Run around, run around and nobody could solve my problem with an exchange I was trying to make. Cashier did not give me a receipt and when I went to exchange what I bought they could not help me. Really bad service and really bad policies.
Nice place, good material, especially when they have the sale.
But the customer service has problem. The employees are not really friendly to you. If you are not wearing nice clothes, they look at you funny.
I placed a large order on zara.com. When I got the order, one of the shirts had a black stain on the sleeve. I contacted Zara to let them know about the stain, and they opened a case to investigate if I would be able to return the item. They decided that I would NOT be able to return the item. On top of that, the shirt did not fit, so I have to eat the cost. Luckily it was $30, and not more expensive. I called Zara to discuss me returning the shirt and I was told that it was absolutely not possible. I've shopped on so many different websites and this has never happened to me before. I expected so much more from a company like Zara, but I will never shop online here again. The absolute worst!
I purchase two jackets, a blazer and three pants for my son and requested to return the three pants and the blazer since they didn't fit! They sent me one return label so I placed all four items in the original box and returned it to the! After two weeks they only refunded me for the blazer and every time I call they say they only have received the blazer and they are going to investigate... it's been three months but still every time I call they say they will investigate! I would never order from them anymore... it's nothing but trouble
I purchased an item that was marked at $29.95, but my receipt and the business charged me for $49.90. I called to see if I could be correctly charged, but their only reply was that it was correct and my only option was to return it if I wasn't happy with the $49.90 price. I was very disappointed with the customer service and was expecting to be reimbursed for the price I thought I'd be paying for the item. The business does not seem very customer centered, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you and goodnight.
Ordered product which showed as "deliver to the door" however, we never received it. I had a "chat" with a C/S rep who advised that she needed to investigate with carrier and I needed to call back in 72hrs. That chat took almost 30 mins for that result. I phoned C/S after the 72hr period and received that exact same story (need to START an investigation with the carrier). I had a reference # from my first conversation but nothing was on file. Asked to speak to a supervisor -- not one available. Another 30 min of zero help and the same story. Then she hung up. For a simple pair of $49 jeans, no exchange (even though she confirmed the jeans were available) and no refund. I have to call back in another 72 hrs. Treated horribly, told the same story with the exact same lines, and absolutely "no supervisor available" to help a customer. I will NEVER order from this company again.
I received a jacket as a gift for Christmas this year from my mother in law. It was one size too small. I loved the jacket and just wanted to exchange it. I called customer service and they told me that they could not exchange it because she purchased it outside of their return policy. They didn't care that I just wanted and exchange or that it was a gift - they don't have a gift return policy - even around the holidays. I called twice, both reps told me a supervisor would call me back, they never did. I tweeted at them, the social media message was the same - they can't help me. So I drove to the actual store in Chicago and was able to exchange the jacket no questions asked AT the actual store... which confused the heck out of me. It was the most annoying customer service experience I've ever had. I love the jacket, but I will NEVER be shopping at Zara again.
I love zara, I have purchased many good clothing items from Zara including these rainbow high heels that I got on sale for $16.99, I gave them to my friend Claire for her birthday on April 18th 2021(Born in 1967) and she started crying and snorting she loved them so much! She even decided to take them to meet Shawn Mendes in Seattle, and he loved them so much he grabbed her foot and snatched it off her. Pls Shawn if you are reading this give them back.
I ordered a package which was never delivered. It was missing. It has been a month since I am waiting for reviewing my case. No money back, no clothes... It is ridiculous! My package was missing, courier never contacted me and they do not contact me for over a month!
I must have taken leave of my senses to have even walked into a Zara store. I bought 4 items on June 1st. I charged them on a MasterCard. A week after the purchase my bank closed the MasterCard and changed it to a Visa. This was their doing, not mine. I was told the MC was a dead account and I shredded the card. Today I go to Zara with the receipt and 3 of the items but no MC (it does not exist anymore). They said I could only get a store credit. I said not good-I have the receipt, call my bank, they can explain about the Visa taking the place of the MasterC. I may as well have been talking to the wall. The lack of concern for quality service was ASTOUNDIng! It was like talking to a robot-"sorry our system cannot do that". No one in the whole company could make an exception. BEWARE! The cheap prices are not worth the aggravation they give you
I have been a client of Zara in Europe for many years and I used to love it. But here in Tampa, International Plaza Mall, the salespersons are very impolite and dishonest. Lately also the clothes are low in quality. I am very disappointed.
Tried their online store it was good, shipping was fast but when I went to the store to return they were upset and didn't like the fact that I'm returning at the store and manager was complaining and took her for ever to process the return.
I bought some stuff online and they came after three weeks. When I went to retun they said the due due date is over. I called Zara.com. Two of the representatives said I could return them. I shipped the items back but they sent the items back to me saying they will not accept. They keep me waiting twice on the phone for an hour and then give me false information. No one should buy their stuff online.
Beware in ordering online, they screwed up my order sent someone's order and never refund my money, I demanded to speak to the manager and claimed that they don't have such a manager or supervisor. I went to Zara square one to ask helped and talk to them, promise that they are gonna refund my money but they never did. I will never ever going to buy any of their products, I am a Zara customer but because of this incident I will never buy any of their products anymore.
Online business has always been my preference. I can choose it over and over again. Buying online is amazing and makes things easier for the customers. You receive same product at thesame price you get at the shop. In addition you have the opportunity to change the product if you don't like it. Online business is also less time consuming.
They are sending 3 out 6 dresses faulty and broken. 2 pieces are being ripped off and another smells like it has been properly worn, sweat and perfume. Online CHAT absolutely NOT working. App hangs up and even on laptop it doesnt work properly. Money gets deducted from some weird Kaswa Trading LLC. Really shocking ZARA about this mess
Bought pants that was on sale for $ 9.95 but when I got home, I was checking on my invoice, I noticed that I was charge $14.95. Went back to the store and complain, they won't honor the price that was on the tag & claimed that I change the tag.
When you purchase any clothes In store or online. You have to be prepared that you are not able to return the clothes even it doesn't fit you. It is hard to try on when you go to Zara store because there is no enough fitting room, the managers in Zara store are rude when you want to return the clothes back to store when the clothes don''t fit you. They would throw back unfit clothes back to you as if their clothes are trash. They don't respect their own product. Be careful when you decide to buy their clothes, read the review before you make decision to spend money in that store, you will not be able to get money back anymore.
Items I purchased were poor quality over priced I wore one item and the stitching ripped in 1 hour. When I tried to return them online it took 2 months for them to send me a retun label I had already sent them back! Then they said they wouldn't accept the late return I showed them the emails requesting a return so they changed their refusal to damaged product. They sent me poor quality products with sketchy stitching and then refused to take their crappy clothes back. Do not shop there!
Purchased a coat as a gift. No longer needed the coat and went to return it (as the purchaser), and instead of giving my a credit back on my credit card that I bought it with they gave me a gift card and refused to credit my credit card back. Now I am out the price of the coat because there is no way I am going to shop there.
