When I first saw Zaful's ads I was doubtful. (I'm sure most of you guys feel this when buying online) But I wasn't able to resist, I ordered 3 swimsuits as my first ever purchase experience, because their styles are very nice.
The shipping period was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. But I was surprised that it came earlier than expected. (I'm from the Philippines) The items came with cute packaging that I can definitely reuse (cute resealable plastic bags for swimsuits). I tried the swimsuits and they are all flattering. I will definitely order again!
I have ordered a handful of swimsuits from here and each of them have exceeded my expectations. The swimsuits are well worth their price and fit very well with great material. Shipping sometimes does take a while. I also have been in contact with Zaful many times and they were nothing but helpful always responding within 24hours. I will continue to shop here!
I absolutely love Zaful! I have ordered multiple times from them and love how affordable everything is. I typically order a size up since the clothing tends to run small. Bathing suits and sweaters are my favorite thing to order since the quality is amazing on those products. Using the app is also super helpful when making orders. Items typically do not take too long to come in either. I would definitely recommend purchasing through Zaful!

I was originally skeptical of Zaful, but after watching quite a myriad of unbiased, unsponsored reviews about the store on YouTube, I decided to make my first order! I ordered 3 items: a teddy coat, a shell necklace, and a bikini. All three items arrived in 10 days (a week and a half), which was quite faster than expected. Nicely packaged. The quality of the products were pretty good, considering the price I spent collectively (~$30). The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the color of the bikini I ordered and received was not the shade shown on the website. However, I still loved every item I received and consistently wear them! I'm hoping to make another order on Zaful for this summer!
Every item i have purchased off of Zaful has fit me true to size and the quality is amazing! I will forever order my clothes off of this app. They offer a student discount as well which helps a lot since i'm in college and buy my own clothes and i want cute fashionable clothes and accessories so Zaful is perfect for me! Once you order, your package comes super fast, they are amazing! Thank you so much Zaful for giving me the best customer service and the best clothes!
I live in a city with a low variety of swimsuit styles so when I found out Zaful sold swimsuits that were mostly under $20 for BOTH pieces I couldn't believe it. I was skeptical about ordering online because I wasn't sure it would fit right but the swimsuit was true to size and Zaful includes many helpful reviews on the bottom that may help with sizing concerns and actual pictures of the swimsuit on people. My only complaint is that it takes so long to receive the swimsuit since I live in America.
I have ordered more than 3 times from the site. One order had been sent back but i got the refund. Swimsuits are really cute but some of them were smaller or larger as they supposed to be.
Zaful is a great website with trendy clothes that are always in style and always have great deals. I've ordered multiple times from them and have always been satisfied with my purchases. Zaful offers the best quality clothes for a very affordable price. I placed a big order of over 100$ and every single item fitted perfectly. I ordered my standard size. The quality of the products is great. Especially the sweaters are really thick and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Super cute 2 piece! Love it to death. Nice breezy comfy fabric (polyester/cotton blend). True to size! The bottoms waistband stretches and the top cinches however long you'd like it to be. The color and pattern match the picture shown. I am 5'3,180lbs so I went with an XL and it was perfect. Shipping was great and was delivered in a timely manner. Great product and price. Will be ordering again!
I absolutely loved my order! A friend recommended me this page, and at first, I was a little skeptical but I decided to try because they looked really pretty in pictures. When they arrived I was surprised, everything was gorgeous, the fabric was good, they fit me super good, and they were really pretty and modern and for the price I bought it, it was excellent! My favorite page since them, I can't stop looking and I'm waiting for my next order that arrives next week. <3
After weeks of emailing back and forth with them I was getting no where with them. They stated they could not refund me for the items not received or reship them. So when I wrote reviews about my experience the next day I got an email stating they would refund me if I took my reviews down. I told them not until they refund me. Which they ended up doing. Then I did not take the reviews down because I'm not going to lie about my experience with them. I got another email trying to bribe me to take the reviews down and they would send me $20 in store credit. I would much rather provide a true review than lie to get $20.
I ordered from this website and they split the items into separate deliveries. Received an email that the first package with two items was delivered. In that email there are several different tracking numbers and several sites to track the package. All of which had conflicting tracking responses. Some saying it was delivered others stating it wasn't even recieved for shipping yet. I was home that entire day and that pacakage was never delivered. Called customer service where I was then directed to email the support unit, which I did. Then I was told that I cannot be refunded for the items and that the mail carrier is responsible for that. I'm sorry, the post office is responsible to refund me for your lost package? The post office was not paid $70 for items that were never received. On top of that when you check out there is a $2 "shipping insurance" charge. So what's that for if you don't refund customers when they do not receive the items they paid for? I will never shop from here again.
I have never loved any bathing suits more than I have loved my Zaful ones. I have over 10 bathing suits, and they are my favourite ones I own. I keep coming back to Zaful, and always buying more. You can't beat the price they have, and the quality of their bathing suits. Everything fits perfectly, I recommend you using the sizing chart and read over reviews, but they are totally worth it. I order minimum twice a year and get a bunch of stuff, favourite website!
I've been using Zaful to purchase bathing suits now for many years. The suits are cheap but, seem high quality and I never make a purchase and regret it later on. As long as you follow the sizing charts the suits are true to size and most of them come better looking than you'd expect them to for the price.
I will never buy from Zaful again nor let my daughters. They will only refund 30% of your money. Shipping was also very slow. This is TERRIBLE company model. Do not open a business if you can't provide 100% refund. It is an offensive and disrespectful way of doing business. I work hard for my money and purchasing clothing is a splurge, and now my money is gone on this purchase.
On my first order ever in Zaful, I can relate that was more than I'would ask for. Easy payment method, good quality. My order was correct and my ship was quickly!
ZAFUL's customer service is exceptional and they are very helpful. With regards to sizing, the products are accurate and of a good quality. Their products are also very reasonably priced. However, I have had the experience of both my orders taking very very long to arrive.
