They do not refund your returns. The boxes they use to ship are so cheap that a lot of items arrived hanging out of the box. Some items fell out during shipment and they will not refund. Worst of all they don't care!
My daughter bought a dress online, it came with a stain on it. The same day she received it she requested a refund. We sent back the dress and they refused to give us a refund, claiming that the dress was worn. But the dress was not worn and we requested a refund the same day we got it. Bad and awful customer service. I hope they go bankrupt. I don't advise anyone to buy from zara
I had returned two bike jackets in the same box. Zara gave credit only for one jacket and they said they got only one Jacket...
I packed Black bike jacket on the bottom and khaki one was on the top of the box
And Zara said they received only black jacket. I think Zara changed the return policy. "Do not give a full credit on return items and insult the customer with stupid lie."
Zara is a scam. I ordered online and it was never delivered. I called over and again and they told me there is proof of delivery which was a bloody lie. No nody signed for the package and that was how I lost my $140. Do not, I repeat never buy from them
Love their cloth, quality is some what good but compare to price it's not the best.

I called a location *******555 (twice), to find out if they have a particular size of a dress. I was placed on hold and the girl never came back on the line. Stay on hold for 25 mins the first time and 18 mins the second time. Very bad customer service.
I bought two jackets, tried them on, put them on my couch while I tried on other things. Ordered a larger size and then returned the two original jackets. Their warehouse decided that I was being deceitful and had actually worn the jackets and then returned them because they saw dog hair. I have 5 dogs, nothing comes in or out of my house without getting dog hair on it. They said it was covered and the clothes smelled worn, whatever that means. They sent the jackets back to me, and of course they weren't covered in dog hair - one had a little dog hair on it. Regardless, I called and asked why would I have ordered two replacements if I was going to wear them and return them. They just kept repeating their warehouse comments and return policy. I don't like being unjustly accused, especially from a business I spend thousands of dollars with! NEVER shopping with them again and they could care less!
Ordered online. Delivery promised on a Friday to a business address. Delivery made on a Saturday when the business is closed using a cheap shipper called OnTrac. Who knows where it was delivered - I never received it. Zara refused to do anything about it because they claim it was delivered (never mind that I never received it). STEER CLEAR of this horrible company - they don't deserve our business. Cheap stuff. Cheap people.
I bought from their website some clothes and was looking forward to recieve them. But later I was disappointed - I got a shirt of a very bad quality, and the trousers came with a big stain. Is it normal?!
I ordered 6 items, received only 5 in the mail. The box had not been tampered with. Called Zara immediately and registered a complaint. Several follow-up phone calls later, they said that they checked with the merchandizing center and do not find an error at their end. Are the items added in to a box and packaged by an error-free machine? Is it not possible that someone at their end mistakenly scanned an item to add but did not include it in the box before sending it out? They are not refunding my money. Why should I have to pay for this? I found their customer service reps to be generally polite and patient but at the end of the day I am having to pay for an error that I did not make - and that is unfair. If the error is not at your end or at your loyal customer's end, at least offer cover half the costs! They have lost a loyal customer in me.
Their return policy is 30 days and for x-mas they extend it 15 days from Nov 15 to Dec 30 instead of Nov 30 to Dec 30. - I think 15 days is pretty lame. I bought the item on Nov 10!
The reason for my return is that their sizing is consistently off. My daughter is very petite and this dress is so off - she can't even get this dress thru her head!
I have been going to Zara for so many years and in lots of cities. I was a Zara lover until I came to Lugo. My experience at Zara in Lugo is awful. When I enter the shop, employees start running around and in front of me while someone screams a code like ANA ANA ANA. That's so stupid. One day a security ran in my direction and always bumped me. That's a shame. Please, if you are a person of color, avoid Zara (Lugo) or you will have a heart attack. I won't go to any Zara again.

Placed express order on dec 12, and still not shipped out by the end of the day of dec 14. Called the customer service line and customer service rep there is really of no help and sounded like a automaton.
Almost all my clothes are from Zara. I'm a regular online customer-literally buy something monthly.
Recently I ordered a white short jumpsuit and other stuff and saw that the jumpsuit has black pen marks on the pockets. Like it was used as their pattern in the factory. I returned it and got and email that they will send me back the merchandise as it was not in the original condition. What kind of service was that? Tags and everything was there. I'm in Calgary (cold) I hope they even considered that the jumpsuit (SHort) can't even be worn here. I bought it for my travel!

Please do not order anything from Zara online India. The items are not at al like the ones on their website. The quality is so bad and seems like duplicate items are being delivered to online customers. Avoid the Zara online store!
Be careful. Zara stole from me when I returned some items when they did not refund me the whole items I returned.
I returned two tops in one box but got refunded for only one top. I called Zara customer service for more than 7 times to solve this issue. I made it clear that I returned the two tops but did not get the full refund. They claimed they received only one top, I was 100% sure I returned the two tops. The never called back or issue the refund. They stole my money!
The best thing in which is that they had the return policy. Mistakenly they send me wrong size shirt which is not my size so they talk very politely and change my product. Customer service is good and delivery time is also good.
I am suffering with zara employees and the way they talk is really humiliating. I have done a return since 9 aug 2017 and till today they are investigating this return. They said that their warehouse cannot locate the package. I have given them the tracking number and the weight of the box even the name of the employee who received the package, but they said they cannot do the refund. I do not know whom i should contact to help me. Can you imagine! They received it, they signed the return slip but they wont refund my money. Please advise me what to do.
