I was worried because of the reviews but my order arrived in less than a week. I live in Spain and usually, it takes three weeks for things to arrive, but I was surprised that my order arrived so fast.

I love free clothes in Zaful. I just wanna share my experience with this free hoodie. I saw it on my friend's Instagram story about Zaful's free clothes. You only need to invite your friends and that's all. I only pay for the shipping fee which is Php 219 (COD). The hoodie is so cute. I love it.

This company has awful customer service. I never received my items. They will not refund me or resend the items purchased. My items are untraceable as the tracking number stopped working.
