In July, I purchased some bathing suits as I was going to Europe for 3 months. I read their sizes correctly. I am a size 8, but decided I'd better go with a large based on some of the reviews. I ordered 14 separates. When they came, they were so small, even my 9 year old daughter couldn't wear any of them. I wrote the company and was told they would give me a $28 credit? Uh, no thank you. The cost of each piece was cheap, but it came to $70. The quality wasn't the issue. The sizing was. I asked if I could exchange. They refused. I asked for a complete refund, they refused. I took it to PayPal, and Paypal sided with Zaful. What? Thanks, Paypal. Zaful, was dismissive and uninterested. They didn't stand behind their product, and couldn't give me an explanation as to why everything was so small, EXCEPT, they are Chinese sizes? Really? Big help. Since I don't live in China. The smart thing to do is just don't purchase from this company. They are a scam.
I placed an order for boots I saw on the site on Feb 26th, they took my money and said my payment was completed. The next day I get an email saying that my "unpaid order" was canceled and that they would "return points to my Zaful account". I didn't cancel my order myself, they did so why would they give me store credit instead of my money back? I contacted their customer service and they told me my order was cancelled and I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund, I asked why it was cancelled and nobody could give me any answers. I will be reporting this company for FRAUD and disputing the charge with my bank. These ppl are thieves.
I bought two items on Zaful app, but I never got them. I'm very upset. They don't want refund the money. It's so bad. I hate the experience with this company
Sizes are super small, poor quality, return policy is terrible, e-mail after email, then you have to go to post office find cost of return and let them know for price acceptance, so much time spend, will NOT recomend to any one
The waiting time was insane. Approximatly 1 month since I ordered it. Then when the product arrived (it was a hoodie) it didn' t look like I imagined. The quality was so bad I could do a better hoodie. I hope this message will prevent having more victims.
They have held several businesses were they just con people, reveiving money and selling nothing.

I have ordered quit a few things from this site some of the quality real cheap but there are some good quality items for cheap. I love all bikinis I ordered they fit to size. My gripe with this company is that I placed a order they took longer than usual to fulfill then they canceled my order and over 30 days later I'm still waiting for a refund! Funny how fast a company will take your money but when it comes to reversing it your just left outta money and product and waiting and calling etc! Do not expect quick refund or timely order.
I have to say, the irems are of very good quality, but... I ordered 4 items from Zaful, using their size chart. It says US sizes. Well size 4 is small, so I ordered small. Guess what? Way too small! First, Zaful has asian sizes and not US sizes. Second, Zaful is a based Asian company, not US, even if they have a US phone number. Your call is automatically redirected from the US phone number to their "store". Third, trying to have your items replaced is a desaster! So make sure you order the correct size.
I loved everything about it! Administrators friendly, delivery - fast, large assortment, nice quality of clothes - just a delight, love it!
I got a good service but it took me some time to contact them and this is an issue they must fix.

Don't trust pictures, t-shirts quality is just awful. Sewing isn't even straight and i can't believe that they sent me this garbage. Also very short if you are more than 5ft10in (180cm).
This is the most horrible experience I had with ordering.
They package was late and the quality of the clothes horrible. When I said that I want to return and get a full refund they avoided answering. They are offering partial refund or to keep the clothes when I am being clear that I do not want to keep nor get half of my money.
They are doing 24h to answer delaying the limit of 14 days to return and copy and paste the same message again and again! And now they stopped answering.
I am calling my bank to see if I can retrieve them.
Please do not shop from these criminals.
I placed an order for several items on this site in October 2021 for a vacation that I was going on at the end of November. It is now December 19th and I still have not received my items. Customer service is giving me the runaround and refuses to give me a refund. This company is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.
I would love to leave a review about the clothes but unfortunately I haven't received them, even though my order was shipped ONE MONTH AGO. Shipping estimate is a complete lie. They just want your coin and could care less about how long it takes to get your items to you.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a jacket 40 days ago that has never arrived. Customer service has no idea where the package is and says they cant gibe me a refund and I need to be patient. The worst experience ever with a company. Stay away you are just giving them your money.
It is not enough that the clothes are of poor quality, they do not even try to return the money for undelivered goods. I spoke to the customer service center 3 times and each time only empty promises that the money will be returned to my original payment method. First time they told they will refund within 48 hours, second and third time that I will get contacted within 24 hours. Last time even took screenshots. In general, why wasn't my money returned immediately without receiving the goods, but credited to their account? It all makes no sense. Thieves! Thats it!
I have made an order on the 10. 01. 21 and until this day (21. 02. 21) I have not received one single item.
I have contacted the team FOUR times now in total and yesterday they have sent me an email saying they are not shipping my order anymore or refunding my money in any kind of way. I HAVE SPENT FIFTY EUROS ON MY PURCHASE AND HAVE EVEN HAD CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE 2. 2. 21 and even then, they say I am the one that sent the wrong address, when their team, after making me for the third time send THE SAME EXACT ADDRESS, didn't proceed with the order. It can not be that a person sends the same address three times and they reply to you every time asking for you to send the address again because apparently ''it doesnt exist'' that is just ridiculous.
I order many products online in a regular basis and this was so far the worst company I have seen when it comes to customer satisfaction and deliveries. Getting their customers to pay for products that they will never receive and keeping the money for themselves. This is a very unprofessional and unbelievably cheeky way of making money.
Perhaps then should consider using another way of contacting the customers other than these ''tickets'' since everything and every time i have been submitting these or contacting the team, NO ONE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. I an extremely unhappy customer and the last thing I needed was to be 50 euros down, basically robbed by a company online that doesnt even allow me to talk to a person who is willing to keep its customers satisfied.

Ironically their business is mainly selling thing online BUT they don´t take responsibility for getting the clothes to you. Funny! If you don´t the clothes, they just copy out, they say its the courier's fault and not theirs. Bad Bad service. Would never buy there again.
