I purchased 2 bikinis and a 2 piece outfit from ZAFUL. I was really nervous because I don't always find clothes that fit me well. I'm small on top and bigger in bottom. (So I'd wear a Small on top and a medium for bottoms for reference) I LOVE what I got from ZAFUL. I cannot wait to order more clothes from them. The clothes are great quality and fit well. For the bikinis I got mediums go better fit the bottoms and it worked out great! It also came within 5 days of ordering!

Up until now I have ordered a bikini and I'm very happy with it. It looks the same as it was in the picture and the quality is good, it's not see through or too thin. I'm from Croatia and it came I think in about 3-4 weeks which is great. I like the way you make all the details about a product available, like what material it's made of and if bras are padded or not and things like that. I am satisfied for now and hope it will stay that way! :)

Zaful is company that really takes care of it's customers.The product they sell is made of high quality material, that never disappoints customer.The delivery system is well-organised, the item delivers to the order place as it's written on the website.The prices are very good and proportional to quality. This bikini is great. It has great material, as well as very rich and vibrant colors. The fit is true to size. I usually wear a large and the large fit perfectly. When I first ordered the product it was sadly out of stock, but Zaful was very helpful in either letting me cancel the order or choose another item. I originally canceled, but ended up ordering again because I liked the bikini so much. 5 stars for the amazing Zaful customer service and the quality of the product. I will definitely order again!

My item got sent back since the house # was not on package even though I provided it during the checkout stage as well as it being on my account. They refused to either issue a refund even tho they got their product back as well as refused to resend it with correct address. They said I did not give them correct address even tho I double checked it as well as my daughter checked it. Thieves. Do not order from them unless you want ripped off.

I have purchased from zaful some bikinis and dresses and I am happy with my purchases. The products are very good quality.
I have ordered with my friends, so we decided to order them with express shipping, we had some issues with taxes when our first package arrived, I was asked for the invoice, for paying the tax, so I contacted the support center from zaful and they provided us. Also after it I asked them to send the remain items with standard shipping (no taxes).
Customer service is very efficient and they will respond to any questions you have.
I will advise to order with standard delivery, so you will not need to pay taxes.

I ventured to try Zaful jewelry, and I purchase a necklace with my last order, so crossing my fingers everything goes right because I have big passion when it comes to fashion accessories. It took only 7 days for order to come. I was suprised. The necklace was love on the first sight, first on the website, but when I took it out of the package, omg I was obsessed. I really love layered necklaces, I find them cool, trendy and they make the neck look so feminine. This Zaful necklace has 4 layers, four golden circles in different sizes and every circle has diferent details on it. Details are so beautiful. The quality is also great. Everithing looks exactly like in the website. I'm so glad I purchase it and Iwill wear it a lot.

I purchased a few items altogether. Most of it was sent in one package, but one item was left behind and sent a few days after. The delivery time was as it was promised, but here in Brazil, my first package was stolen from the carrier. I contact you guys, and the problems were solved. I did this purchase again and received everything perfectly, although the prices had changed so I order fewer items. The other package that came with the single item had no issues. The products were great and I`m very happy with my purchase.
