Ordered "Alarm" stickers for grandson, that lives out of my state, with Peanut and Egg allergies. Order arrived within 10 days and his mother (my daughter) said they were helpful and great to have on hand for labeling his clothes or food items for day care.
I have used Zazzle a few times and really love the website! The customer service is next to none! Their response time is extremely fast... and, no matter what issue I might have, they will see that it is remedied!
I was stressed out trying to find a gift for a friend who likes funny things and another friend of mine told me about this site. I found the perfect present for my friend on here so now I am not stressed out. Thank you for having wonderful gifts.
I ordered 5 decorative couch pillows from Zazzle. First of all, it took approximately three weeks to receive them. Secondly, the materials they were made of were of poor quality, especially for the price I paid. I returned them three weeks ago and they deny ever receiving the shipment. I forwarded them the proof of delivery back to them only to have them completely ignore my email. And still no credit. I am going to contest the charge on my credit card and let Zazzle deal with that one.
Your search engine when looking for poster prints is a hit or miss when trying to find a specific print. When I received my "Love on the Beach" poster, the writing look completely fake, nothing like it did on your website. Not putting that one up on my wall.
This site is a total scam. They have my money and the website says my item shipped. I am filing a complaint with the BBC tomorrow. Wish I had read all the bad reviews prior to entering the site. Bad call, stay away. Buyer beware... you have been warned!

Good News: The service was great. They shipped my order faster than they had quoted and it arrived 2 days faster than expected. The quality of both tee shirts are excellent.
Bad News: The only problem was that the printing on the Eat Sleep Ski shirt was done poorly. It just wasn't as crisp and clean and seemed to bleed beyond the edges, compared to the Snow Skiing Shirt I got. The Black color dye used for printing appeared to be mottled or blotchy.

Zazzle's terms and conditions are not consumer-minded. Be aware: The terms indicate that any changes to any part of your order must be made within ONE hour of making the order. Shipping cost is extremely HIGH and you only know what it is at the very end, after you've spent enough time on a product that you feel invested enough. Shipping timelines which they've posted as a guide are unhelpful. It was difficult to find a way to contact a member of customer service team and then the information received was incorrect.

All the printed cards I got were dirty when they arrived. It looked like they had printer roller marks on them. Fortunately, the cards are in glossy paper. We were able to wipe away the marks with a damp cloth.

Twenty hours ago, I posted my review regarding my dissatisfaction over not receiving the shirt I ordered 3 weeks ago. Customer Service Hero Terri saw my review and immediately took action. She sent the shirt via UPS next day air, and it just arrived at my door. Problem resolved!

I ordered a tshirt from Zazzle for a birthday gift. My credit card was charged immediately. I received notice that it was shipped 4 days later, but it never arrived. I waited a week before I contacted a Zazzle Customer Service Hero. She told me that she would "forward a replacement request to the production department for initiation." A week after that, I contacted another Hero who said that the production team is "working diligently... to produce my replacement." I have tried calling and have waited over 30 minutes each time without speaking to Heroes. They have my money and will not give me any estimate when I may receive my shirt, at best a belated birthday gift. This will be the last time I order anything from Zazzle.

Very disappointed in the actual amount of coffee this travel mug I purchased holds. Picked it out of a line up without customizing it and final purchase was over 50.00 with tax, shipping and handling. Travel mug is more suited for a kid than an adult.
Creating the invitations was a fairly simple process. And I'm sure they'll turn out beautiful. But it is upsetting as a bride on a budget to just have placed a $140 order and receive a 60% coupon just hours later.

We ordered our invites from zazzle and were extremely pleased. Customizing them was a breeze and they turned out great. I didn't realize either that with my order I received 10 free invites, just in case. Great service that did excellent work.
I placed my order, and it was shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe. Zazzle made this experience great! There were many options to choose from, and the cost was cheaper than having it made in my state. If you choose zazzle, you will not be disappointed!
The ordering was a little wonky as far as adding pics, it made me start all over about 5x. However when I finally got it going, it was easy and the finish product is awesome. 2 pics were cut off more than expected but still nice.
I am very happy with Zazzle and will be using this site again. I ordered some birthday invites, and I love how I got to customize it and it was a good price. The cards came out even better than I could have thought, and arrived a week early!
Signs were nice and just what I expected. They arrived on time and in good shape. Would order them again if needed.
I had a shop with my art on for about 10 years and I made a little bit here and there when someone bought something, never much, just a few pounds. Then someone ordered 210 cards with my original artwork on and Zazzle told me I would only be getting £20, where the cost for them would have been well over £500. I realise printing costs and delivery has to come out of that, but I am supposed to accept that I have made less than 1p for every copy of my artwork they printed! No way. When I contacted them about it they just said that the customer had used a discount promotion! LIke I agreed to that! Nope. I have now deleted all my art from the website and won't be using them again.
UPDATE: I did set my rate to 25% which clearly I did not get, so no it didn't clear things up and I have removed my designs from your rip off site.

As for your royalties that you gain after a sale, please keep in mind that you can set the percentage at any number you want, so that you may dictate what you earn from a sale. This has always been the case, and we have always encouraged our designers to set their royalty at a higher rate if you feel that the artwork and design has taken you a considerably longer amount of time to make.
In regards to customers using discounts, as stated in Zazzle's Non-Exclusive License Agreement:
'Marketing & Promotions. Zazzle may market, promote, and sell Products on zazzle.com, on other websites, and/or through distributors and wholesale or retail channels. Zazzle reserves the right to run promotions (including volume discounts and special sales discounts). Zazzle is responsible for the cost of promoting the offer and producing and fulfilling the orders, and you acknowledge that your Royalty will be based on the amount of revenue Zazzle actually receives for the sale of Products."

After reading the reviews, I am nervous that my order won't be here on time. I never ordered from Zazzle but it seemed to be a good place to purchase. I ordered on June 13th and the estimated delivery is on July 14. I was hoping to get it a day or 2 before July 13 and thats why I paid for premium shipping. As of now, I haven't had any issues. We will see if I receive my order on time. I'll be back with an update.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
