I have ordered four separate times from ZAFUL and I have loved every item! I especially love the swim suits! You do have to pay close attention to the sizing charts for each specific item because the measurements do change for various types of clothing. That being said, after carefully selecting my sizes everything has fit as expected. I had an issue with shipping (which was MY FAULT) and the customer service reps were able to help me change my shipping address quickly and verify that the shipment would arrive without delay. I highly recommend ZAFUL to any and everyone and plan to order more asap!

I ordered 3 bikinis of which 2 are the best bikinis I've ever had! Great material, perfectly fitting, extremely cute designs. The third one however, as pretty as it is, and it's a great material as well, isn't as fitting. I ordered all three in S and they fit perfect, but this one has the tiniest, smallest panties. The bra fits great and has adjustable straps, but when you put on the panties you can see some of the white fabric that's on the other side, I think that's just the stitches being stitched on the wrong side but I don't mind it that much, the panties are sooo tiny they're supposed to be high-leg but on me they're like low rise because I can't possibly pull them higher. Still a good 6.7/10 though since it's very pretty!

These guys are straight garbage, I bought 3 items off the site and entered everything like you normally should. The ETA on the items was supposed to be about 6-10 days, I go on the online tracker to check on the items and I noticed 2 have been stuck in transit at a warehouse and is being sent back to the sender while the other hasn't been sent out yet. So I message them asking why the item is being sent back to which they respond with a bs message about my address being wrong and that I need to pay a reshipping fee. So of course I stand my ground and let them know that my address was the correct one to which they finally give in and send said items. When I ask about the 3rd item that is yet to be sent out, they tell me it's out of stock which is odd because they didn't update that on their website so anyways I ask for a refund which I get. About two months later, I still haven't received my items and when I went to go check the tracking # it showed that the items were sent back, when I tried to email them again to figure out why this happened a second time despite having the correct address. They block me & all modes of contact lead to a bad gateway page. So I recommend that no one buy from these guys, the customer service is horrible and from the sounds of it, it seems like I've been scammed a good $75.

Zaful is my favorite store for bikinis and cute two piece sets for summer! Great products for the price point. Always been good quality and every purchase has fit great thanks to their super helpful website! For clothing, the exact measurements are posted for each product (they literally post the inches at the waist, hips, top length, shorts length, etc.). And the customer reviews are so helpful so you know if items fit true to size, any notes from other buyers, and photos so you know what the items look like on. If you have an upcoming trip/event you will want to buy with enough time for processing + shipping time, but it is definitely worth it!

Firstly, Zaful's customer service is phenomenal! They will try to get back to you in a timely manner! With my first order, I was concerned as I was nearing a month since my purchase and my order had not arrived. After contacting the Zaful team and being reassured of my order, it had arrived!

Second, their clothes are amazing! I was quite shocked with the quality of their clothes. I did not expect to receive the quality that I did. The only thing I would be wary of is their sizing. It is nice as there are many reviews on pieces so be sure to check those out before purchasing!

Lastly, my only critique would be their site. It can become difficult to navigate as their drop-down menus are constantly dropping down on my screen. Likewise, be sure to double check the currency of your items! For some reason, the currency is constantly reverting back to the standard USD pricing. So, ensure you change the currency to an applicable currency before purchasing our item(s).

Keep in mind that I have only made one complete order with Zaful. I am awaiting my second order and I hope it is just as good as the first!

I love shopping from Zaful. I can always count on getting the products that I've ordered in perfect condition. The only thing that keeps me from ordering more often is the delivery time, but, I think, that is more likely a consequence of my country's postal accessibility. Another fantastic plus of the website is the points system. I once paid my delivery with the website points and you can pretty easily get to purchasing an item with the points. But, the biggest plus of the online shop is the fashion, which is very much to my liking and very affordable.

His was the first time I responded to an Instagram ad and I must say it didn't disappoint. I was super happy with my shopping experience on ZAFUL from the ease of browsing, the stock available, to the purchasing experience. I was pleased with the record delivery time, especially since I am living on the Canary Islands. This was also the first package I received at my new address so it was a most welcome delivery received in good order. They definitely have a returning customer on their books.
