design our wedding invites. The tools where very easy to use and great for a website. Both the invitations and stickers came in great time as per their delivery information. They look absolutely great and just as I designed them. They responded to my query in satisfying time. I will differently recommend this website as the quality is good and the price is not extravagant.
Unless you want to pay a premium for shipping, expect to wait a long time. I ordered a clock 10 days before Mother's Day. Then, they sat on the order for 3-4 days before shipping. It's schedule to arrive today. Great. Their timetable for shipping is essentially, "We could send it out today, buy why? When we could make you pay more for what is standard practice for every other company." I don't expect overnight delivery. Just get it out the door. Yeesh.

Zazzle never disappoints. Tried the vendor route and had expedited shipping for a last minute purchase. The product arrived as ordered, and two days prior to the original delivery. Always love the quality of the work. Zazzle is my go to for gift tags, stickers and invitations.
I discovered most stores in my area have a choice of one, maybe two cicil partnership cards & none were suitable for my friends. Luckily I found Zazzle. I was able to create the perfect card & it arrived quickly! I will go directly to them next time I need a special card!
I ordered labels on 7/26/17 and still have not received it. I ordered the same design that was created back in 4/17. I don't understand why it takes so long to "print" them out. I've used this company for many years, and it took only 2-3 days to print and ship in the past. For new design it took about 4-5 days. I'm ordering the same old labels and customer service was unable to provide an ETA. Very frustrating...

I ordered some face masks, value $48.52. I was told they would arrive in approx two weeks. A month later they had nor arrived. I emailed Zazzle, as instructed in my order confirmation, to enquire about them. No reply, so I emailed again. No reply. I called the company, who said my wait time would be 5 minutes. It was half an hour. The agent told me that someone had replied to my email - but I did not received it, and the masks had been shipped 10 days ago, and I have not received them either. They said they thought my order had been "lost". I told them to refund my money. They said they would and I would receive a confirmation email. Of course I have not received that either. I had to contact my credit card company. Don't do business with this company - they are a scam.

Although we had to wait on their arrival, we are again absolutely pleased with how they turned out. She is excited about the event and how easy making her invitation turned out. The products I ordered were vey nice, a coffee mug was extremely well packaged to protect it. Of the three items I ordered, two arrived within days. The third had not yet shipped by the expected arrival date and I called customer service. Kathy in customer service made a phone call and the item was shipped that night by upgraded express shipping, in plenty of time to present to my wife for our anniversary. You cannot beat customer service like that!
Zazzle.com is a very user friendly site. Their products are well made and they have a great selection. This is one site I will tell everyone about. I love it! I can find items that are not readily available, the prices are superb and the shipping is reasonable and fast. Thank you.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
