Overall a good experience. The invitations I ordered could have been packed more carefully. When I received my order the top left corners of the invitation was dog eared/folded down on about half of the 50 I ordered. I was able to smooth them out and it wasn't as noticeable. Also, who knows what will happen to the envelopes in the shipping process once I mail them.
I found this business on line while looking for a personalized coffee mug for a Christmas gift. They offered great looking products and I found their website easy to navigate. Using one of my digital photos, I designed the picture (my two year old great grandson) and the logo ("I Love You Papaw"). I received it less than a week after ordering, well packaged. The finished product was beautiful and I'm sure will be a cherished gift! I will be using this business again.
I went to the site to try to exchange an item and was put through the most difficult time trying to do so. They use a captcha process that is so draconian it took 15 minutes just to figure out how to get through to be able to send the return. It's like a video game with a solution you have to figure out after practicing for hours. Then I finally got the form through and never heard from them.
I ordered my wedding programs on August 3 and they are still in the "Making" process. These are for my wedding on August 26. I've called the customer service line twice and been hung up on twice before I even spoke with someone. 39 minute wait times! This is ridiculous. I'll never recommend Zazzle. My cousin is a wedding event planner and I'll be sure to tell her to advise her customers to avoid Zazzle if they aren't delivered tomorrow.

Even though I ordered the wrong tshirt and tried to cancel the order quickly, I was not able to cancel. It is a gift. Zazzle wrote me back to say they will make an exception by crediting my account and letting me keep the tshirt! Now that's great customer service! I'll be more careful when ordering in the future. Zazzle is awesome!
I love my Derby Bridal Shower Invitations! However, I must admit I found the design process very troublesome and cumbersome and not at all User Friendly. I recommend being able to put in the Bride's Name 1 time and have that populate the order appropriately. To receive misprinted cards with the sample names, is extremely frustrating, a waste of time, money and energy! But, I must say your Customer Service team (in Ireland) was Wonderful to work with... Very helpful, polite, professional. Just wish I could have done it myself the first time!
My only reason for four stars is because I find the website difficult to maneuver. The Tissue Paper is beautiful. I haven't worked with it yet but I think it will be wonderful. Shipping was fairly fast. Packaging very nice.
I spent over $50 dollars on invitations and it said it came with envelopes and come to find out when order came no envelopes were included. When I went to chat with someone they asked me if I ordered them which I said no because it clearly said it came with them. It was hard to try to talk with someone about my order. I am not a happy customer

I ordered 2 different shirts with personalized photos and text. They look exactly like they did when I created them on Zazzle and they shipped even quicker than they were supposed to!
I really wanted a simple, square card with a QR code on the back linking to my sales site, and Zazzle had exactly what I was looking for. The process is simple and I received the cards quickly.
Good luck getting anything approved for printing with their terms. I spent 3 hours designing and ordering stickers for a child's birthday party just to find out a week later that my order was cancelled due to a violation with their terms. I was literally ordering 3 sheets of large stickers and 3 sheets of small with the childs name on them, clearly not for commercial use. I disputed the cancellation and they couldn't do anything for me.
For smaller jobs, buy the materials and print yourself. You will save a lot of money this way, or take to a print shop so you don't have to wait for shipping.
For larger jobs I would suggest going somewhere else completely. Don't waste a second of your time with this company.
I ordered a Recumbent trike t-shirt. The printing was not lined up correctly and the frame of the trike does not meet the wheels. It looks ridiculous. I contacted customer service and have not heard back from them. 100% customer satisfaction? Ha! I won't do business with this company again.

Initially had issues with the background picture was moved and not even so there was a white part at the bottom of the paper, but it was caught by them and not approved and I was able to redo. Very helpful! Super satisfied with outcome and the print was clear and colors bright. Would definitely use again!
They bait you by giving you one free month. When I tried to cancel membership within a month, they provide no way (or nearly impossible to find the way) to do it on their website. And also no way to contact customer service. Thanks s is a dishonest business practice.

I purchased a shirt on April 20 for an event on May 7,2017. The order confirmed I would receive the item in 5-7 business days (with several days to spare.) As of Saturday, May 6, the last shipping day I could have received it before my event, I have yet to receive my shirt! I spoke with someone else who ordered the same shirt a few days earlier for the same event and they did not receive their shirt either. This is inexcusable.
Update: Zazzle eventually refunded my purchase price and let me keep the shirt. Unfortunately, that still didn't rewind the clock so I could have my shirt at the event I wanted it for.

I googled "gifts for my Lash Lady" and I was brought to this site just to realize there is SO much offered! For SO many occasions. I loved going through the site and finding a gift, and I'll definitely use it again! Maybe even a little something for myself ;)
Although I waited quite long (over 1 hour), it was worth the wait and I took the time to blow my hair dry as I waited. As usual, the representative I spoke with (Kathy) was great and took the necessary time to resolve my issue. I have dealt with Zazzle customer service many times in the past and they never disappoint. As a matter of fact, they always go over and above my expectations. If there has ever been any disappointment with something I have ordered, they have always gone out of there way to make it right, if possible, or return it if not. I will always recommend Zazzle to my friends. Thank you for the great support but the wait time today, which was a Monday and near the holidays which might account for the problem, was horrendous.
Truly appreciated the customer service I received with Joe today. Zazzle credited my account for a full refund due to a mistake that I made on a printed order.

I ordered a photo collage that was supposed to look like it was on a canvas. I got a cardboard box of crappy quality photos for $36. They let me get a refund, however, after a month and 10 emails back and forth, still no refund they "claimed" was processed.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
